first of all, I am working in FM 7.0 (Win XP) using the provided client DTD and EDD.

This is my situation. In my paper, I have a format of paragraph called "cell: Left" and it is used in the rows of the table. I was not happy with the size of the font (10 pt) so I tried to change it to 8 pt. I went in the paragraph Designer, change the size of the police at 8 and then clicked on "Update All". My problem is this: when I tab to a new cell (in the same table) and start typing, the size of the default font to 10 points. I checked the EDD search format overrides in any of the elements concerned and can't find anything (except a rule text format to use "cell: Left '); I removed the format then recreated I have looked at the clues table format it but could not find anything.

I forgot something? Have I done something wrong or misunderstood the process? Why the format is changed not applied on a global scale?

The tips are really appreciated.

Hi Carl,

If this isn't in the ESD or the format of paragraph anywhere, it could be stuck in the table format. When you click the "Update all" button in the table designer to save the settings for format, he remembers a lot of things on the table that you might not realize, such as the counties of row/column and the nature of the text formatting currently in the cells. I recommend you to get a table set in place with exactly the layout you want, and then open the table designer and click on 'Update All' to restore the format. Then, insert a new table and see if that solves this problem.

You already know this, but you can also make sure there isn't any format cascading overrides applied by ESD, as well as some top-level element. For example, if a table row element says to apply font 10 pt, it could cause a substitution in their respective cells, even if the cells/cell paragraphs specifically indicate the known paragraph format.

Table format problem - please help

Here's what I'm trying to do:
I have a set of documents in xml format according to the docbook standard. In these documents, there are also types of table. Standard TABLE with its tag element and an informal table with the tag of the INFORMALTABLE element.
When they are open and my file format and ESD apply I want Standard tables to have a blue shadow header and informal boards have a shaded gray header. I created the models of appropriate table. I can't understand a way via ESD to specify the type of table format that works. When I open an xml and apply the edd and the format of all tables to open it using the table format that appears first in the list.
What can I do for ESD to reach my goal?

You are right. A DSP can specify an initial table format. The word "initial" is the key. This is the format that is used when a new table is created, if the new table is created interactively by the user or by opening a SGML or XML document. Initial table layouts do not affect the existing tables. In fact, for a table created in interactive mode, the initial table format determines the format that is highlighted when the Insert Table dialog first. The user is free to choose a different size if you wish.

R/w rules are not sensitive to the context, so that if you use an FM tgroup element, they will not be able to help. Tgroup in your EDD definition can define a format of original table of Format if the tgroup is within the item table and Format B if the tgroup lies in informaltable. Just make sure that you have imported ESD in the model before you open the XML document. As you have noticed, if you open the XML document and then import the EDD, the tables already exist and that their format is not affected.

What is the most effective way to update tables when converting the RTF to FM 9.0?

Hello once again, editors.
My procedure:
1. Word doc saved. Rich TEXT format and opened it in FM 9.0.
2. Imported from all formats from an FM file,
3. Used a third-party plugin or MIF to replace paragraph styles.
4. Remove all the styles from Word of left-over of the FMP catalog.
Problem: Doc contains dozens of tables, which came the format of unknown table 'Table' (in the table designer). In the MIF file I changed all instances of < 'Table' TblTag > to < TblTag "DefinitionsTable" > with good results - except that they are wide 6.5 "all and I need them to be the usual width for this format of table (5.75").
Click Table > resize columns and the option button "by the scaling to the width for a total of 5.75" is already selected, so all that I have to do is he reapply by clicking on the button resize in this dialog box. The table snaps in the right size and position, everything is fine - except that I have to do this same procedure around 9 zillion times. So what I need is a faster way to do the same thing.
Here is the table format in the MIF, but it represents only two columns (Num Num 1 and 0)-probably because this table is defined as having two columns. But the charts that I brought the RTF have three. And curiously, the values for TblColumnWidth for each of these two columns don't total still 5.75.

As you found, the problem with the MIF - Bop tables is that not all of the settings are stored in the instance of table, so it can be difficult to make sure that the settings you are looking at other areas are indeed affecting the table 'target' other places. Keeping the table identification numbers straight is the key

Problem with the format of the external tables

I am using the external Tables feature in Oracle.

The code I am using currently to create my table is (I cut down the list of fields for clarity).

problems with table formatting

Hi all

I currently have problems with formatting or to use a table to record the data (well it will be saved in a .csv file, but I'm trying to use the table to get it all properly formatted to the .csv file for ease of reading). It is probably something easy I'm dominant or do not add. If someone with more knowledge of labview (I only worked a few months with her power) could guide me through the process of how to make my idea works, I would be very grateful.

The problem that I'm hoping to get help, I would like to change the date format, and I don't know how I can do this since it is Setup how to loop through the table. The structured elements and paragraph formats

My question is how can I prevent an end of line, back being inserted when I wrap a word in an element, specifically an element 'indxflag '? I use structured FM 7.0.
The screenshot shows 3 things here - part of my document in a window of FM (with the indexed word pointed out), the display of the structure of this document, as well as the definition of element indxflag in ESD.
With the DTD I use, to create an index I wrap words in an indxflag element. My problem is whenever I do that it inserts a hard return (return of paragraph, press the Enter key, call it what you want). How can I prevent that (return) from happening because that obviously when I print to the PDF format (or paper) I'm starting paragraphs where I don't want them.

Van, you could be right, I hope that Carl stops new and clarify. What I suspected, it is that it uses a sort of post processing with XML system for clues, don't use do not items to index in FrameMaker. I based on this statement:

Certainly, without a plugin or a FrameScript, there's no way to optimize the structural markup to create an index of the image. It would be a powerful addition to PAO of the framework functions if an index can be built using markup. Someone has to write a plugin.

I have a panel with the four bays and I use a structure of the event.
Now, I want that change of the index of array_1 also affects the index of 3 other tables at the same index.
But there is only a property "value Exchange" and no property 'index-change' in the properties of the table.
So I read the 'index' property and write in the other table.
But: It seems as if I have to do so within the period of waiting-section of the structure of the event.

You can use the mouse event on each table to detec the event (of course, that will attract not only a change of index, but I don't think you care too) and then use the 'values of the indices' property on all the table to set.

I'm able analog DAQmx Coordinated, I got component (Y) waveform and this component is of data type table 1 d (double-64-bit real) wire, according to my program I have to use the structure of the case, the selector must be values Y but labview said "you cannot connect this type of wire to the case selector (you have connected two terminals of different types).

problem with VI execution to the use of the structure of the event
I close with this sub - VI, but it reacts as expected. My logic was 1 tables initialized with sequence, then the structure of the event in many different cases. The goal is to read a 2D .cal file 1 2 tables. Cells can be modified manually by typing in the text box, then clicking on the load button. Slider determines with cell in the index. Certain sequences of events work either
(1) download the cal file
(2) move the cursor
Type 3) x input box
(4) load x value
Other sequences of events are the VI does not, i.e.
(1) type x entry box
(2) load x value
Can some kind soul tell me the error of my ways?

Problem with the Structure of the case

I added a new structure of matter in my VI. However, once added, there is an error that I have really no idea how fix it.
The error message:
"Business Structure: selector values are not unique.
"A value of the selector is used by more than one case. "It can be in the middle of a beach in one of the cases".

Please your zip code as an attachment. See your code will make it much easier for us to understand your problem.
The error relates to the distinction between each image of the structure of your business. You can have two business executives who launch for the same input selector case.
For example, if I had three managers of cases that have been '0..', '1', 'Default', then frame 1 & 2 times would launch if the entry is 1 (this is not allowed). Check you definitions of statement.

I tried to build a trigger that triggers a true value each 1000 milliseconds (from the first real);
which real command structure box to a value of the randomNrGen of the sample and place it in a table.
but I would like to USE this table and I can't do this beacause I can not get out of the structure of the case.
AND:
the while loop ignores samples; If you run the vi and look at the speed at which the table fills, ypu notice it is not periodic: the first few items are inserted at 1 second interval, but then it jumps one;
would it be because of the wait time 1ms?
1. How can I create a structure that does this:
If set to True, it samples a value from Genesis at random and places it in the table
OTHERWISE, it does NOTHING, without zeros sent to the table just waiting for the next true and only the values sampled at True remain in the table?
2. How can I stop it pop samples (multiples of 1000 in my case)?
In conclusion: I need to be able to take samples on the sample generator and store them in an array of 3d in a zig - zag (1.jpg) way, but able to think about it, we need to go beyond these two questions.
