  In the release notes for Designer 10.1.2.6 it are not about setting up Oracle Designer to work with Oracle 11g form (this is a quote of Designer 10.1.2.6 is now available. )

  We are running Oracle Application server 10 g for applications developed using Oracle Forms/Reports and Oracle Portal.
  
  We intend to migrate to the new version of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11 g R2 possible on a new server.
  
  Can you please get listed Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g R2 components/products I have to install to run Oracle Forms/Reports and Oracle Portal applications?
  
  I would appreciate if you could list the versions of these products and the sequence that I need to install.

  I'm afraid I can't say much forms/States with third-party identity management products. If I'm right (others please correct if I am wrong), SSO in forms and reports is via the mod_osso protected URL. So I guess that any product management identities which includes features URL protection, would be able to provide Single Sign-On.

  Portal will be your bottleneck however as portal relies on the OID and Oracle produced Single Sign-On. Until December 2012, Application Server 10 g as Single Sign-On could be used. Currently, OAM 11.1.1.5 is preferred while 11.1.2 is currently be certified for Oracle Portal 11.1.1.6. It is impossible that I'm afraid.

  My recommendation would be to check if you really need Oracle Portal as this will determine if you need to always keep OAM as identity management solution. Also, check with the Oracle License Department, FMW11g could come up with a license restricted in OAM 11g, you won't have a full license.

  As Salamu Asalam are Atef,

  During the installation of weblogic server (WLS), home of Middleware is created.  My dough to this mistake, it's that you does not have the correct version of weblogic FIRST before installing the forms and reports. Then, u MUST specify THE SAME directory Middleware where wls is created after a successful installation.

• Oracle Fusion Middleware 12 c WebLogic Server and coherence (12.1.2.0.0) only installs and launches javax.xml.bind.JAXBException: provider com.sun.xml.bind.v2.ContextFactory not found exception

  I am installing Oracle Fusion Middleware 12 c WebLogic Server and coherence (12.1.2.0.0) (V38518 - 01\wls_121200.jar), but I get the following error:

  javax.xml.bind.JAXBException: provider com.sun.xml.bind.v2.ContextFactory not found

  Please note that I also get the same error when I try to install Oracle Fusion Middleware 12 c (12.1.3.0.0) WebLogic Server and coherence (V44413-01\fmw_12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar).

  Has anyone seen this error, or did someone knows how to solve this problem?

  I had several java installed on my computer so I thought this might be causing the problem. I went ahead uninstalled all the software just installed and java Oracle JDK 7 55 of update for Microsoft Windows x 64, set the path to be able to run java and ran "java-jar fmw_12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar". Installer is coming now.

  This is not supported for the content... Please check the certificate of the MOS

  Support content 12.2.0.1 MS x 64 64 bit 2012 and 2012R2 and same is applied to the installation of Oracle Fusion Middleware Infrastructure program.

  I tried to install Oracle Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS). This is why I started with the installation of the SOA Suite, requiring a number of preconditions, which have been Creation (RCU) Utility of resources Oracle Fusion Middleware (fmw). When I try to install RCU, on the page where the details of the database are to give, after giving all the details, I get an error message saying "the selected Oracle database is not configured to use the AL32UTF8 character set. Oracle strongly recommends the use the AL32UTF8 character defined for databases that support Oracle Fusion Middleware". Documentation Oracle said ignore this error would be to continue the installation without any further problems, but my installation was getting arrested after ignore him. Now, I tried to change the character set, but an error pops up saying "the new character set should be a super set of the existing character set". However, I read on a forum that says AL32UTF8 and UTF8 are identical and therefore tried to change the UTF8 character set and changed it. Now, I retried RCU installation but just the same error and ignoring the error Stops again. In configuration of FMW, during database Configuration Type stage, getting a hit on "Get RCU Configuration" allows only once to the new measures, so plant UCR became necessary.

  How can I get rid of the error of character set or how to change the character set to the AL32UTF8 required?

  The latest versions of these two software are compatible - database Oracle 11 GR 2 (11.2.0.3) and Oracle Fusion Middleware 11 GR 1 material (11.1.1.6).

• Oracle Fusion Middleware Configuration Wizard does not display alternative OAM

  I m install OAM. I installed Weblogic and the MRI suite. When I start the Oracle Fusion Middleware Configuration Wizard, I expect to see an alternative to choose to create a new domain or use an existing one. Im not seeing this and rather Im getting a text information of General information. When I click Next I get only the alternative to configure OIM OAM not or any other component.

  Where you start the config.sh from? It must be run from $MW_HOME/oracle_common/bin/config.sh

  You can then select either a new domain or extend an existing domain, where you can select Oracle Access Management.

  Hi, this is a reference to the JavaDocs of the methods/classes supported by ADF Mobile Java. You can usually right (or ctrl) click on any method of specific Java ADF Mobile and select "JavaDoc". You can open a sample application that contains a Java class - for example the HR sample application, and find any method with the name "adfmf." You should be able to see the doc of Java for the ADF Mobile related methods/classes.

  First, I will begin by saying that Windows 10 is not yet a certified platform.  Therefore, if you decide to use it, understand that some things may not work properly and Support of Oracle isn't able to help you.

  Second, it is recommended that you read (or at least review) the product documentation before diving too deep into what either.  Many of the likely questions will be answered in the docs.

  About your comments, here are my comments:

  I guess you are referring to the fact that v12 now offers a "Form Builder Only" installation option.  This option installs the form builder and related utilities. It does not install runtime components.

  How to configure Oracle 12 c forms and reports on the laptop with Windows 10 system of independent when operating away from server offline to develop forms & reports.

  As mentioned, the Win10 is not yet supported, so consider that Oracle Support may not be able to help if problems arise.  If you have decided to install the generator option of form only, developers need to access remote servers in order to test their applications.  As would be the case if you have not installed a database on the developer's computer.  If the developer machines are not connected to a network, it will be necessary to have a database and complete installation of FMW on their machine in order to run the applications they develop.

  Once Oracle Forms 12 c and reports are installed on Windows Server 12R2, how the desktop users will gain access to forms.

  I'm not sure that understand this issue.  If you're referring to end users (not developers), it's the same accomplished as it has always been in the past. For example:

• "Problem reports and Solutions" does not

  After scoring in my Windows Vista machine, I am bombarded with notifications "Problem reports and solution" does not. I tried to disable the service, but I still get notifications. I can't find PRS in the control panel. In the event viewer, I found the following:

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a major pain in the back.
