I am trying to get the sample on the following page HrCrudMobile to work:
I can create an apk file and install and run on my phone. This is when I press the sync button you get the error.
Someone from the ateam or who tried the sample can help?

The PDF tutorial mentioned in a previous reply is obsolete and is no longer located on the two blog posts I wrote on this extension.
The tutorial has been replaced by three such video mentioned in the part 2 of the article. Also note that new versions of the extension are frequently downloaded, so frequently check the "last updated" at the bottom of the article.
Now, on the error you get: access the properties of the Application-> libraries and ClassPath and check the path for DataSynchFeature.jar. If the path is incorrect or does not exist, then add the pot using the correct path information.
The jar located in [folder jdev_home]/jdev/extensions/oracle.ateam.sample.mobile.persistence/.

Hello team
We have generated a few pages using AMPA of MAF User Interface generator. These pages contain a link to the DataSynch function to display the current synchronization Actions.
It's the back button on this the DataSynch feature page does not have something, but when we checked the source code of this page it contains the command link actionlistner assigned property BACKS to "#{GoToPreviousFeature} '.
So, is there no work around for this, or we should create another new page similar to it.

The back button should work fine if you call the function of data synchronization by using the GoToFeature bean. This bean then knows the previous function to return.
In any case, the reusable datasynch feature is just a sample as to how you can make visible pending synchronization actions.
In real applications of MAF that we build with AMPA, we always create our own functionality to synchronize data with the look and feel of the application we are building.
You can build the functionality from scratch by looking at the source code of GitHub, or you can simply copy the project DataSynch have the workspace of GitHub and add it to your own application and modify it as you wish.
If you do this, make sure that you change the function ID in order to avoid any conflict of ID function.

I was trying to find the below tutorial accelerator MAF:

For part 2 of this tutorial, after that a successful project viewcontroller HFrepos application deployment below url (with ip address) does not show expected results:

This blocks any further development for the hand accelerator on.
Kindly advice on any changes in addition to the measures mentioned in the tutorial.

The typical reasons for this error are:
-The name of your persistence unit is not 'Model 1', but something else, like "model 1". You then need to change the URL accordingly (and it is case sensitive)
-You has not successfully added topink-dataservoices-web-.jar to your project, as explained in step 3.2 in part II
If you still can't find the mistake you have done by following the steps, and you want to continue with part 3 (which is what the tutorial is all about), then you can download the completed the HFREPOS zip file. (Same link can be found in the tutorial)

How to reduce the Oracle ADF deployed Mobile
Hello
I created simple demonstrations with Oracle ADF Mobile and the deployment file is more than 50 MB. Is there a way to reduce this size? Maybe remove some features unused llike SQLLite?
At the moment you can't do much. Oracle is working on that. With one of the next versions the size will reduce if all goes well. If you create the application without debugging information, the size is smaller.

Oracle multimedia: sample photo album - PhotoAlbumDBInfo.jsp file missing...
Hello!
I installed the package of examples for Oracle 11 g and did everything correctly on the process of setting up the example of a photo album for JSP, but when I searched for the file "PhotoAlbumDBInfo.jsp" - oddly enough, the main file to run the sample - it strangely was not in the package located in < ORACLE_HOME > \ord\http\demo\jsp. So, I am not able to run the program without this file.
I tried to search through the internet, but without success.
Maybe it was damaged during the instalation? Or there is a question about the Oracle of updated examples?
Can someone tell how to fix this situation? If I could get this JSP file, would be great.

11.2.3 Oracle dynamic sampling works is not on table with locked statistics, NULL
I work in a development environment where the statistics are locked for all schemas. Some of these table objects have had their statistics unlocked and collected manually. We have the level of dynamic sampling set to 4.
When I perform queries on this particular scheme, I can say that dynamic sampling isn't being run because I do not see any other session running in the OEM other than my request.
Any ideas?
You can check the level of dynamic sampling of the plan by querying V$ SQL_PLAN. Column OTHER_XML. For example:
11.2.0.3 ...4 3346460612... Also this info is printed according to dbms_xplan.display_cursor (). For example:

We have a requirement to configure OBIEE on mobile devices. This is not limited to reports on iPhones / iPads. We must be able to use the reports on other devices too, for by example-Android.
How can we do this? Is there any application for front-end for mobile devices that can consume web services? Or do we just use the same link on mobile browsers that we use to access reports on your laptop / desktop?
PeppyIf you use 11.1.1.6 or 11.1.1.5 OBIEE you can use OBIEE Mobile App
But if you need HD, you can use OBIEE Moblie HD that is compatiable 11.1.1.6.2 to leave.
You can use mobile browsers to connect too such as Safari, Chrome, firefox etc. Check the version compatibility.
But whenever you set up, remember to clear the web cache.Thought it look and feel is the same, you always will be not able to do certain things as create analysis etc.

Adding more than one locale to sample mobile TwitterTrends - works not

I struggled to add local muliple support in my application so I desided to try with TwitterTrends sample application. Should be easy, but does not work for me...
What I did:
1 Add a locale folder to the asset with a subfolder en_US
SRC/assets/local/en_US
2. create a file of properties for en_US and save in src/assets/local/en_US
SRC/Assets/local/en_US/twittertrends. Properties
3 adding a resource key unique to view House in 'twittertrends.properties '.
views. Home.title = Twitter trends
4 update the TwitterTrendsHome.mxml to use, to get the title of the properties file

5 Add the folder of locale in the path of the source of applications, I did this by changing the arguments additional compilter for Flash Builder:

The problem is that the compiler is not smart enough to say that you are using the 'twittertrends' Resource Pack unless tell him both through [ResourceBundle] metadata. He's not trying to analyze the ActionScript code inside the data binding expressions to determine what parameters you pass to ResourceManager functions, etc..
If instead of data binding, you use the @Resource () compiler directive, as in
title="@resource ('twittertrends', 'views.home.title').
then it should be able to understand it without the [ResourceBundle] metadata. But this way, it does not support the locale when switching running.

Unable to put new data using persistence mobile A-team

If no data is present, and I'm trying to display the data for the first time, I get an error like "cannot force class oracle.adfmf.util.GenericVirtualType for teamup.mobile.model.Discussion" and of the class he debugging point no method service events increased saveDiscussion. Button create I have following steps:
1. action listener - #{bindings. Create.Execute}
2. set the headset to property - params all service
3. action listener - #{bindings.saveDiscussion.execute}
saveDiscussion accepts input param - #{bindings.discussionIterator.currentRow.dataProvider}
My guess is currently stored is zero first. But I do not know how to set the current row in the iterator on click of a button. Can you please help?

In this scenario, it is easier to add a custom "saveNewDiscussion" method to the service class that takes the text of discussion as a string argument.
Then you can drag and drop this method as a form on the page that will give you an input field text for the text of the discussion. The button you will get will call the method and the PSA on the text of the discussion.
The code for this method looks like this (I assume that your entity is named "Discussion"):

Hello
I use persistence for my MAF Application Accelerator.
I have generated the DataControl by specifying the details of service rest via the Wizard "business of the CRG of Rest WebService object.
Using the DataControl I dropped the iterator on my page as an af:listview
When the page opens the service's get called but I am told error
"Collection item 'Job' not found in payload expected.
Please see the attached persistent mapping .xml.
(I've highlighted the specific classmapping descriptor for which I am faced with the question.)
I am also attaching the object of service payload remains below.
I also checked the payloadelementname specified in the classmapping descriptor matches the name of the element in the payload. However, I still get the error.
Please let me know if I'm missing out on anything.

The data object to "Seek", you have misconfigured persistence distance Manager:
remotePersistenceManager = "oracle.ateam.sample.mobile.v2.persistence.manager. RestXMLPersistenceManager".
This should be
remotePersistenceManager = "oracle.ateam.sample.mobile.v2.persistence.manager. RestJSONPersistenceManager".
My guess is that when running the wizard, you have forgotten initially set the Content Type application/JSON and when the wizard runs the servce REST to inspect the payload, payload has been returned in XML format. Would this be possible?

I'm doing an analysis on the Oracle BI Mobile App the last 11.1.1.9 certification matrix does not specify who is supported for Windows OS mobile devices.
Does anyone know if the application works on Windows OS? Or better yet, when Oracle are likely to the approval process (if at all)?

On Windows phone?
I guess that there is not... The app is out for iPhone/iPad, was later released the Android version and that's it.
Oracle has released the Mobile App Designer (DH) that is integrated into OBIEE and who produce applications compatible with any mobile device mobile because they are entirely in HTML5.
If there is no such thing as Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile HD for Windows Phone (never heard talk about it was developed), MAD OBIEE apps will work fine on Windows phone (like HTML5).

It is available for the MAF and it is an approach recommended by Oracle for the implementation of data synchronization?
Can anyone please share their experience using this extension.
We are currently reviewing the best approach for the implementation of data synchronization.
