  So I guess we should always first get a copy without numbers of pages before confirming the documents and the creation of an index.

  A way to remove these page numbers already there and add new page numbers.

  Its a lot of work to align 750 court documents and then realize that you must move some and then realize the page numbers cannot be changed and thus begin to do this all over again to compile which can take about 10 hours.

  Those who are called "labels Page" in Acrobat. You can either:

  -set manually in Acrobat or

  -use the plugin from PageLabeler of Rick Quatro (http://www.frameexpert.com/plugins/pagelabeler/index.htm) or

  -According to your required format, you can also use TimeSavers of Shlomo Perets (http://www.microtype.com/ImprovePDF19.html).

  PDF documents have no concept of "tables" as MS Word or MS Excel has. There is content that looks like a table.

• After you enable the "Click-to-play" plug-ins, I can't open the pdf files.

  For what you are trying to do, it does not appear that the JavaScript code that gave you George is necessary.   I have a project that is created where on a screen, I www.xxxx.com and I put a button transparent, so when someone clicks on it, it opens a new window and opens the URL.

  This works.

  Here's the question, when I got back to the project and click on the link for the SECOND time, it always opens a new window with the URL, but it ALSO moves to the next slide. Nuts!

  Can someone tell me what could happen? It's so weird!

  First of all, I would never use a Transparent button. Try a Click Box.

  Firefox won't print Web pages correctly. The pdf comes out blurry but rather using the Safari browser. Apple store could not understand what is the problem. All plugin and java are up-to-date. Has happened since switching to Mac from the PC.

  I found the problem. In very simple terms, it's because I changed the default font to Century Gothic. Change back to the default font of windows, I did a test print to pdf preview and it is not blurry. Now, I'm playing with different fonts to see what will work best. So far I have Arial and Times New Roman both work very well.

  have a deskjet 2510. will print out the letters and the text very well, but when I try to print maps with symbols from a pdf file it prints the first 2 "fine then print very feint or not at all.  managed the doctor print and scan, have change of foxit adobe pdf files, but there is still the problem.  I did a full test page and everything goes well along the page, even if the black block, which should be next to the e-f color block isn't here at all. all black text printed fine. some of the small cages upstairs have a small broken line.  any help please

  It's normal. Word past stuff from one page to the other whenever he likes. The key is to make sure that this does not damage your document, for example never typing page numbers or using returns to finish a page.
