  I have my setup of email from work with the settings of Outlook Web Access by using BIS.  I receive emails from others on my device, but at certain times in the day I receive on my phone, massively, emails, I sent from my PC.

  While the BB has been reset, the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) account was not. BIS is that control e-mail accounts that are part of the BB. A feature of BIS, is that, when a BB is reset, BIS pushes down messaging configurations. So, what should happen is that your friend needs to talk to Sprint and have the account BIS also reset, erasing the integrated e-mail accounts. Oh and by the way the account on you so that you can set up your own email on the BB.

  You're not be apps downloaded as such.  Are just icons.  It will be a futile exercise to remove them by going to Options > Advanced Options > Service books and removing them for these icons.

  They will always come back!  Nothing to do with the browser will affect any.   Your carrier that pushes them to your device.

  There's a print tiny memory for them.  Two options are pretty easy:

  Menu > add folder

  Establish a record for all pushed icons named however you wish.  Mine is "Junk."

  Move all the icons in the new folder.

  Otherwise, you can simply hide the icons.  You can combine the two options: the record of her icons move and hide the folder.

  Probably you are right on the mailing list, and therefore nothing to worry about.

  However, way back in my days of Sales Director, that I would have never allowed an email like this to go to the customers it is too similar to an internal memo from sales mixed with an attempt to communicate with its customers change, and the title is adjacent to be downright insulting.

  I'm changing to a 9700 for a 9790. I have a ton of contacts in the internal memory of the old phone and need to move all the way to the SIM card so I can pass the info on the new phone.   Not on our smartphone BlackBerry you can not copy all Contacts from a SIM card at the same time, if you want to copy you make one because the BlackBerry address book is much more robust it will be a different arrangement with a resource person and several areas of information (phone cell phone, work phone, home phone, e-mail address, etc.) while the SIM card SIM card allows only one entry per phone number.
