  N ° only several copies of the same book can be combined in one shipment. Separate books = distinct impression = separate shipping. It's how Apple works is the print service.

  Apple print is more books iPhoto.  If you want your book printed by Apple, extract the pages of your PDF file in JPEG format, for example in the overview.

  Then create a new photo book in News Photos from Apple for Mac application.  Just use the JPEG format you got from your book pictures full page in a new book of photo.

  What card theme you are using?  And what version of iPhoto?  Your internet connection is working?

  In iPhoto 9.6.1, you can add a location in layout mode.  Zoom in on the map and ctrl - click the location on the map, and then select 'Add Place '.

  In mode 'Options', you should be able to press the button "+" and type a name for the place. The location search pictures by name. You can also ctrl - click on the map and add the location manually.

  What happens when you try to add a place? You get an error message?

  Apple is no longer offer these services from iPhoto or Aperture, and have not changed since March 31.

  You need only generate a pdf and find a 3rd party printing service.

  I am not afraid.  Apple has sent a warning to all those who have ordered books from opening last month, that the printing Services for print products Apple will be arrested for Aperture and iPhoto at the end of March.

  It must be an address of invoicing in France, an AppleID with french billing address and a credit card valid in France, if you want the book to ship in France.

  Set the printing products store in Photos preferences > General in France.

• FedEx invoice when ordering photo book of the Canada

  This year, like the past (at least) of seven, we ordered five Apple picture books (Christmas gifts). We live in the Canada, and books are shipped from Ohio. I received a FedEx Bill for the costs of promotion $10 (plus taxes). I assume this has something to do with customs, but I really don't understand the Bill, so I'm not clear (there are a lot of details of the customs, but I have no idea what this means). Last year I got a FedEx Bill for only one of the five books that we ordered. I remember never receive invoices in the several years prior to last year.

  Anyone know what it is for or why I seem to only get the Bill for the book casual and not all of them?

  I had this problem about 3 years when I ordered several photo books (also in Canada). Of 7 books I ordered, only has been concerned by this problem of FedEx, although all of them have been shipped from the United States. I called Apple and they had dressed him in a few minutes. I checked my visa account and in a few days my account has been credited. The Adviser to Apple indicated that it would be better to pay for FedEx to avoid delivery delays or future issues.   You set the print products store in the ' iPhoto preferences > advanced "in the country of your delivery address and your billing address? You can only ship to an address in the country of your billing address.

  Are you trying to order a book in iPhoto or Photos for Mac?  I ask, because you send messages in the forum of iPhoto.

  Apple does support is no longer printing of books from iPhoto, from Photos to Mac. So, you will not be able to submit an order for the book in iPhoto.

  Photos for Mac you can not order a blank book with Picture placeholders. But you can simply drop a screenshot of the empty page in the placeholder pictures so there will be something included and the box is not empty.
