  "em" application gets installed and deployed with SOA suite. Is that what you have installed SOA suite? If not, then you can do it and then create a domain with SOA/extend the current domain to include SOA and then try to access em.

  I couldn't connect to your ws because I don't think that your guest user has developer privileges. But have you tried 'Back in the agenda key' property in the region of origin of your page DML process. This should return the value of the primary key newly generated in a page element when the page is loaded.

  Mystery solved.  When I right click the selected properties and a folder of images, he showed 0 file 0 bytes.   We had the similar problem, and I guess you went to the database MSSQL and verified that the table exists in fact.

  The problem we encountered was that we were in the wrong database on the instance of MSSQL.  I am unsure of your Setup, but if this is your case, you can try either by setting the database default to the ODBC connection to the correct on the instance MSSQL database (can be done on Windows, I'm not sure about Linux), or you can USE the command through the :

  SELECT
       DBMS_HS_PASSTHROUGH.EXECUTE_IMMEDIATE@<> ('USE <>')
  FROM DUAL;
  

  You try your select statement from the DB link.

  This must be done manually, but it's simple. Create a new item of the type you want for example text item, select the list by right-clicking on the region and select Create a Page element. A wizard will start when you select the type you want. Press next and enter the name of the element. for example, P3_LAST_NAME. Press next and enter a name for the element.   You should take a look in your SRM process and he'll say
