• Page security, please help

  Hello;
  I'm trying to come up with a script that lock you on a page if you are not using the right criteria. It is a search for a site, and I put in place now so that if you try and access the result without the help of a form page, it gives you a message and a new area of research. It works very well.
  
  What is happening now, is if you preform a search and he returns with lets say 9 entries, I have the next / previous allows 3 per page, when you click Next, he comes back and gives the message that I set allows you to get, if you do not use a form button.

  Abandon the idea of 'put in the session. To return to your original code.

  That put tags at the top of the page on your search form publishes.
  Put a cfparam for variables in the URL which undergo when you perform the next/previous operation. Configure the default settings.
  Put a cfparam for all fields in the form of your search form. Configure the default settings.

  Now, you should be able to go directly to this page, and should not raise an error. Why? because you provided default values for all variables expected to this page. Simple. No session. No users don't lock. Good programming practices.

  Have you tried the preview of the design in DW 'Live' mode? This will give you a more clear picture of what the design will make really like.

  It shouldn't be a problem with the topic as such. Don't be fooled with the poster of 'Design' all the time to make changes. Try to get used to the sight of 'Code '. And Yes, DW is unable to make most modern CSS styles (yet). Mode Live view will be. You might even "Preview in the browser to" to see what it looks like.

    Hi all, finally I found the solution to this exception.

    I did the following steps to solve the problem.

    1. create a bean and use this method

    public void tooManyObjectsMatchExceptioHandeler() {}

    Add the code in the event here...

    message.setSeverity (FacesMessage.SEVERITY_ERROR);

    fc.addMessage (null, message);

    }

    Now, drag and drop the file above java projects in data controls in the browser of the application.

    

    2. drag a workflow method call (where u get exception as Houston-25013) and call this method as an activity of the exception handler,

    Now, do a right click on this--> definition of the page method call create or go to definition of the page--> create a link Action method and select the above method in the select and file def page this method call in the workflow then go to properties inspector set out fixed property (here name of activities of method call) u give.
