I used to install the trial version of Illustrator CC on my desk and then during the trial run out I decide to go with illustrator CS6 instead, so I decide to buy &
Illustrator CS6 install on our desktop and everything seem to be fine exceptthe problem is that our .ai file is located on the network design team shared drive.
When we try to open the file from the network drive with illustrator CS6, it says "this file is not found.
-We try to copy the file to the network drive on our office and can open the file without problem
-If we double-click directly on the file from the network drive to start the CS6 illustrator with this file. He has also very good, no problem at all.
- But if we first open the illustrator CS6 and try opening... and then again browse to this file on the network, then "this file is not found.

Hi, I just could solve this problem, a path of the folder in our network is contains a character of Thai language.
When rename us all English characters, it is able to repair!Maybe it's a bug since Illustrator CC is quite open this file, but in any case if it works at least I don't have to guess anymore.

Is it possible to buy Illustrator CS6 (student-teacher)?
Hello! I don't know if this question belongs here, but I'm currently running a trial of Illustrator CS6 and I think to buy once my 30 days expires. However, I'm looking at the Adobe store and it seems that I can't buy Illustrator with student price (the only programs listed with the delivery of education are Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and packages of CS). I know that it is still possible to buy Illustrator CS6 since I find at regular price ($599), but I'm just curious to know if this means Adobe gradually some editions of student/teacher CS6 or if my account is just to be weird and it is still possible to buy Illustrator with the discount. Thank you! (Also I totally get the encouragement to subscribe to CC instead, especially with the rate of first year at low prices for students, but it is mostly for purposes of self-teaching/hobby - not so much for professional training. Once again, thank you!)

I'm afraid that the educational version of the unique applications option was limited to Photoshop and a few others.
The best option, in my opinion, is the standard, which is cheaper than the single no educational version of Illy (Design and Web Premium has the same price as Illy).

I have a full membership, but am still being charged to buy illustrator
Hi all
I tried and tried to contact adobe customer service regarding this issue, but I can never get through on the cat. I have also searched the forum but can't find not everything related so I apologize if it is mentioned elsewhere.I'm on full membership, but I always wonder about buying Illustrator in the desktop application. I initially ran it on a trial, so now I have just the text "trial expired" and the "Buy" button blue next to him in the apps fall down.
I need it as soon as possible for a work so any help would be appreciated.
