  Please, try the following:

  • Chrome (if it is open) and ensure that no chromium process is executed
    • Launch the Task Manager, select this option to display all the processes and ensure that it is not any processs chrome.exe, if so, terminate.
  • Delete the C:/Documents and Settings\flow\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash folder.
  • Launch Chrome and go to the https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about - display content Flash (the widget version information) does?  If so, which version would you say is installed.

  Surré WMP is enabled in Control Panel / programs and features / Turn WIndows Features on or Off. Make sure that WMP is enabled.

  Try this: open a startup command line / type cmd then click cmd.exe and a small window opens.

  Type: cd c:\windows\system32, and then press enter (space between cd and c)

  Regsvr32.exe type: mp3.dll then press enter (space between exe and mp3)

  Re post if an error message appears, with the exact text.

  I had local IT install the software, I'm not aware that any problem came during installation. The error came when trying to install the updates from the cloud of Creative. I reinstalled InDesign and I think that the problem has been resolved. I'm on a Mac with OS X v10.9.5

  In the worst case operating system is confusing to the top and you have to reinstall Windows, but so you can take the Toshiba Recovery disk that will restore your notebook back to factory with all the drivers and tools of Toshiba.

  This app works fine on XP 32-bit with software "eval", but when I move to Vista64 I get the above error.  App is VS2008 Visual Basic.NET under. NET3.5.

  The dll is properly referenced in VS2008 project references and file exists in the specified location.  Don't just open.  It is a problem of execution - app built without errors or warnings.

  This is probably because your project is configured to target AnyCPU and not x 86 (Measurement Studio assembled currently only support the x 86 platform).  See the help topic using Measurement Studio on 64-bit operating systems for more information.

  I tried to connect to my help my profile on XP last night and message box came up saying that my profile cannot be loaded.  I am currently in the temporary profile that was created automatically by the system for this profile.  It seems that files on another profile missing now and I can't get back my original profile.  This profile has been my administrator profile that I created to replace the supplied profile admin system.

  I checked the event log and I see an error event ID: 7026 "could not load the driver system or next start: Lbd." recently, I used the 'delete' function to get rid of one or two programs but was able to connect after you remove these two programs, so I don't think that was my problem with profile.

  I've seen a few comments on the forums, but they are especially for non XP OS.  Is it possible to retrieve the profile and files.

  I have no problem with printing from the desktop wired or wireless laptop. But every time I print something this error appears in the Print Service event log.
