  Well, I put t know exactly why it of not possible to use the TV Tuner out of the country where the unit is purchased. It's the same as with DVD region codes. I hope that this will change in the future. I hope so :)

  Unfortunately I can't give you information specific on Toshiba partners to the United Kingdom but some info on the TV tuner and Toshiba laptops. Yesterday I posted the same for any other user, but I would do it for you.

  On the laptop preinstalled with Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition Toshiba TV feature does not work outside the country where the unit is purchased.

  As far as I know that the TV Tuner is specific to the country in which the notebook is purchased. This is evident in the case of the PAL (European standard) versus NTSC (North American standard), but also includes deviations to the PAL standard that can be found in all of these countries that use it for their television shows.

  The Microsoft Windows Media center Edition OS is only configured for use in the country in which the laptop was purchased. Similarly, foreign users who bring computers, portable foreigners in the other country will be unable to use the TV Tuner for the same reasons. Even exchange the TV Tuner for one that matches the country in which is used the laptop will not work.

• Problems trying to log in my Pay Pal with Firefox, the wheel keeps just spinning!

  Whenever I connect to my a/c Pal pay, with Firefox, the spinning wheel is displayed but does not load the page, keeps on rotation. In order to access my google Pay Pal account, then I still have the same window or a new tab, click Pay Pal from the list and, hey presto, my account is open... it's weird how that! Having read all the tips and troubleshooting here and tried them all... history, cookies, caches, settings, clearing, etc. etc... but nothing does. I'm not a magician with plug-ins, but they are all up to date. This does not happen with Google Chrome or IE, I can connect directly. It is a nuisance that Firefox is my default browser and whenever I want to make a payment by Paypal I have to use Google Chrome or IE.   Found the answer finally doing a lot of reading and research here. Apparently, I had to uncheck: warn me when Web sites try to redirect or reload the page in Options > Advanced Options. Only the query is when I had it checked, why was not the bar 'Allow' at the top of the page! I know that others have also questioned what since PayPal changed their site/logging in the process. Was going to add my question, but now, guess what, I have a new problem, when I try to ask a question on the home page and click on the Green tab to ask the question that does not load the question box!   I have problems of xbox 360 game games that require settings to Pal 60 on my Qosimo E10 with Geoforce FX go 5200. I use my nvidia screen set up that tells me that the screen is set to Pal 60, but my xbox says it is set to Pal 50 and will not play the newer games.

  I can access the xbox through the TV connected to the port monitor button.

  Usually the second RAM slot is placed on the underside that you already wrote and founded, but the first RAM slot should be under the keyboard. This means that you need to remove the keyboard to upgrade the RAM module.

  It should not matter to your BD player.

  In General, it is usually best to edit in the format that the material was shot and recorded in. So if you shot 25 fps, keep it at this frame rate, set the properties of project on automatic and Final Cut will create the new project with parameters that match the first clip added to the timeline. When finished editing, choose share > Blu Ray.
