  Go to network and sharing Center, and then change the settings for the adapter. Once here look for a connection that is implemented but not used and delete. I had a virus, set up an "incoming connections". I deleted it and the icon was returned to normal. Good luck.

  If your "Vista recovery disc" is provided by the manufacturer of your computer, be it Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, etc... Then chances are he's doing a thing. Completely format your hard drive and restores your computer to the day you brought it home. I want to turn it off and I can't find anything on it. I have attached a screenshot. Of course, it's to do with the power settings but I can't find anything in the control panel to disable it. This is extremely annoying and totally unnecessary.

  I know that it is authentic, I bought the laptop and I have activated Windows correctly. But hey, this is a minor issue and only happens 1/3 of the time I try to start the computer. The main problem is that Pseudo-gel of infinite of Windows.
  Start in Safe Mode does not change the problem at all. It starts well and like 3 minutes later, becomes terribly slow.
  I can solve the problem somehow (running antivirus, etc.) because I can't throw soft...

  Hello, this looks like a problem possibly caused by malicious software on your pc. Please go to firefox > addons > extensions and remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, the things that you have not installed intentionally, I don't know what purpose they serve, etc.). also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or software potentially unwanted here and made a complete analysis of your system with the security software you have in place and various other tools such as the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
