  I know, instance efficieny hit % is not an exact value to look at as low % does not mean that the server is running out of memory. This may mean that some of the sql made many complete analysis leading to low % of success.

  In addition, you can check the ADDM report for your high-end database load time. In ADDM, you can get advice to increase the SGA.

  But, if your end user is satisfied with the performance of the database then it is useless to increase SGA/PGA.

  The SAP is the built-in Web server. It is the internal Web site created for the printer when connected to a network.

  To access SAP:
  * Get the IP address of the printer from the control panel of the unit
  * Web open favorite, program navigation
  * Type the IP address in the URL bar and press ENTER to access the page

• Web server for vMA view reports

  So, I create the html code of health or reports on the vMA.  Cool.  But is there a way to "publish" on the vMA so I can view the reports with a browser pointing to vMA?  I don't find any reference to a URL of vMA, but I can't see/opt/likewise/apache2 directory, / var/log/apache2 and/var/www.

  If vMA cannot provide a web service to display these reports, which is the customary use of the health report?  Cron job (s) to create reports on the VMAs, then ship the files somewhere?

  vMA is supplied in the form of virtual appliance that comes with vCLI and vSphere SDK for Perl to automate and manage your ESX(I) hosts, it is not designed to be a web server, however it comes installed with apache. There are several ways to "do" the report: the report by e-mail (there is an option to do this, please refer to the documentation), SCP (by copying it to a local workstation), server on Web server if you like (you need activate apache)

  To enable apache, run: sudo service httpd start

  You should be able to point your browser to the ip address or host name of your system of vMA and files are served from/var/www/html as indicated on the default index.html file

  Setting up Web server is outside the scope of this script, recommend you check out the tutorials on the web

  I'm about to conduct some Contribute 3 training next week where some people will have a network to connect. Therefore, I asked IT to load local versions of the site on all the laptop.
  
  I just read in a book of training C3 that unlike Dreamweaver, "Contribute requires that you edit pages on a server. I use C4 and the tutorial that I experienced just resides locally on my Mac and PC, and NOT in any server and they work fine.
  
  That we will be able to work on a local version of my client's site when I train their version 3?

  Contribute favorite mode of connection is via the client to server - but he will be able to navigate to a folder on the local drive, using a type of local area network connection. Ideally, you want to host the site using IIS or Apache, as Contribute needs to configure parameters according to standard web server configurations, that is to say sites having a page index or default.

  One thing to note - the workflow will be similar to this c:\ - the client software creates a local cache of your publishing site found in C:\Documents andSettings\Application Data\Macromedia\Contribute 3\Sites\ Settings\

  The idea is that publication record and the local folder synchronize similar to Contribute connection to a remote server location.

  It seems that there is no listener for APEX or ADR

  How can I get that will easily?

  I just downloaded the latest ADR. Unzip it and do

  java-jar

  ords.jar

  and follow the prompt and it works

  two things I noticed.

  1. Make sure that apex_public_user is good to go
  2. make sure to put the correct directory for static
  3. Choose a port that is not used

  the configuration is in properties files and need to be changed...

  I wonder why this virtual machine does not right out of the box and looks like it sets up to 8080

  but it does not work when I do one

  localhost: 8080 / apex

  I guess that everything should work right out of the virtual machine and config...
