  Ensure that the analysis of the electronic mail is disabled (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Then delete the account completely and compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), and then try to add the account back again.  Also check webmail works fine.

The installation program asks the SMTP settings you but will not accept those given to me in Thunder bird (Tools > account settings > outgoing (SMTP) server support crowd said they can't help but I need to get my e-mail provider good server name.)

  Your email provider their name server and affects ports. They can provide this info.
  Although if Thunderbird OK send that info should be on the SMTP configuration page.

  Windows Mail is/was not Outlook.

  Windows XP e-mail program called Outlook Express.

  Outlook is a part of the office.

  Windows Mail in Vista is the replacement of e-mail for Outlook Express (XP) program.

I want Adobe Acrobat Pro to search all these faxes to identify the associated bank account #'s.  So I would like to sort these faxes by the identified bank account #.  So I want to combine PDF files into 1 single file PDF for each bank account # (already know how to do this last step).   I'm sorry, but it is certainly not possible directly via Acrobat.

  Java script code must be created in order to perform the first two tasks.

  Or otherwise you can manually search, sort and combine the PDF "." But it would be a hectic task.

  If you are good with the scripts you could try once and see if you can.
