page after submit URL outside redirection

Hi supports,

It is a requirement to redirect the external URL page (like google.com) after submit.
As we have known it, we can implement this for all button click the target URL as "javascript:location.href ="http://www.google.com ";
But it does not work for management (management Page or URL) page with the URL of the target type.

Thank you
Vnd

Why it does not work? What he did instead? Why is the destination URL in your branch?

For the branch I would just 'www.google.com '.

    Variable binding is preferred: P23_ID you can also use & P23_ID. (variable substitution notation).

    Bind variable and static text substitution references are not interchangeable. For example, static text substitution references cannot be used in allocation targets:

    &P23_ID. := 'bar'; -- syntax error (or something weird or sinister due to SQL injection)

    Substituting static text references should be avoided in SQL and PL/SQL code because of the risk of behavior topic SQL injection and / odd error because of values containing quotes, etc.

  • Forms, controls the display of the page after Submit

    Using Dreamweaver CS5.  Train with the results sent that email work very well (using php on the server side).

    But after a click on the button send the user is immediately sent to the homepage/index.html (which is not where the form is located).

    The question is: How can I control what happens after you press the submit button?  For example - the page of the form erase everything and stay

    There, go to a different page, etc.

    If I change the script can just point to an html file? (ie the header ("Location: http://www.example.com/your_landing_page.html"); exit();?)

    It would be perfect.

  • Delete a form page after submit

    Hi all

    I created a form on a table page, when I add data and press "Apply change" the recorded data, but still exist in the form.
    How can I clear form so that I can add more data.

    Best regards
    Haytham Talha

    Hello

    If you only add data, then there are two ways to delete the data as soon as you add data in the table.
    (1) go to the page processing > Branches, create a branch on the same page where the form is present and to empty the updated cache the page number, put the condition > when you press the button > give the button.
    (2) create a section of page rendering process > process > session States > clear the Cache for all items on the page (PageID PageID, PageID)

    If you are getting the id of another page or if you need to edit any field in fetching the data so better go only for the 1st method.

  • Help keep the page in the same region after Submit

    Version: 4.1.1.00.23

    Theme: Classic Blue

    Page template: tabs in level one

    Hello

    I have 6 Classic reports on the page. Some have filters with of LOV in cascade and button to submit the Page after the filters are selected.

    The Page reloads the top of the page after sending filters.

    I would like to have the page remain on the region where the submission arrived if the user do not scroll to the region that they watch one or work with him.

    I found this article: http://http :// www.apexninjas.com/blog/2011/02/stay-in-page-section-after-submit-on-same-apex-page-unconditional-branch-to-same-page-section/ of Apex Ninjas, but the page reload always at the top.

    I also tried to put an anchor at the bottom of the Page template tag in the Body section after all the tags:

    #LOGO #.
    #REGION_POSITION_06 #.
    #REGION_POSITION_07 #.#NAVIGATION_BAR #.
    #REGION_POSITION_08 #.
    #TAB_CELLS #.
    #SUCCESS_MESSAGE # NOTIFICATION_MESSAGE # GLOBAL_NOTIFICATION #.
    #BOX_BODY # REGION_POSITION_02 # REGION_POSITION_04 #.

    #REGION_POSITION_03 #.
    #REGION_POSITION_01 ##CUSTOMIZE #

    I have a branch:

    Present immediately after treatment

    Target type of URL

    URL of: f? p = & APP_ID.:124: & SESSION. : #APPLY_FILTERS_MPL_LT

    But the Page still loads up and scrolling is necessary.

    Can someone help me get this to work?

    Can what information I provide?

    Thank you

    Tom,

    The 'Skip' and 'submission' comes from the LOV cascading I.

    Here are the lists of select Standard. The parent list is called ID wallet and the list of children is called project name. So, if a selected portfolio list project name code displays the project for this portfolio ID name. If no ID portfolio is selected then all the project name are displayed.  When checking for Session I knew if a wallet code has been selected, then the default ID, 'All' portfolio, has been selected Session still had the previous ID and therefore the Select project name list was empty.

    What I don't understand is that when the default portfolio ID is selected, even if the 'Null' is set to 'Yes', and the default value has been set to 0 (zero), the Session was not updated when the default has been selected.

    I changed the query on the Portfolio ID to:

    SELECT 'All' d,0 r
    FROM dual
    UNION
    SELECT portfolio_name, portfolio_id
    FROM   portfolio
    ORDER BY 1

    The 'Skip' and 'submission' came from portfolio ID "Action when the changed value of the Page" Configuration. I had it set on 'Redirect and set the value. When I changed it back to "None (default)" and set 'Cascading item (s) Parent LOV' project name to the page item Portfolio ID and then the page started working as expected.  No more 'jump' or 'submit '!

    Thank you very much for your help and your patience!

    Let me know if you have any questions or comments, and if I can close this thread.

    Thank you

  • Redirect to the same page after submitting a form

    I use a landing page form Eloqua to drive online capture at all our shows. Right now, I have been creating pages for individual destination and forms for each of them... which isn't an ideal situation. I also started using query parameters, so I have a default form that will capture a unique campaign for each show ID. It is, I can't figure out how to redirect the submission form!

    Example:

    testing.Eloqua.com/tradeshowleadform?source=CAMPAIGNID123

    On form submission, the source meets the fact that he was from CAMPAIGNID123 and puts it in the system. But I can't get back to this exact URL for redirection! I get to go back to ' testing.eloqua.com/tradeshowleadform"...but I need to the query parameter in order to capture the right campaign."

    Anyone has an idea on how to do it? My one idea was to enter the FULL URL in a field called (returnURL), but don't know how to do this since the request parameters are only for everything after the question mark.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    -Jon

    Try campaignid1.  If this does not work, you can find the HTML for the merger of field by inserting it into an email or landing page and showing the source code.

  • Saw the redirect page after a short break

    I don't know that it's easy to do--cannot know what key words to search on here to see if this has been answered before.

    How do you view a page for a period of time, say 10 seconds or so, and then redirect to another page? I want to have a thank you page is displayed once a person submits a form, and then having the page redirect to the index page after a short period.

    Thank you

    CONTENT = "5; URL = index.htm">

    5 is for seconds.

    Don't forget to put a clickable link in only in cases where browser does not support the foregoing:
    p >thank you to contact
    Us!

    You will be redirected
    in 5 seconds, or click here.

    I hope this helps.

  • Make the button submit, and then redirect to another page

    Hello!
    I have a button of the region, when you press on "should" launch the Multi_row_update, then redirect to another page. I can't make it work well.

    I have the button BUTTON_1, I have the "after-submit' process that performs the MRU after this button is pressed.» I then created the conditional branch that is supposed to redirect. But it does not work. The page is not redirected. I tried to change the button to a redirect button, but then sending does not. How can I do both?

    Thank you!
    Jodie

    What is the sequence number of the one who is unconditional?
    I think that your unconditional branch on the same page may be taking over your conditional branch on page 55.

  • Redirect to a different page after the delete operation in the shape of APEX

    Hello guys,.

    I have a problem with the redirection to another page after a deletion of form data. Here's the scenario. I have a parent page and a model page to change the contents of the data source. Delete the operation works quite well. but once it deletes and it is up to the parent page. I want that redirect to a completely different page. Is there a way that can be used here? I tested the process of branching, it redirects the page, however, it does not remove the record from the table in this case.

    I tested the process of branching, it redirects the page, however, it does not remove the record from the table in this case.

    It should work. Check the properties of the branch. 'Point' should be after treatment when you press the button Delete:

    I forgot to say about it:

    > but once it deletes it and it is up to the parent page

    Remove the dynamic action of dialog closed, or make it conditionally.

    I just need to click on "object > insert html ' muse and paste the code there?

    My video ID is video_background which is defined by the widget by default, I should change the code below:

    The site I posted has no video in there and I don't have the widget that Peter sugested however, you can replace the startup code Nacy O made (the black with bit blob going around it) and it should work... understand that a ve\ideo will have to be downloaded by your browser clients before they can see it, so it's another delay for them.

    The code you posted is the code of downtime and that seeks a DIV not called "intro" so no do not change his name...

    A mandatory opening text

    After 5 seconds, this block will disappear.

    Everything between the two div tags is startup code and replace you it with you video and then use the muse "object > insert html" tool to place on your page.

    The demo includes three bits;

    • the body or the div tag is the code shown above and goes into the tool "insert html".
    • a header code that defines styles i.e. the yellow background and text... cela goes in your location of metadata page

    • The final code is the timeout in jQuery you had but do not change the name to the background image unless you also change the name of your div to match... Nacy O put it in its footer code that is correct for DW, but Muse has no footer as such area so I used a master metadata slot to the same effect. The important point is that it descends UNDERNEATH other codes.

    Have a play with it and see how you go...

  • Application points value becomes zero after submit - Login Page

    Hi all

    I created 3 application elements, and I put the values of them in a calculation in the login page (Page 101) after Submit.

  • Redirect the user to the previous page after login

    Hello

    The login process on page 101 of the application redirects the user to page 1 after successful login. If the user is currently on page 9 of the application, the session expires and the user is redirected to the login page. Now when the user connects again, can redirect us the user to the page 9 instead of page 1?

    Thank you
    Machaan

    Tony, when the session expires after idling, wouldn't the point of application is invalid and so no point of application of the new session value any?

    Machaan,
    My suggestion would be to save the current page to a variable preference of the user (by saving it to an application process that is running on the page of each page load). Extract the value of this preference after connection and redirect to this page (owa_util.redirect_url) if it is not null. On logout, delete this preference, so that you are not redirected to this page in the next connection.

    Note that the implementation of your condition (using any approach) could lead to problems that you might want to consider.
    For instance if the user was in a page that has a dependent process/calculations onload on some elements of the page (another page set) as would be the case with a child page/edit record of pages; It can generate many unforeseen errors when you connect and redirect to this page without setting any of these elements.
    Another case would be when these pages were opened in pop-up windows or the content of the iframe (and which should be called in a different page) and the parent page has expired without any submission (so once again is the child page last page)

  • How can I navigate to a new page when after - submit proc process running

    I have a lengthy procedure and would like to provide users with an animated gif to indicate the progression that updates a line of description to indicate the current step in the process.

    Currently, I have a few pages to this application which is called a stored procedure in a package that performs a long-term process that updates the progress of a table. These processes have a single parameter argument. In this case I call the procedure via the Task Scheduler as part of my process of the after Submit and page navigation Jump to another page that shows a graphical representation of the % complete based on the progress updates in the table and refreshes every 5 seconds until the work is finished. It works very well.

    I use now on an issue where I have a whole more complex process, with a number of parameters. To solve this problem I used the same process above, however, I have everything first to check to see if the process exists in the Task Scheduler, otherwise I create. Then, I put all the settings and tell the Task Scheduler to run the procedure. This should work as for the process, that I am running on other pages, however, on this page where I have several parameters and send a command execute rather than an immediate execution on the creation of jobs, the system runs all the work before executing the part of the page, so the end user is stuck on a page of hanging with no feedback user two minutes after pressing send.

    I'm looking for how to call the procedure and branch run so a progress screen is visible. I'm not committed to using Task Scheduler, if there is a better way.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello

    Follow these steps to start the work (guess you have defined employment)

    dbms_scheduler.set_job_argument_value (,,);
    dbms_scheduler.set_job_argument_value (,,);
    dbms_scheduler.set_job_argument_value (,,);
    dbms_scheduler.run_job (job_name => < job_name=""> , use_current_session = > FALSE);

  • Redirect to a page and submit this page?

    I have a page which, once submitted, calls a few procedures database and displays the details of items in stock. Next to each item is a link to Transact the point that goes to another page. Once the issue has been addressed on this page, I would like to branch back to the original page and show put updated figures.
    However, the question is, we call the code after "Send" to start by filling temporary tables. So when the branches back page, tables are not met and this is why we do not see the data it takes.

    Is it possible in a branch to say "creates a branch to this page and submit it?

    Thank you

    Hello

    You can still use the javascript method to call the function doSubmit, but you also need to update the value of P1_SUBMIT.

    Assuming that P1_SUBMIT is an item hidden on page 1 and has a value of 1 to validate or 0 for no present, then:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    $x('P1_SUBMIT').value = 0;
    doSubmit('P1_SUBMIT_BUTTON');
    </script>

    This should be an area in itself and should be subject to P1_SUBMIT being equal to 1

    Your button on page 2 must then on P1_SUBMIT 1 so that, when the button is clicked, the P1_SUBMIT value is set to 1, the javascript region is therefore included in the page, so the javascript code is executed, P1_SUBMIT is set back to 0 and the page is sent. When the page reloads after that, as P1_SUBMIT is 0, the region of javascript is not included, so that the page is not automatically subject again.

  • Pop-up window after submit

    When you click on a link to report column, putting target = '_blank' in the attributes of link launches the link target in a new browser window/tab.

    Is it possible to do this when the page is submitted as usual and after - submit a processing logic causes her branch to a target that is not a page in the current application?

    Thank you

    You can't do in the branch, because happens on the application server, then of instead of ramification to the URL that you want to open in a window popup, you must create a branch back to the same page (or another page if you prefer) and then not the Javascript Language that I have described. If the URL to go is not static you can store in a page item before branching out and retrieve the value in the onload Javascript before opening the context menu.
