Operating system command failed?

I am trying to execute an operating system command on Windows Server 2003 from a package (ODI version 10.1.3.4.0) using the following CMD /c batch_name.bat code but I get an error message: bad process return code

I created this file (batch_name.bat) in the ODI bin directory. It's weird because the package is run, but the operator indicates that he failed. Why?

Thank you

Hey, what about putting a 0 EXIT or EXIT/b EXIT 0 at the end of the batch file? Do you have that? I remember that CMD did not close unless I specify the command EXIT under Win 2 K. See if it works.

Please don't be crazy on me, but in my opinion, this is the wrong place for your question. The fact is that Toshiba doesn't support Windows 2003 server for mobile computing. If you have problems try again with Microsoft.
As a manufacturer of operating system, they should be able to offer an explanation for each error message. Sorry, but I see no connection between the problems described and Toshiba as a hardware manufacturer.

  • I see a bug in MacOS where the operating system sometimes fails to draw miniatures

Photoshop does not thumbnail after that I modified a file and saved the changes. I've tried clicking the button IT on the FILE MANAGEMENT PREFERENCES on PS and nothing happens. I have tried rebooting etc etc and the thumbnails do not always appear. My operating system is an OS Yosemite 10.10.5. Someone knows how to solve this problem. It is important for me because I rely on my editing process in different looking thumbnails once they have been modified and saved. They lose the white frame. Thank you very much.

The "white frame" thumbnails are an OSX thing. CC uses the new procedure as Apple heads in inches on OSX rendering.

I think only CS6 and uses of earlier versions of the old way, and you don't want to go back to CS6 for this.

Photoshop: Thumbnails in the OS X Finder have white edges around them. Community customer Photoshop family

  • Oracle Data Integrator operating system command

    Hello

I am copying files from host to tectia server by using the FTP command script.

When I run the batch on windows command file calls his work but when I run ODI package with the command of the tool os OS command/odi

    sound by mistake, below

    "* Start: 2015-16-04 18:49:19.68."

"Error: cannot open the connection to"[email protected]": connection impossible to ' 10.30.41.27 ': Key exchange failed

    "* End: 2015-16-04 18:49:20.19."

    Command: cmd V: ONE option /S /K F:\DAT5\REPORT\FTP\run_bat_put.bat

I think, the reason is not in ODI, but in the environment of the current windows user... https://support.ssh.com/manuals/server-win-admin/44/Public_Key.html - it keeps the keys to userprofile.

If the ODI agent starts using the another user (for example system or administrator) it is not configured to profile

I guess that the stored proc Java is designed to run external programs? In this case, there is no mkdir.exe program to load and run. Instead, he entered CLI to the cmd.exe program.

Under the hood, probably the CreateProcess() kernel is called. Have a look to understand the statement of core works to create a process.

    Thank you
    Lony

    Hi lony,.

If you want to copy, and then you have to use oditools which is OdiFileCopy.

If you want to use scriptfile can the script file updated the directory accessible to ODI. Then use the codes below in your oscommand or odioscommand.

    /Home/lony/scrpt.sh

Sometimes you may need to use the environment variable (depending on the needs. ex: If odi can you can reach all the child directory in/home/lony but not in/home/test.).

    Thank you.

This sounds like the BIOS failed in a different startup command, or
you have a USB key that tries to start and failed (for what is obvious
    reason!)
-Make sure you have nothing plugged in USB ports except your
    Mouse keyboard &, if necessary.
    then try a cold start
If it works, then plug your USB stuff one at a time, each reboot
time - see that it causes.

If it doesn't, then check the Boot in the BIOS order - to ensure that
the CD and HD are the first two devices (up to you that who!) and who
Activate you the option "other devices balance"if it's there. "

    See if that cures it.

  • Operating system not found on Equium - PXE - E61:Media test failed

    Hi all

My daughter has a computer satellite laptop running XP.
However, the system does not start and the following messages:

PXE - test failed - check the cable for E61:Media
PXE - M0F: output of the PXE Rom
    Operating system not found

We do not have a disk operating system.

What is the problem and how can I do for her?

    Hello

For me, it seems that the HARD drive is dead and the laptop can not find the installed operating system.
In this case, he tried to boot from different sources and finally LAN.
But it does not and therefore, you get the PXE - E61:Media test failure error message.

In my opinion, the HARD disk needs to be replaced and the operating system must be installed again.

    See you soon

  • Vista does not start, fails to Startup Repair indicating that the version of the operating system is incompatible with Startup Repair tool

I use a laptop Dell XPS M1330, under Vista Home Premium 32 Bit. The laptop froze, I tried to do a system restore, which did not work. Now the laptop goes into startup each time put on repair. A message window appears saying "Startup Repair cannot repair the computer automatically. Startup Repair window says "Startup Repair could not detect a problem. Diagnostics details say: Root cause found: the operating system version is incompatible with Startup Repair tool.

I tried to use the Dell Factory Image Restore to restore the system, but it does not end. I get an error message instead. There is no details, it's just a small window with an X and the Word error.

I also tried to use resettlement Dell DVD, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Vista does not start at all, not in either safe mode.

I just ran to the Dell Diagnostics tool, and that is to say that the integrity test of memory has failed... No idea how to solve this problem?

I'm at a loss and helps woukld be appreciated.

    Hi James,

Ø are you using the correct version of the Vista disc to run Startup Repair?

I suggest to run the diagnostic tool memory WINRE mode and check if the memory (RAM) installed on the computer works fine.

Follow the steps below to start the computer using the WINRE and run the memory diagnostic tool.

    A. Insert the Windows Vista installation disc.

    B. restart your computer.

    C. Si you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

Note: If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or a DVD, see the documentation provided with your computer. You may need to change your computer's BIOS settings. For more information, see BIOS: frequently asked questions.

    D. choose your language settings, and then click Next.

    E. click on repair your computer.

    F. Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

    G. in the menu system, SelectMemory diagnostic tool Recovery Options.

Once scanning is complete, check to see if the problem is resolved.

Access the link below to learn more about Windows recovery options in Windows Vista.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/how-do-I-know-if-my-computer-has-a-memory-problem

If you have several sticks of RAM installed on the computer, you can try to remove one of the RAM stick and check if it works very well. Also, you try to exchange the RAM sticks and check if one of the RAM is originally this issue and if it needs to be replaced.

Note: If you are not aware of the evolution and swaping the stick of RAM on the computer, it is best to contact the computer manufacturer for help on this and you can do it at your own risk.

You can also contact Dell support and check if you need to replace any hardware.

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.
