Outlook problem!

Hi guys, I have a problem with my email box.

I made two different emails saved on the MAIL, but the problem is that gmail works so no problem with that. But Outlook is the problem to me.

Up to what two days ago, I could connect e do my stuff, but not more... He continues to ask me password but nothing, I changed it too just in case I dindn can't remember the right one.

When I put the password I get a message "Unable to verify the account name or password"...

What can I do?

Looks like you are having problems with the application Mail on the MacBook Air. I use Mail all the time, so I can understand the concern. I'll be happy to help you to provide some information for you. The first thing to check is to ensure that the Mac OS is up to date:

Update the software on your Mac

So, since you have changed the password for the account to Outlook, please check is to make sure that you can connect to this account using the web browser, by going to outlook.com. As long as you are able to sign it, then disconnect it please and go back to the app Mail leaving the Mail app and restart. If you are still unable to have the password accepted, you may need to contact your email service provider.

    I have a PowerBook running OSX 10.4.11 and recently, I had big problems with Outlook.

    Usually it does not start the first time I try, and when it opens, it is very slow and it will not download the documents to attach me to emails.  Sometimes it even will not open the pane to write a new message.  It just freezes.

    Is that what is anyone able to help please?

    Are you referring to Outlook Express? Outlook cannot run on PowerBook.

  • Failover of DAG 2013 Exchange in Outlook problem

    Hi guys,.

    I'm trying to configure DAG for the first time on Exchange 2013.  Here's what I did:
    -Installed Exchange 2013 std on two virtual machines

    -Set up a witness server

    -Created the DAG (server name, directory witness and he has assigned an IP address)

    -J' have set up my databases and added the copy of database

    -Checked DAG health Active confirmed and index as healthy state

    -Verification of databases is mounted

    Here's the problem I have...

    When I powerdown one of the exchange servers, after that the exchange server starts to close Outlook (2013), poster "folder updated XX: XX."  trying to connect.
    When I check the connection status in Outlook on the workstations, it shows the status of 'Connection' and after a few minutes (between 5 and 10), it finally connects and everything works fine.

    I tried researching this issue and that you have used the following command in the hope, would solve the problem, but it does not

    [PS] C:\>get-OutlookAnywhere | Set-OutlookAnywhere - InternalHostname mail.labtest.co.uk - InternalClientsRequireSsl $false

    My questions are:
    1. I guess that's not just that it takes more than 5 minutes for Outlook to connect when the failover of DAG?  What additional steps need to be checked to prevent this (as I thought that take seconds to scan more)

    2. If a witness server goes down / fail, does that mean that all Email clients will stop working (IE send/receive)

    If this is the case, is it possible to configure a failover of witness? or is it something that should be created in case of failure?

  • App Outlook problem

    Hi all.  Is anyone else having problems with the Outlook application?  I continue to have to restart the phone to connect to the synchronization of email.  I have it on the push email and it worked fine with previous iteration of KitKat mini Samsung Galaxy S4.  Any suggestions?

    If you have a connection while trying to use Outlook, so yes, I always suggest clear data from the application of this application.

  • Bet Office 2010 - Microsoft Outlook problems.

    I get error ane ' task - sending ' reported an error (0x8004010F): "outlook data file is not accessible."

    Only, it started with the upgrade. I have reinstalled the account, sent all test messages and everything went well. However, there are still messages pending to be downloaded.

    Any suggestions? All documents of Microsoft refers to a server, is not the case in my single-user family.

  • MSN / OUTLOOK problem

    Windows 7.

    ONE QUESTION: have 2 hotmail accounts. Both now past to Outlook, if I open an email account, 2 screens pop up saying exactly the same thing.

    TWO QUESTION: MSN is my homepage. The sign in screen appears, but does NOT, sign me. Yes. It shows two hotmail accounts. Only solution I found is to change the password, and I really don't want to do that.

    Is it possible Question 1 and 2 are connected? Oops, just asked Question 3.

    Link to BB is unable to synchronize appointments between my Q10 and Outlook 2010.

    In the synchronization log, I found something like:

    This works. I can't yet believe it works! Since the last BB link updated to v1.2.3.23 all right. No double entries in the calendar, no appointment deleted. All synchronized entries in Outlook. Great Blackberry!

  • I have Cloud and Outlook 2016

    I have Office 2016 on my computers that installed Office 365. And so I have my calendars and contacts on Outlook configured to synchronize with I Cloud. I know that many people have the same problem I have in what FEI an Office Update installed in August of this year, Outlook no longer works with I Cloud. I've had several conversations and phone conversations with Microsoft technicians, but as of the now, they tell me there is no solution for the problem.

    I live a few months the problem and will continue to do so, but it seems certain that between Microsoft and Apple this problem should be fixed well before now.

    Does anyone have any suggestions they can give me on how to fix?

  • Outlook displays only not calendars iCloud.

    Not sure if it's an Outlook problem or a one iCloud. Synchronize us our calendars in Outlook so that all 4 of us can see calendars of each and other.  On 2 of the PC that we suddenly get the message - "the set of folders could not be opened. The information store could not be opened' and we cannot access the calendars. The other 2 work perfectly.

    So far, I did a reboot. I also opened the dialog box settings to iCloud and unsynced calendars, then did a restart then set up again. Always do not display.

    Can anyone help?

  • Not able to open Windows Live Mail or Outlook e-mail access

    When I open the direct mail... Windows appears... saying...' settings for this accoutnt are configured to break... etc still want to send this message?... the next window says... "" an unknown error has occurred "... next... when I close another window opens... you have unsent messages... etc...  can't access all the settings... help... also... lost all my Outlook emails during the installation of Windows 7

    1. If you receive error messages, please post them verbatim. Pharaphrasing in your own words distort and destroy what the messages were trying to say.

    2. for Windows Live Mail problems, they are supposed to be managed by Windows Live Solution Center.

  • In Adobe Reader, we click Attach to E-mail and the .pdf is attached to an Outlook message and we have an option to select one of our standards that Outlook contacts lists.  Is their no to specify a different Outlook mail box to choose a different contact?

    Outlook problem when several mailboxes set up.  Under Control Panel - Mail, profiles, choose always use profile, the desired mailbox and then goes back to request information from a profile to use.

  • My PDF documents will open only with Microsoft Word Web App, not ADOBE.

    They used to open with Adobe, but I had to reinstall windows.  How to change this setting so that they will open with Adobe reader again.  I've been in internet options and the Protocol associated to a PDF is Adobe.

    Thanks Jack, however when right click it wouldn't even give me this option.

    I fixed it by removing Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.  Now it is not a problem, so it was a problem to explore not an Outlook problem.
  • Indexing is for two weeks normal?

    I use Outlook Office 2007 on Vista. Or search in Outlook or my computer file search functions work. I first noticed with outlook: Outlook currently indexing your items. Search results may be incomplete...

    Two weeks ago the search bar in Outlook has stopped working.  I looked for answers online and found recommendations for run the pst file repair tool in the outlook folder.  Once executed, it said there was a problem and prompted me to allow him to fix it, and I did. Which has not set the search bar.  I went into options of indexing and ensure that any user has clicked to be indexed. I also installed a gadget to monitor indexing in my sidebar. A week later, it had indexed around 90 000 points, but it still says 0 items total. Not sure why 0 total, my thought was that this works in phases.  My outlook said there are 60 000 items to be indexed, so I had the idea of anything but the outlook folders in Indexing Options uncheck so it would be just index Outlook.  He started again and a week later and it says it has indexed 90 000, but always shows 0 items in total, and Outlook said still 60 000 remaining elements.  (I'm rounding here).

    Then I tried to download Windows Search 4.0 for 32-bit Vista, but it will not be executed, said "the update does not apply to your system.  I am at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I rely on the search tool for my business from home on a daily basis.

    Also, I just realized that the search box does not work in one of my folders, if this isn't strictly an Outlook problem. :(

    Let's see if you can reset the Indexing Service and Windows search.
    Go to control panel-> programs-> Windows control enable or disable features-> select the indexing and Windows Search Service

    If this does not help, then go to Regedit.
    1. open the Start Menu.
    2. in the area of the white line (search), type regedit and press ENTER.

    3. If prompted, click on continue in the UAC prompt.
    4. in regedit, go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows search
    5. in the right pane, right-click on SetupCompletedSuccessfully and click on modify.

    NOTE: If SetupCompletedSuccessfully is not here, then in the right pane, right-click on an empty area and click New, DWORD (32-bit) value. Type SetupCompletedSuccessfully and press ENTER.

    6. type 0, and then click OK.

    7. close Regedit

    Then, use the following steps to repair the index.

    1 open the Folder Options.
    (A) click on the view tab.
    (B) check the folders and hidden files.
    (C) click OK to apply and close the folder options.

    2. go into C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data (see screenshot below)

    NOTE: You may notice that one or more of these files (Config, Temp, application) may be missing in your window.

    3. If the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications folder is missing, then right click on an empty area and click New, and click folder. (See screenshot above)

    NOTE: If the folder of applications is not missing, then go to step 3F after deleting only its content with the exception of the inside Windows folder.

    (A) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (B) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    The Applications of Type C) and press ENTER.

    (D) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (E) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    (F) open the Applications folder. If the Windows folder is missing, then click on new and folder.

    NOTE: If the Windows folder is not missing, then go to step 4 after you remove only its content.

    (G) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (H) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    (I) type Windows and press ENTER.

    (J) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (K) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    4. If the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Config folder is missing, then right click on an empty area and click New, and click folder. (See screenshot below step 2)

    NOTE: If the Config file is not missing, then go to step 5 after you remove only its content.

    (A) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (B) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    (C) type Config and press ENTER.

    (D) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (E) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    5. If the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Temp folder is missing, then right-click on an empty area and click New, and click folder.

    NOTE: If the Temp folder is missing, then go to step 6 after you remove only its content.

    (A) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (B) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    (C) type Temp, and then press ENTER.

    (D) click on continue for Access Denied prompt.

    (E) click on continue for UAC prompt.

    6. close all windows.

    7 restart the computer.

    8. If this still not work for you then, then you can try a repair instead of that installation.

    -Clients connect by the desktop remotely

    -Send emails but not receive. I have telnet to the FAI both Pop3 and Imap as insensitive (SMTP no problem). My machines outside the data center, he says.

    -J' have uninstalled the antivirus, disabled the perimeter of the data center firewall, firewall disabled Windows, I created rules to allow all traffic, also only 110 and 143 Pop3 Imap port.

    -There are no other security software.
