  Seems to download the software I mentioned before has been deleted. This means that a new driver will be downloaded.

  Please visit the site from time to time if a new software is available. I'll keep an eye as well and provide an update here, if the new software can be downloaded. It may take a few days.

  OK, well, maybe there are even more options.  Not sure it will work, but try:

  1. make sure the printer is on and connected to your network. Verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address before continuing. Get his IP address for a network Test printed on the front of the printer.

  4. Select local printer

• M477fnw LaserJet Pro MFP: Print not offline

  The printer is set up wireless.

  Installed correctly according to the test page.  Can't pring offline... Word documents, articles, etc.  Print a copy of my email, newsletter articles, nothing online.  Technical support HP and a nephew, working for a COMPUTER company ran Diagnostics remotely and both agree with the test page, that there is nothing wrong and I should be able to print off line.  I tried to reinstall a few times and with options of different configuration, but always using the supplied with the printer setup disk.  The installation disc is updated according to the option ' check for updates ' during installation.

  Technology HP said it's probably because the IP addresses of the printer and the pc are different.  Printer laser HP 3 year has a similar IP address as the new printer and it works fine on my wireless network.

  Before buying this LaserJet, I could not find a review for this product so no known problems to watch out for.

  Does anyone have a suggestion (s)?   Thank you.

  Just discovered this LaserJet Pro M4777fnw MFP does not print the Word documents, PDF format only.  Will Support HP drop a line of detail so the next time, they will know the answer.

  I just connect the printer to the time my Mac Book Pro and my iMac.  On the MacBook, it displays the version 1.0 of the driver, but on the iMac is version 3.3 which is correct?  Or if the versions may be different for different computers, which run both OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.

  The reason you see listed 1.0 version, the Cougar the default option uses Apple's Airprint driver and not the driver HP...

  You can add any type of driver by going to System Preferences > print & scan...

  After clicking the sign more and by selecting the printer you can set the option use as AirPrint or the printer model for pilots provided via Apple Software Update...

  I've been on the Support from Toshiba site for drivers/downloads. The graphics card is the Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME graphics card.
  Currently, the Device Manager read: version 6.14.10.4656 as of 08/01/2006 by Microsoft Corporation XDDM.

  Although I think I did the research properly, I'm not sure that this is the most recent update of the driver.
  On a note related... It would be much more effective that the Toshiba server have been set up for users to connect and get appropriate lists of updates.

  Tried to load the complete package of windows 8. did not work.  Tried it on 2 10 Windows - had already installed win10 and the other has been upgraded to win7.  I REALLY need to be able to scan.  Any suggestions out there?

  There are 10 Windows drivers available for your Officejet 8500, and you must install the full features drivers correct and the file of the software for it to work.   I have an old HP Officejet Pro L7650 all in one and due to new software that I use for my small business, I was told that I must download PCL6/drivers for my printer to work with the new software correctly. I searched and found the right driver online and downloaded, however, during installation to choose the machine and it lists just about everyone but the machines HP Officejet Pro L7650. I was wondering if anyone has an idea or knows a PCL 6 driver that will work for my particular all in one machine. Any help is appreciated. The driver I downloaded was the HP Universal print for 64-bit systems driver specifically (upd-pcl6 - x 64 - 6.0.0.18849). Thank you.

  According to the specifications of the charges (see http://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c00839084 ) and in common with many (but not all) peripheral inket printers OfficeJet L7650 use the Language of Description of Page PCL3 Enhanced - they do not support PCL5 or PCL6.
