  As you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, I suggest that you try to reset the Windows Update components.   1. Press Windows + X key.
  2. Click on (Admin) command prompt.

     4. net stop cryptsvc
  4. Reset update components. Copy the following text and paste the same in the command line window.
