I have a full membership, but am still being charged to buy illustrator

Hi all


I tried and tried to contact adobe customer service regarding this issue, but I can never get through on the cat. I have also searched the forum but can't find not everything related so I apologize if it is mentioned elsewhere.

I'm on full membership, but I always wonder about buying Illustrator in the desktop application. I initially ran it on a trial, so now I have just the text "trial expired" and the "Buy" button blue next to him in the apps fall down.

I need it as soon as possible for a work so any help would be appreciated.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work
