  • Windows goes directly to the desktop and not the boot screen.

. My computer just updated windows 8 and now it goes directly to the office when an application instead of tiles to apps closing.  How to stop

It's an easy fix, once you know what to look for.

Go to the desktop and right click on the taskbar. Click Properties,

On the first tab, there is an option to "See the Windows Store apps on the taskbar" uncheck the box.

Then go to the Navigation tab uncheck "Boot to the desktop."

That should do it. If it is not, please let me know.

  • Scroll in the pane view of Mail goes directly at the bottom of the Page

I use the current version of Mail.app (9.3) in OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan).

In previous versions of Mail.app, I could place my mouse in the e-mail display pane and use my mouse on how intent settings and the same with all other applications.

With the new updates? Now, I noticed when I put my mouse in the display pane, enamel jumps to the very bottom of the page and I have to constantly scroll upward to read my mail.

I am also blind and have the monitor 27 "display set to a TEXT more GRAND. When I turn it on the size of the text by default, the same thing happens.

I have no solution to this very annoying problem.

    Someone at - it solutions?

    Thank you!

First, see this analysis of the CSA. If the suggested solution it does not work for you, continue.

If you have installed a plugin for mail called "Mail unread Menu" and you know how to remove it, please do, then leave then to restart Mail. Test. otherwise, see below.

Please, back up all data before proceeding.

1 triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select this option:

    ~/Library/Mail/Bundles

Right-click or Ctrl-click on the highlighted line and select

    Services ▹ Open

of the contextual menu.* can open a file, or you can get an error message that the element is not found. A result is normal. If the file opens and has content, move the content to the desktop. Mail Recovery and test. If there is no change, put the contents of the folder of the file and quit Mail again.

    2. repeat with this line:

    /Library/Mail/Bundles

This time you may be asked for administrator login password when you delete items. Make sure that they are removed from the file and not just copied to the desktop. If necessary, copy them first and then move the originals to the trash.

    * If you do not see the item context menu copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. In the Finder, select

  • CF10 Standard returned to the developer and stays there

    Hello

I have a very strange behavior: for years, we run CF10 Standard on Win2k3 to a former production site. A few weeks ago, I had problems of BACK-like on it and discovered that CF Admin shows the Developer Edition version. It was quite surprising to me, because we have a valid Standard CF10 series from 2012. Of course, I immediately walked again, but nothing helped. CF10 would remain in a State of developer.

Can it be caused by some CF10 updates? We are 13 update. As far as I know, we shouldn't have all that is a feature of its CF10. Is it possible that some CF10Ent feature has been activated somehow preventing now enter a Standard series? And if so, what can I do to get the bacl for a complete job, CF10 Standard? Any other ideas?

CF10 currently runs on Apache 2.2.27. Apache has been updated repeatedly over time.

This is crucial because of the limits of intellectual property. Lucky us that this system is only used only rarely. But still: BACK problems appear.

Any ideas how to fix this?

not to say that it is very urgent for me...

    Thank you

    Tinu

    Hi David,

Go to \ColdFusion10\cfusion\lib and search license.properties. Open this file in Notepad or wordpad, and then you will find the serial number for ColdFusion 10. If not, then please enter your license key, save the file and restart the ColdFusion services.

    This should work for you.

  • Google ping goes from 25ms to 900ms shortly after the reset and stays there

    Hey everybody,

My internet is REALLY slow for a few weeks.  I've isolated the problem to my LinkSys E3000.  My bandwidth is fine, but response times are unhappy.

When I reset and ping Google, I'll take 20-30ms for maybe 30-60 seconds and then he leap to 700-900ms response time.  If I have the wiring in my modem, I get 20-30ms response time.

I am running the latest firmware: 1.0.06

    I tried:

    -Reset to factory settings

-Wireless-N to use only on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz individually (the other cutting)

-To select various different channels, click on auto for both

-using the WPA/WPA2 mixed as well as strictly personal WPA2

    I am at a loss...

    Thanks for any help!

    Matt

I thought about it.  This is my backup of cloud BackBlaze.

BackBlaze says I have backup to 0.7 MB/s and the problem goes away when I strangle the equal or less than 0.5 Mbps upload.

Weird.  I would not have guessed my E3000 to struggle with a rattling wireless because of this.  My download bandwidth never had no ill effect - just answer reallly slow loading time of pages and what not.

  • For Outlook Express - Mail out is being hung in the Outbox and nothing appears in sent items

Outgoing mail is hung in the Outbox

Your sent items folder is probably corrupted.  Move all messages in the folder to another folder.  Then close OE and delete the file sent items.dbx and OE will create a new one that is not corrupted when you open it.  You may also delete the outbox.dbx file.  Dbx files are hidden.

    Steve

  • When I send an e-mail to MS Outlook Express sends it leaves the Outbox and guard return the same email over and over again (unless I'm deleting it).

In other words, the e-mail message remains in the Outbox and is NOT in the SENT ITEMS folder.

You have apparent dbx file corruption.

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

Whenever I have send an email to Windows 8, it goes into the Outbox and sits there.
