Overview of Windows Insider recked my computer
Hello! I have a desktop computer sucks, so, basically, the problem is, the text in my bios it looks like an atari 800, see attached image and the OS, looked like he was crushed in the side of the screen and pixelates until I installed the graphics driver. the BIOS is still not readable, however and I tried to reinstall the BIOS from the Acer support Web site and I reinstalled the chipset driver, and I reinstalled the driver for the AMT. the main problem now is that the BIOS. also notice a significant decrease in performance. I also reinstalled windows twice.
for those who have this problem, here's how I solved it. This computer has a hdmi and VGA output. the VGA is broken, but the HDMI still works. I used the hdmi to reinstall windows and now always uses the hdmi.

Good morning
My laptop is HP ENVY 17-j010el.
Anyone tried to install Windows 10 overview of the Insider program?
I tried, but I had a lot of problems with the drivers.
I tried to install the drivers for Windows 8.1 but they did not work. For example, not all wireless access points are listed.
Now, my question is:
-HP will release drivers for Windows 10 for my HP ENVY 17-j010el?
-Tips for a new installation of Windows 10 on HP ENVY 17-j010el? Currently, the only option is Windows8-> ugrade to-> Windows8.1-> upgrade to-> Windows 10. Very annoying!
Obviously, are there a lot of methods to install Windows 10 but... what my built-in HP ENVY 17 - j010el of license (for Windows8)?
Thank you
HI @carloxp, thank you very much for your answer. As stated in my previous post, HP can only test based on what he currently has, and which changes. We get closer to the official release date, information should become clearer. Have a great weekend.

Overview of Windows of insiders?
Hello
I thought a lot about Windows 10 installation on my end rMBP of 2013. I thought using the Windows Insider program overview, because it would be probably a little used install-just something for the occasional Windows program.
Before the official release of Windows 10, I downloaded and installed the Windows 10 TP for a short time, before removing and uninstalling the Boot Camp partition.
Now that Windows 10 has been officially released, can I reinstall new versions of Windows 10 TP (I can download it from Microsoft) and do not have to pay for a Windows license, because I'm a beta tester?
Yes. Use an EFI Boot Installation, if possible.

Download Windows Vista 64-bit to restore from overview of Windows 8?
I can support Windows vista 64 to restore from overview of windows 8
Hello.
There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do this for a small fee.
To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:
You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:
How to change the Boot order in BIOS:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm
"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246
Do you know until try you it if the recovery Partition is available or not.
It depends on how you installed Windows 8 and how your computer manufacturer has the set up recovery Partition.
He destroyed it with a manufacturer that I know.
Installation of Windows 8 could destroy this option of relocation:
And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.
The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)
Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.
Ask them to the proper key sequence.
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:
"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html
And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.
"How to activate Vista normally and by Activation of the phone '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/84488-activate-Vista-phone.html
See you soon.

I could install windows 8 on my computer hp Dv6-6070ee laptop
I could install windows 8 on my computer hp Dv6-6070ee laptop
Windows 8 is compatible for all the things in my computer hp Dv6-6070ee laptop
Hello
Thanks for posting again.
I will now give you instructions how you can test whether Windows 8 will work for you.
Before we begin, I want to say again that
- Material to your computer allows you to install and run Windows 8.
- However, I could not find drivers for your machine to Windows 8 and your model was not officially tested with Win 8HP.
- Personally, I do not guarantee 100% compatibility with absolutely everything and everything works perfectly.
- So it is for you to test it or not.
- The procedure takes time.
Before you begin:
- You must create a recovery HP (disks or USB) media - this can be used in case you want to recover your computer to factory default - instructions can be found here
- Very important - using Windows 7 built-in options and go to control panel-> system and security control, click on save to your computer. It opens his backup center and restoration. You will need a disk (CD/DVD) and do a Windows recovery disk. It can be used in the case where you have to reimage the machine and return to Windows 7. Instructions here.
- Yet once in the backup and Restore Center-> create a system image - this will make a copy of all your hard drive right now. This will help you restore in Windows 7 and the State of the machine (if Windows 8 does not work for you). Instructions on this subject can be found here. I recommend that you create this image on an external hard drive.
- Back up your most important files by using the Windows backup utilitity - instructions can be found here. Place them on an external hard drive.
Once you are ready with the above steps, and if they have successfully completed, you are fully backed up and you can continue with the experience/test.
Download the Advisor of Windows 8 upgrade from here and run it.
It will scan your computer and if it is compatible and what needs to be changed before you move to Windows 8.
Follow his instructions to fix what may need to be corrected. This could take some time.
At this point, don't buy Windows 8.
Check these instructions from HP on the upgrade to Windows 8 - Note that not all written inside is related to your case, but you can read to get an idea. Read the paths of upgrade of Windows 8 here.
After that depending on your edition of Windows 7 current and according to your preferences, you must do a clean install of Windows 8 or to do an upgrade.
You can download the free 90-day Windows 8 Enterprise Edition on Microsoft TechNet evalutional version - link.
You will need to register using the Microsoft account - it will provide you with a license key and a downloadable ISO image of Windows 8 Enterprise. On your own drive you should burn this ISO (double-click it) to make the installation of Windows 8 disc.
When the installation disc is ready, use to make clean install Windows 8 or update install. Look at all the instuctions I provided. After installation of Windows 8 upgrade, or own, you should try to run Windows Update to ensure that it is up-to-date. If a specific driver is required, you can try to install the Windows 7 version - download it from here. You can restore your personal files from Windows 7 upwards you created earlier.
Experiment. If this works fine, you can later restore to Windows 7 image, then buy a proper version of Windows 8 and perform the upgrade on the spot or other clean install.
If this does not work and you decide to go back to Windows 7, boot from the Windows system recovery disk (created before - look above at step 2) and use the option of image recovery system to reimage the machine and return to the State of Windows 7.
Instructions on this subject can be found here and here
Good luck and happy testing!

So a few months ago I completely wiped the BONE (sindows) acccidentally. I don't know why it happened, but there is no file at all, no OS. Using another computer, I had a trial version of the same Windows I have 7 Home premium and inserted the product key, I have inside my Dell laptop and got it to work under Win 7 again. My question is: given that I've used the key of windows already on my computer, does that mean I can never use it again? Or is - this perpetual, I can use it forever?
You can use as many times as you like on the same Dell computer.
There might be some cases if reinstall you it from scratch, you may need to use the activation of the phone well:
How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)
1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4
(2) press the ENTER"" key.
(3) select your "country" in the list.
(4) choose the option "activate phone".
(5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.
(6) explain your problem clearly to the support person.

"Windows cannot repair this computer automatically" - Satellite C660-108
Got a new laptop for Christmas yesterday and it worked fine yesterday, I came home tonight and he asked me to click on restore and then restart. I realized that, now, whenever I go to turn on the machine, it brings the message "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically" and a saying to have connected external devices to and remove, then (which I don't have)...
Was called "The Tech Guys" they said it was probably because when I started the laptop arrived so many updates etc and one of them went bad and I need to call back with the front desk and they'll go through it with me.
So I intend to do, but I would like it if people could give advice on how to solve this problem.
Thanks :)In my view, ting best that you can do now is to reinstall the OS using the recovery disk.
After the own pre-installed operating system it will be working correctly again. How to do this you can read in the document or as a result of this document - s user manual http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD9102IR0000R01.htm

Hello
You must remove the upper and lower registry key filters.
First remove the CD/DVD drive device manager. Then go to the registry and remove the filter top and bottom of this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
After this reboot of the laptop.

Windows cannot reset your computer
My computer says windows cannot reset your computer... Please help me to reset my computer...
The original product key is embedded in the motherboard of the laptop UEFI firmware, so you're not going to lose...
If you restore using recovery media HP, which will retrieve the key automatically and reactivate the original OS.
However, you have already saved your PC running Win10 with Microsoft. So, if you decide to install Win10 instead, as long as you install the same version you already running, once the PC connects to the Internet, it will communicate with the Activation of MS servers and automatically reactivates.
Good luck

Update Windows xp caused my computer blue screen and now will not start.
Update Windows xp caused my computer blue screen and now will not start. There has been no change to my system hardware or software otherwise. After that windows update Setup, he asked to restart the computer. When restarted, the computer screens and past blue to the quick menu for safe mode and last known configuration to work. None of these mode of work, not to shelter or otherwise. The only thing that he will now implementing market is quickly flashing the blue screen and restart once again to this quick menu.
It's really annoying because I have important files on this computer work and can't afford to get in shape! I put my confidence in using windows and keep it updated. During the installation of your updates, it made my system fails and does not restart. I'll be very upset if this update of windows xp causes me to have to reformat and lose important files!
Any advice on a solution? I need to get this computer work as soon as POSSIBLE.

I ordered the Dell XP disc and did the re-install. It works fine now. The Dell technical support had me do some updates on the web as well. I have not had problems since. What happened with the automatic updates completely wiped out my operating system. At least I don't have to buy a new computer.
If nothing else works, try reinstalling your operating system. It worked for me.

Windows 7 64 x computer with up-to-date Norton 360 crashes after the last critical update. I had to go back to a recovery point before the last installed update. I had Norton 360 for nine with no previous Windows Update problems
It seems to work after a reboot and a new attempt to update norton. First, it froze. I connect this because I heard that several win 7 64B machines at work had to be restored on 1/12 after a bad update. I don't know if they also had norton.
