  When you open the Panel creative cloud, on the section "Find additional Apps", click on "All Apps" (right side) and select "Previous Versions".

  The easiest way is to reinstall the program > removes 1 icon > then uninstall the program again.

  Customized using managed beans sound possible, you can try something similar to the example below:

  It's not a bug, user application records can be referenced in the databases/applications and their deletion would cause referential integrity problems.
