  I'm pulling the metric for a recent campaign and when I look at the Email Analysis Overview report for some one email, it shows the unique 13 clicks and clicks to 25 total. And yet when I go to the Email clicks link ventilation report it shows unique to 15 clicks and total clicks at 56. That's quite a difference on the total clicks. Also, for many of the links it will show a 0 on unique clicks and a number greater than 0 on total clicks. (How is it even possible?)

  No idea why the numbers, particularly for the total clicks, are so different?

  Adding an additional update: I've heard of support and they got a fix. Unfortunately, it would be applied until the 'Update 473"in mid-August.

  Hi all!

  I want to reformat my laptop (Compaq Persario CQ61).

  I caught a backdoor, Trojan a few months back and I can't keep my computer virus. It takes all the Anti Virus software that I install. I ordered and received Windows 7 operating and the CD of drivers a few days ago. But I'm not too computer savvy when it comes to something like this and everything I read about reformatting is scare the heck out of me--looks like a lot of problems trying to do this?

  The first step in troubleshooting is to clear the cache of browser/cookies. (you must clear all cookies)
  
  
  * For the browser Internet Explorer & MSN Butterfly: simultaneously press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE, and then click on remove
  For Google Chrome: simultaneously press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE, and then click clear browsing data
  * For Firefox: press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE, and then click clean now
  For edges , they are in the settings (three points > history > cancel all settings)

• How to display the next occurrence of a recurring calendar event?

  If I have a recurring event for the last Wednesday of every 6 months effective 27/05/2015, how do I find the next occurrence of the event?

  On the edit frequency dialog box, I see a glimpse of three months, but only see may 2015, 2015 in June and July 2015. See attached screenshot. Given that the event will produce again for six months, this overview does not help.

  Is there another way in Lightening to show me the next occurrence? If not, where can I publish requests for improvements for Lightening?

  Preview shows you the months that can fit into the dialog box. You could try to resize the dialog box to be larger to see several months.

• Satellite L500-1DT - strip down side of the black screen

  My laptop screen has gone all weird, help! The display seems to have shifted. I have updated all drivers display, made the restoration of the system, checked other ideas screen resolution?

  The start bar is below the edge of the screen and there is a black stripe on the side where the mouse pointer disappears.

  When I "Print screen" he normally does and has shown the start bar and not the black band.

• Wrong letters

  Windows XP SP3 Media Center.

  I can have multiple problems on this machine - and will go through the complete sequence for the verification of the malware, then software, then hardware problems. But I hope that someone will have an overview that can help shorten the process.

  When I start the computer and hold F5 I get a screen that looks like the safe mode screen - but much letters are replaced by other letters. So, for example, Safe Mode is "Safe Egde" - and what gets will have system32/Drivers is sqstee32TDravers...

  And it takes a long time to start - and then restarts and attempts to boot but restarts along the way - and then... and then it starts well and finally seems somewhat normal.

  This rings the bells for anyone? I'm suspecting the video card for obvious reasons...

  Hey everybody,

  I'm a complete noob to powercli and powershell in general. I was wondering if anyone knows of any documentation of the events and sessions. It is not very urgent, but for later use, I would like to know where this information is kept, how to get there and what exactly I can access. Played a lot recently with get-(*xyz*) | get-member and looking at all the different properties and methods. When I read some of the posts on this site, I think to myself "wow, how in the world did know to look there? Also, certain types of events have even the same property names, then, how you specify where to query information?

  So, everyone here is an Assistant or there are some documents out there that everyone is looking at me. Any help would be appreciated, because it will make me look a little less stupid work.

  There are 2 sources of official information available, one is the VMware vSphere PowerCLI overview, it contains help for all cmdlets, but also the description of all the properties of the objects returned by the PowerCLI cmdlets.

  The second is the VMware vSphere QAnywhere.

  This contains all the methods of vSphere and objects.

  How to know what documents to use?

  As always it depends on what you're trying to do.

  If the information you seek is available through a PowerCLI cmdlet, use the first reference.

  If the information is not available directly from or through a PowerCLI cmdlet, in other words you need to use the ExtensionData property and the cmdlet Get-view, use the second reference.

  Reference: PowerCLI shameless plug, we have a chapter on the API/SDK, which goes into much more detail when go to the 2nd option and how to do this.

• Change the clip in slow computer

  I am now under first pro on a new computer build.  Enjoy a few previous comments, I'm on this forum.

  It worked fine, so much better than my old mac.  However, I ran a problem that significantly slows down my system:

  When I edit clips in the timeline panel, moving the length of the clamp to be more or less long, it takes a long time for the clips to adjust.  In the program window, it displays both clips side by side before he finishes the change in treatment.  First did not crash when this happens, I can still do other things, I can't just play what I have in the timeline panel.

  I suspect that, although I'm not sure that it may have something to do with the way that I put in place the hard drive and the drive working.  I hoped it would speed up my work flow and initially for a day or two, I have no problem.

  I have an SSD that I have the OS and Applications on.  I also have a regular reader I partitioned in 4 drives:

  1 media

  2. export files

  3. make and previews

  4. media cache

  When this took probably place that I moved the Cache of media and Previews and rendering for Media Player in the hope, it would solve the problem.  There can be no.

  I made just one example of this edition before I wrote this, and it is still in process...

• Cannot open the PDF in Dreamweaver

  I am unable to open the PDF of Dreamweaver files, but I can access a PDF file of my part in the car.  I use Microsoft Office 7, DreamWeaver CS6 and Adobe Acrobat X Pro operating system.  I can correspond to the links and overview.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you, Karen

  Dreamweaver cannot open PDF. You can create links to the PDF file, but you need Acrobat or similar applications to open and view PDF files.
