  If you want to reformat the hard disk, in erasing all data on the computer, there is no need to uninstall.  Deactivation is sufficient.

• Unable to connect to Oracle Apps R12

  I have an Oracle Instance R12 installed on my laptop (middle-tier and the database). When I tried to launch the executable form in the responsibility of the system administrator after login, I got the following error:

  FRM-92102: A network error has occurred. Customer Forms attempted to re-establish its connection to the Server 5 times without success. Please check the network connection and try again later.

  I googled on this topic and found that changing networkretries setting helps.

  I changed the parameter networkretries in the file $ORACLE_HOME/forms/server/formsweb.cfg of 0 to 30.

  After that, I stopped the instance (adstpall.cmd) and started (adstrtal.cmd) again.

  Now, when I run the (IE) browser and try to connect to the Oracle Apps instance, it gives me the following error:

  HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

  The website cannot display the page

  HTTP 500

  Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

  Manual updates to the configuration files are to be avoided - AutoConfig should take care of everything, from where you are now I would say stopping and running again AutoConfig to see if that lets you go back to a working configuration.

  You have not specified the R12 version, so I think that you have loaded an out-of-the 12.1.1 box on your laptop to test?

  If I remember well 12.1.1 comes with JRE6 in the techstack, but is not the patch of Sun JRE interoperability (4377566) previously applied, it's something to check.

  The forms out-of-the-box technology stack also needs the additional fixes to make it compatible JRE7.

  I hope that "User Interfaces" refers to where the user can input/display the application.

  If this is the case of User Interfaces are OFA, form of Oracle and Web ADI form.

  I have a requirement for a burdened_cost of the attribute in the pa_budget_versions table in the page /oracle/apps/pa/project/webui/MyProjectsPG.

  The question really is, it is a standard search page, and there is another page where we have the possibility of shuttle to oracle/apps/fnd/framework/customjrad/webui/CustomJRADViewUpdatePage.xml display attributes.

  My requirement is currently my attribute does not exist in the list of the shuttle and that's why I need host my attribute maybe by extension VO (I think)

  But I'm not able to get the exact details, including VO to extend here...

  Attach the pictures on the pages. (CustomJRADViewUpdatePage is where you can see the attirbutes shuttle and I need to accommodate an attribute here and more)

  (MyProjectsPG is where we see the shuttled attributes, so I should see my here more adding the attribute to the display list)

  Can you if it all please let me know how to get the details and find the solution for this requirement.

  I'm closing this thread once I have give the resolution.

  It depends on the attribute we need to add to the MyProjectsPG, if the attribute is already available in the standard attributes we can simply add it to our view and display the attribute, but if we want to add a custom here attribute I don't know how we do, same Oracle did not return on it.

  Have you checked that the file JaznCredentialManager.class is well under

  Directory JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/ad/tools/configuration of $?

  This class file is delivered by 12.1.3 (fix 9239090), R12. ATG_PF. B.Delta.3 (patch 8919491)

  and R12. T2K. B.Delta.3 (patch 8919489).

  I'm trying to implement the AIA error handling and reading that AIA provides xpath functions to retrieve the error code messages and corrective action messages. the documentation says that you must use the oracle.apps.aia.core.eh.i18n.EHCorrectiveActionRB listresourcebundle class to do this.
  
  My questions are:
  
  1. this oracle.apps.aia.core.eh.i18n.EHCorrectiveActionRB of the class already exists within the AIA in order to add the new error etc... you just need to change?
  2. If the above is true then where can I find this class to add new messages?
  3 this Listresource bundle must be implemented in all composite samples of AIA? If yes how can I do this?

  Yes, they exist oob with FP. In 10g, it will be under system/classes/bpel file.

  In 10g, it will be under system/classes/bpel file. 11 g, it will be under /soa/modules/oracle.soa.ext_11.1.1/classes folder.

  No, the bundle is a single resource, and you can add your messages in the same class.

• Archived bills accessible via Oracle Apps

  Our Organization is currently on applications 11.5.10.2 and have acquired a new company which has been moved to the Oracle. However, this new company has many old bills that we do not want to migrate to Oracle because we want to keep the Apps database lean and fast and this data is used very rarely.
  
  Our plan is to move these data in a separate database / warehouse and build a custom (with Oracle Forms and reports) application to query the data and print reports.
  
  However, we must add some sort of link / menu item in Oracle Apps to call this new application when the user wishes to question this archived data.
  
  Is this possible? If so, how can this be achieved? How do we create a different database applications binding?
  
  Any help will be much appreciated?

• Simple Data Acquisition question please Help!

  I have problems with a simple LabVIEW program.

  I'm analyzing two inputs voltage and at the moment I have the VI work so that both are analyzed at 10 k Hz simultaneously and displayed in two tables of waveform.  What I would do, it is write values for them at 1 Hz in an excel spreadsheet or a text file with the time, the value of the first and the second value.  So I would create an array of [value1, value2] and export that to a line in a text file, I can analyze and then later in excellent.  I want to keep it that way for the duration of the program. In addition, it is possible to have the LabVIEW to generate such a table statistics once the user closes the loop, it would be even better.

  I can only assume that it is not too complicated, but I've never done any export data and just a quick explanation probably will save me a lot of time.  Any help would be great, even if it's just to say "use this feature.  Thank you very much.

  Please post on the Forums of NOR. I could take an example that was similar to yours and organize data in the format you want. I've included a photo as well as saved for LabVIEW 8.6 VI. I took the data from the berries that were from the channel to read and handle while he was in the format of time, channel 0 channel 1. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
