  InDesign CC. Panels and missing icons.

  This is the second time that this has happened. Everything works normally. Then for no apparent reason when I open another file (different files) panels are missing.

  This time my personal workspace back reset panels - there no last week.

  Then when I open the swatches Panel icons at the bottom are missing - see the illustration below.

  When this arrived last week, I had to uninstall and reinstall InDesign to do things to normal.

  Like last week I tried to delete the preferences - no joy. I tried reboot - no joy.

  I use a brand new iMac 5 k 27 in. with 32 GB of memory and a new installation of CC.

  I would be very grateful if someone shed some light on why this is happening - but more importantly, how to stop what happens :-)

  Please read the link I gave you. Substitute the prefs is done with InDesign closed, not through the preferences window. You can use the keyboard method, or you can use the manual method, but you will need to show the files hidden from the user of the library and records to do. User library files see hidden access | Mac OS 10.7 and later

  There is NO of INFORMATION at all in my paragraph and character Styles panels. No icons, no style, no small trash, no style by default. Could not load all styles. When I use the arrows to the right of the Panel to create a new style or load one, nothing is displayed.

  The character and paragraph panels work very well.

  Hello.

  After upgrading my OS Windows Anniersary Update 10 last week, my Beats Audio Control Panel disappeared. The audio is not yet, but the EQ settings I had set by beats do not seem effective. The IDT drivers seem to be installed and updated according to Device Manager.

  • Create a Restore Point
  • Download the Audio driver from the Support page of the drivers of your computer for Windows 10

  Uninstall the driver from Device Manager > restart (or search the hardware changes) >

  If the driver is available in your file system, it will try to reinstall it at startup / login >

  Check the results

  If no joy:

  If HP drivers are available for Windows 10 for your computer:

  Download and install the Chipset driver > restart and sign

  If the Audio driver is available in the Support page for the drivers for your computer:

  Uninstall the driver from Device Manager AND check the box to delete the driver >

  Restart and log in >

  Install the driver from the driver of your computer support page.

  After updating XP Pro x 32 to service pack 3 (and everything else the updates of Windows including IE8) in the SONY VAIO VGN-TX790P laptop ' control panel Realtek in Windows Panel disappeared and nothing works for Realtek.

  Normal sound is OK. I tried the SONY VAIO VGN-TX790P page update and also update to the latest version of the Realtek 2.65 for XP of Realtek driver without success.

  Tried all the possible solutions, the search in Internet and nithing allows Realtek Control Panel.

  There is a default sound when try start Control Panel Realtek Windows folder manually but the Control Panel does not appear.

  Nothing on the incident in the event viewer.

  No solution in the SONY forum. Can't find anything in Realtek.

  This issue has been observed so put XP updated to sp3 RC, but my case is not related to that.

  Have you tried uninstalling the driver in Device Manager (click with the right button on computer > properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager), then reinstall the driver found on the website of manufacturers like here?

  Today I just change the color of some forms of smart and I don't understand why, but after a while the Fill and Stroke panels disappeared in the Properties Panel. Therefore, I can not change the color and line color and weight of filling in my forms. The only thing I can change is transparency.

  I have never use a network drive, but it had the same problems from time to time. Deleting preferences, last possibility is always difficult, because you lose any personalization (you can retrieve some items, but not all). There is no mystery in it: in the Utils to the Captivate installation folder subfolder, you can use a batch file to clear preferences. To keep customization:

  Hello madeline,

  Please check that you have selected the correct "essentials" workspace, if you already correct then try to restore Photoshop preferences to default.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  If you use InDesign CC 2015, you must install the tools in the beta for the new product of Digital Publishing Solution. If you want to use the Digital Publishing Suite product previous, you must use an earlier version of InDesign.

  You switch between character and paragraph by clicking on the A or fly (paragraph symbol) on the left side of the Panel.

  Are you sure that you have installed the update CC2014.1? My guess is that you don't have.

  Check the desktop creative cloud for the updates app.

  Weird, you need to register, you should be able to view the content as a guest.

  No matter, simply right-click on one of the other Panel headers and select the base Panel from the list that appears.

  Or go to window > panels > select Basic

  Or do Ctrl + 1 (Cmd + 1 on a Mac).

  How can I change the size of the font of the control panel and all the other panels in indesign 5.5. I tried to change the default windows desktop, but that does not all Adobe products.

  I'm afraid there is no way to change the font size. Several people here have asked the same thing. More recently, with the latest version of ID where the menus look tiny unless you have a high resolution/large monitor size.

  You need to update to 3.1.1 and export configurator and reinstall the exported extension. Exported with Configurator 3.0/3.1 extension will dispear in Photoshop 13.0.1.

  I've recently updated for CS4 on a PC for CS5 on Mac. I hit a few keys by mistake while the PS was opened and half of my panels disappeared.
