ORA-27300: OS dependent operating system: CreateThread failed with status: 8

Hi all

I'm looking for information on the guide follow error

ORA-27300: OS dependent operating system: CreateThread failed with status: 8

ORA-27301: OS Error Message: not enough memory is available to process this command.

ORA-27302: an error occurred at: ssthrddcr

Thank you
Waqas

Please don't be crazy on me, but in my opinion, this is the wrong place for your question. The fact is that Toshiba doesn't support Windows 2003 server for mobile computing. If you have problems try again with Microsoft.
As a manufacturer of operating system, they should be able to offer an explanation for each error message. Sorry, but I see no connection between the problems described and Toshiba as a hardware manufacturer.

Windows 8 operating system is compatible with a new Panasonic Toughbook 19?  The sales representative is indicating that they do not have the COA available Win8.  Does this mean that I can buy the Toughbook 19 with the installed operating system Windows 7 and upgrade to OS Win8 one receiver time BUT does that mean the hardware is not compatible with the Win8 OS?

  • Vista does not start, fails to Startup Repair indicating that the version of the operating system is incompatible with Startup Repair tool

I use a laptop Dell XPS M1330, under Vista Home Premium 32 Bit. The laptop froze, I tried to do a system restore, which did not work. Now the laptop goes into startup each time put on repair. A message window appears saying "Startup Repair cannot repair the computer automatically. Startup Repair window says "Startup Repair could not detect a problem. Diagnostics details say: Root cause found: the operating system version is incompatible with Startup Repair tool.

I tried to use the Dell Factory Image Restore to restore the system, but it does not end. I get an error message instead. There is no details, it's just a small window with an X and the Word error.

I also tried to use resettlement Dell DVD, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Vista does not start at all, not in either safe mode.

I just ran to the Dell Diagnostics tool, and that is to say that the integrity test of memory has failed... No idea how to solve this problem?

I'm at a loss and helps woukld be appreciated.

    Hi James,

Ø are you using the correct version of the Vista disc to run Startup Repair?

I suggest to run the diagnostic tool memory WINRE mode and check if the memory (RAM) installed on the computer works fine.

Follow the steps below to start the computer using the WINRE and run the memory diagnostic tool.

    A. Insert the Windows Vista installation disc.

    B. restart your computer.

    C. Si you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

Note: If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or a DVD, see the documentation provided with your computer. You may need to change your computer's BIOS settings. For more information, see BIOS: frequently asked questions.

    D. choose your language settings, and then click Next.

    E. click on repair your computer.

    F. Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

    G. in the menu system, SelectMemory diagnostic tool Recovery Options.

Once scanning is complete, check to see if the problem is resolved.

If you have several sticks of RAM installed on the computer, you can try to remove one of the RAM stick and check if it works very well. Also, you try to exchange the RAM sticks and check if one of the RAM is originally this issue and if it needs to be replaced.

Note: If you are not aware of the evolution and swaping the stick of RAM on the computer, it is best to contact the computer manufacturer for help on this and you can do it at your own risk.

You can also contact Dell support and check if you need to replace any hardware.

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.

  • Operating system command failed?

I am trying to execute an operating system command on Windows Server 2003 from a package (ODI version 10.1.3.4.0) using the following CMD /c batch_name.bat code but I get an error message: bad process return code

I created this file (batch_name.bat) in the ODI bin directory. It's weird because the package is run, but the operator indicates that he failed. Why?

    Thank you

Hey, what about putting a 0 EXIT or EXIT/b EXIT 0 at the end of the batch file? Do you have that? I remember that CMD did not close unless I specify the command EXIT under Win 2 K. See if it works.

  • I see a bug in MacOS where the operating system sometimes fails to draw miniatures

Photoshop does not thumbnail after that I modified a file and saved the changes. I've tried clicking the button IT on the FILE MANAGEMENT PREFERENCES on PS and nothing happens. I have tried rebooting etc etc and the thumbnails do not always appear. My operating system is an OS Yosemite 10.10.5. Someone knows how to solve this problem. It is important for me because I rely on my editing process in different looking thumbnails once they have been modified and saved. They lose the white frame. Thank you very much.

The "white frame" thumbnails are an OSX thing. CC uses the new procedure as Apple heads in inches on OSX rendering.

I think only CS6 and uses of earlier versions of the old way, and you don't want to go back to CS6 for this.

Photoshop: Thumbnails in the OS X Finder have white edges around them. Community customer Photoshop family

  • Two operating systems on PC with Windows7

I have new PC running windows 7 Home premium. I can load XP pro to run as a dual operating system with windows 7?   Any help is appreciated?

    Thank you, racer20

Racer, Yes, you can do a dual boot with Win7 and XP Pro.  However, it can be a little difficult to find drivers for your components.  I run a dual-boot system for several years.  I did it both ways; a single drive hard and two partitions of two separate hard drives.  I recommend two hard drives.  This way, you have an operating system if a hard drive fails.

Here's a guide to help you.

  • Help to resume the operating system pre-installed with regard

I lost my pre-installed operating system 'Windows 8 Pro' & now I have no way to recover it. My laptop is under warranty and I bought it in January 2014 to Saudi Arabia. What should I do to recover my operating system pre-installed? HP Saudi Arabia can provide me free recovery disk, if I managed to ship I have relatives there for the reception.

You have a choice of where to get a set of recovery disks. The cost is usually about $30,00 USD

    Order a HP recovery disk

It is unlikely that you will be able to get a recovery disk free of charge. A choice of methods to create recovery recovery disk series or usb media has been presented to you when you set up the laptop and unfortunately you chose to not use it.

  • Can I move my current operating system that came with the computer on a new hard drive?

My family got a hp pavilion m7560n some time ago.  Last weekend I heard on that clicking sound from the hard drive I think.  Since then, I only heard once or twice.  All that I know is that clicking may mean the hard drive is defect or on the way that him.   However I don't know if this is the case if the sound starts and stops.

I want to know if I can format a new hard drive to replace the one provided with the system and always keep the same format as on the system when it was new.  I mean here the operating system and all other programs who came to this topic.  The recovery that are made to work for this computer discs may work on a new drive hard format if it is put in place of the system?

Or are otherwise free to carry the operating system and other programs on a new hard drive.

The hard disk provided with the system's 320 GB, I have one that is 500 GB.

    Hi logicman77,

the recovery discs are meant to be exactly for this purpose.  You can put in a new drive hard (500 GB is fine), and the discs will reinstall XP, as well as all software provided on them.

The computer will look like it did the day you took it out of the box.  This document will give you details on the implementation of the recovery: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07145

    Kind regards
