• Browser Instrumentation (a list of the supported browsers?)

  May I know if there is a list of browser supporting us for the instrumentation of browser? Currently, I run a CEP for UM and when I asked my client to load in the file instr.js EUM, it prompt error on IE8's javascript for their application. The error is on line 59 on Date.Now () function. I went to research and the feedback I have is IE 8.0 no longer support the function of Date.Now (). This means can we instrument browsers that are lower than IE 9?

  I generated a webhelp layout in Robohelp HTML version 7.01.001

  If I open the default topic using IE, IE wonder first activate an ActiveX control.

  If I open it with Firefox or Safari, I can see the content and left navigation bar immediately.

  If I open using google Chrome, the left navigation bar is empty...

  Can you give me a list of the supported browsers and versions? I don't want the command prompt to enable the ActiveX control when opening it IE. I thought that it is a pure HTML page with javascript. Don't know why he needs control ActiveX to be enabled...

  Google Chrome was not at the time of that creation of RoboHelp 7. It is therefore no surprising that WebHelp does not correctly display in Chrome.

  In Internet Explorer, you will see that the yellow information (YIB) bar when you run it locally off the C drive. Most people copy WebHelp to a Web server. When users can access it from a Web server, they are in a different security zone and will not meet the YIB.

• I didn't care that "connection is not sure" I want to go on the Web site

  Firefox won't let me go to a website because "the connection is not safe." I don't like that it's not safe, I need to download something there and Firefox, IE, and Opera is the only supported browsers. I tried IE and won't go out of my way to download Opera.   Im a heavy user of Whatsapp and I noticed that its official PC version called Whatsapp Web do not work on FF, only on Google Chrome, and I hate chrome because it's a hog resources and morose.

  Firefox is the perfect browser and I use it since its 2.0 versions and versions previous.

  Today I use Dev Edition, and I tweak it too maximum on everything: config (gfx, webgl and etc...)

  I wish that I can use Dev Edition Dark Theme on Firefox ESR, cause this is supposed to be more 'Stable', as it is targeted at the use of the company.

  don't know of pdf images - but this is a reproducible error the site up for each version of firefox on firefox 19. This is why I think it's a general problem in the way that they sniff the browser versions & probably, they will have to fix it on their end.

• YouTube appears

  Hey guys, this older macbook which resembles a model of 2007/2008 was very slow, I rebooted just snow leopard on it and everything works better with the exception of youtube, dvd works fine. I had initially a prompt indicating that the browsers are too old. Safari version is 4.0.4 and tries to install chrome shows, it is not supported by this older system. I tried to update the 10.6.3 but once rebooted system desktop took a while to load the icons so I stopped and restarted manually. Any ideas please?

  YouTube showed "your browser is no longer supported, find the latest versions of our supported browsers. Default browser FF showed 7.0.1 I applied the update, when FF restarted showed 12.0, did the same and it updated to 42.0 and it works. I don't see an option to update to safari which is strange?
