  An owner always as rights on the workflow and shows the element in their action items listing.   You can give someone rights edit without making owner.

  You could also include an element in their registration action points you should use the request signature function and give the requestee 'signature' token edit rights in the WFA permissions grid.

  You can also deploy a workflow extension that prevents the owner of workflowing.  Is there something predictable, you could key off of?

  Hi people, I'm some workflows (GSM and NDP) increment in my case, unfortunately after that I created these workflow I am confronted with many questions. The most common problem happens when I go to a new stage, I get the message: "another parent window already exists for this section.

  We are on v61111 and recently had someone go on sick leave for emergency.  They are the owner of a review in several workflow stage.  I wanted to use GSM Temp GIS authority reallocated all work of this person to the other.  I find that only the review of signature are adding documents and not the GSM specification objects.  How can I set all the work to go to the temporary cover during this period of leave?  Thank you.   Yes, I TSA_Admin role. -BeckieC

  We found a legal way to get around, but the manual process is difficult to monitor the action of the user points and redirect specifications.  I'll go to the ER submitted.  I am absolutely amazed that no one else has requested this feature.  It makes no sense to us that a completed application in 1997 would not have a method to reassign work when others are away already in the design.  I've marked this as answered.

• How to get owner list GSM activities Specs?  Sample of SQL?

  Hello.  We are on v6114 and have recently begun to use GSM activities off the coast of our trades (primary Relationship) to ask users to do things in parallel.  When I try to search for activities of GSM by the current owner of the workflow, I get no results when I see clearly that I attributed to user activity.  There are names in the OWNER tab activities Audit Trail, yet the same name of owner used in the search function cannot return a list.  Is there a query that will allow me to return the current owner of a mobile PHONE activity that I have assigned to them.  We must monitor things on the request.  Thank you.   Basically you create a tag from visibility in ADMN, tag approved sourcing or statutes of specification in the WFA, then associate tags with user groups in the UGM.   If you can do things like, only R & D can see sheet formulation in 'project' and 'revision', so that everyone can see formulations in 'approved '.    This feature gives you more options that just the GSM hide spec unique tag.   Its really the feature 'Hide Spec' next generation.

  You can create a tag called "Hide SA" and then associate this tag to archived step sourcing of approval in the WFA.   Once labeled only users in a group associated with the tag "Hide SA" can see these approvals sourcing.

  You can try that... but there might be a problem of synchronization on the creation of an entity.

  (I think that there is a vcacvm.getEntity () method to get the actual entity.  I can't check right now).

  I think I have other methods as well.  You have reason to assume that the applicant is not always the owner.

  I have questions, respond to user interaction. Logged on as a user that should have all the rights on the workflow (but not in the group admin vco). The user can start a workflow to create a machine, but not in response to the intervention of the user (for approval). Error in the logs are:

  Finally, when create a sourcing I would need to complete the vendor item field and the provider of the Pavilion signed spec.
  I guess that the provider element would be the number of suppliers of cross-reference in another system. Am I wrong?
  When should I check the spec supplier signed instead? When is it necessary? Could you please give me some examples to better understand the need for the provider to sign an agreement of supply?

  The 'Author' token represents the origin of the Sourcing or GSM approval specification. To configure other users as owners, you must add them to the grid of owners during the stage. The first stage and the terminal stage do not have the option grid owner. The user Administrator's Guide discusses this further on page 7-10

  You can do as an option for the user to select an owner, requestee recipient or notification is signed. This means the end user during the workflowing the object could choose to not choose an of these. If the selection was not marked as optional the user could be said that they have to choose something before continuing. For example, if you wanted all members of the labelling group to notify that you would as an optional choice for the specification or end user workflowing approval of sourcing. If you allow the end user to decide when and who should be notified that you do as the optional selection.

  It could be and you may manually fill the cross reference associated with this provider in the field of # article provider.
  This could also be a temporary number that you use for the equipment of the provider until it is approved/bought material with a cross reference assigned.

  Signed provider Spec means that the provider has literally approved specification and accepts provider what dictates the specification. It allows you to say that they closed, what date they were signing on the specifications and all the other reviews which are necessary around this approval. There is another feature, that you can use to automate this sign off the coast. You can send the specification of a supplier, have them checked, then they can approve or reject supplied hardware like the precepts of the specification. This interaction is captured on the approval of sourcing. When they approve the specifications that the signed Provider box is checked, the date is captured and their observations are also recorded.   Workflow is an extra layer of security, I would say. Which would contribute to the easy control of the budget process & projected figures on the scenario you want to activate workflows.

  So, it would help analysts will their reviewers always for the study of numbers, so whenever you feel that your figures are correct, then you can promote these figures for comments and approval. It would also help the comments to choose replacing examiners to review their numbers carried forward in their absence with delegate workflow functionality.

  Has (Analyst / FP & A) submit numbers, run the rules and feel that they are correct, then promote the numbers of these accounts or entities to their examiner B, now B would get a warning message asking for the review of the figures presented by their analysis, if B sounds right on the numbers, then it would encourage them to turn their heads or comments , or if it is the final approver while he would signoff, which means a final number.

  So with this you can have several review & promote levels that helps get the correctness on the financial figures.

  Workflow would entity and any other secondary dimension, workflow always works or initialized with scenario & version combination, on which you can activate or start planning unit.

  Once the planning unit is started, then users who have been assigned as owners only receive write access if users who got a write access to these entity & scenario, versions will be not able to present figures and will get read access.

  There is a bottom-up, free-form & distribute workflows that are available in the planning type. And in the last version planning also allows you to create workflows on plan types as different workflows for different plan as forms of data types would basically be built on Plan types, which are a major source of input data of users.

  In a workflow coating is used to provide the confidence on the numbers in the system in the public Service and members of the Financial Committee.

  Hi, how you suggest we have a warning message on a workflow validation?  We do not stop the user from workflowing a spec if some fields are not filled, but we want a warning message.  We looked through the documentation on the validation framework, and we have no ' see everything that deals with this scenerio.

  My question is where would you except the warning message to be displayed?

  When you click the workflow button in the window display of the product specification, it will appear a window of flow of work, and then in the window when you click on "forward" icon to move it to the "approved" status

  There are 2 cases:

  1.Typically, the pop-up window will redirect to another page to allow you to choose the owner owner/notification, owner of signature application. And after you choose users, the popup window will close and the parent window of the product specification will be refreshed

  2. If all users are automatically selected, then the pop-up window will be closed directly and the parent window of the product specification will be refreshed.

  To cover both cases, I think that you can only put the warning message to the parent window of the product in your design specification (in fact, technically, we no longer support the notification Panel extension in the pop up window page).

  Refreshing a single beep, if you choose to use the notification Panel extension, this means whenever the window product specification, the warning message will be displayed.

  So not only just after the workflow of "approved" status.

  The behavior actually might be: If your spec is "authorized" status see/Modify/save this specification will always see the warning message on the page.

The workflow is executed correctly, but when I checked, I found that nsupdate command does not run successfully. I get no error in the workflow.  the resultOutput shows "2"... I'm confused... no idea how to run the command using 'Command' properly... Please help me...

  You can check the /etc/vco/app-server/security/ddns-update.key file ownership/permissions?

  You can do this for example. running the following command in a terminal Linux

  ll /etc/vco/app-server/security/
  

  If the owner/group is set to root (maybe put the root when you copied the file), then could you change owner/group to vco with the following command, and then try to run the workflow?

  chown vco:vco /etc/vco/app-server/security/ddns-update.key
  

• vRA 6.2 - error loading of a presentation of the ASD workflow user

  I have a vRO workflow which I joined in vRA as a workflow of ASD. The workflow stops for user interaction. Some of the values in the presentation are nto loadedi presentation and predefined values, which are generated once the workflow is started.

  When I try to respond to the intervention of the user, the GUI of vRA starts to load the fields, but shortly after the start, I get the error:

  

  The vRO workflow validation shows no errors, I can run very well with the customer to vRO. When I completely remove predefined values, the GUI presentation load fields summary and description of the Interaction of the user manual, however this end with an error as well after a short time.

  Any ideas? It has to do with a timeout when the presentation is loaded?

  OK, so observe the screenshots and the workflow in this post with a lot of attention.  The speed cannot be denied and no matter what VMware comes with compared to obtaining objects (as the platform is currently written), I think that this method will be faster in the presentation.

  What you will see in this workflow:

  Get owned VMs an applicant is quick and easy through the IaaS objects (of which the OWNER is held): ~ 5 seconds per 140 total of machines / machines belonging to 10

  variable user is [email protected] format... for example the format of an applicant VRA

  Once all the machines are in the table, getting a dedupliquee list of business groups that support the machines is fast:.02 seconds for 10 machines

  The massive time differences by working with the methods of EntitiesFinder for BusinessGroups between FIND and GET: ~ vs 24seconds ~ 2seconds to get the same BG.

  Keep in mind here... the form you see below came upward in 5 seconds after the start of workflow with data.

  He has a list of virtual computers and a list of groups of companies.  It is not exactly what you want to do, but provides some faster methods that you are currently using.
