I got a strange email last night, and I don't know if this is some kind of scam/spam. Here it is:

If it is legitimate can someone explain it to me in plain English what it really means.

Probably you are right on the mailing list, and therefore nothing to worry about.

However, way back in my days of Sales Director, that I would have never allowed an email like this to go to the customers it is too similar to an internal memo from sales mixed with an attempt to communicate with its customers change, and the title is adjacent to be downright insulting.

Thunderbird support is not a provider of e-mail and does not send a message like this. I suspect that it is a scam.

How to move all e-mails from the imap server to local folders automatically for each mail?

I want to transfer all my e-mails in local folders as soon as they arrive in Thunderbird and remove them from the server. I can do this manually by moving the mails to hand, but I want to do it automatically by Thunderbird.

After a few hours, I found there is an option on the removal of e-mails from the mail server, if I use POP3, but it is not an option for IMAP.

Important note: my mail can not be resolved like POP3, so please don't segguest implementation using POP3.

My outlook mail is a mess. My mail files and local files separate all the time. My local folders will list separately on the left of the page with a background color kahki? Page mail slides, has never done this before? When I opened the mail, it opens to a page of message send/REC/WAV? It allows to open the lower pane only when you click on? Also, I tried offline compaction, it stops in the Middle, and whatever the folder is currently compacted disappears. You may have a damaged identity especially if it's the default main identity. File | Identities | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.
