Parser summary not 8.1 (Server 2012 R2 Datacenter/EXi 6.1 compatibility?)
I did a new install of 8.1 of the parser on a windows server 2012 and set the NSA3500 to send the system to the server log.
All of which I know works normally in the syslog file, there are various size syslog is however they are not being processed and does not display the data in the Analyzer.
Different diagnostics all check and say everything is fine, but no data are being processed.
If anyone has any suggestions, bright ideas or patches, I'm all ears.
Thanks in advance
Ben
Thank you for your continued support on this one.
Finally, I gave and raised a ticket, and after a call of support almost 2 hours I am happy to announce that the Analyzer is now underway.
Representative checked all support my config and setting who were fine (phew) and has been used to remove, and then reinstall the software. Syslogs folder were copied and copied in post rear install who began treating them instantly.
There were 3 distinct changes made when it has been reinstalled so don't know that solved the problem, they were:
(1) installation directory was a space in the name, it has been "Analyzer of Sonicwall" and is now a single word "parser". "."
(2) in the tab of the Console under reports/Summarizer Hostname resolution enable reverse: has been turned on and off now.
(3) in the Console tab in accordance with the resolution of host name of reports/Summarizer activate public IP address: has been turned on and off now.
End result working software = happy IT Manager

There are approximately 247 updated to do with this Windows Server & as before in the past w / various different OS that I discovered that these must be mounted separately & batch too for these works correctly!
There must be - a kind of server 2012/r2 cumulative hotfix / service pack that will sort most of these problems of updates w / a download link for getting these!
But how & in which updates of the batch/grna they do have to do to finish correctly without these issues and so on!
example"separate updates like this should be done in separate lots and so on!
(a) Internet Explorer updates
(b) .NET Framework 4.6
(c) KB * item updates made in various lots of diferent etc.
Thanks a lot for your help as it is very much appreciated! A little more the last hours of your answer I had actually beta tested who follows & found that if you keep w / the following it works actually & w/out any error!

Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter: Activate the virtual machines on a host KVM
Hello
I bought four licenses for sale at retail of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter. With the license of data center, I have the right to install a number of Windows Server R2 instances unmlimited 2012 on the physical machine with the associated license.
The question now is: How can I activate Windows in virtual machines?
As virtualization host, I use KVM, AVMA is not possible. I need a KMS host key to set up a KMS host. I tried to use my product key for the retail license but the VMAT does not accept the key, because it's a KMS - no key. Where should I paste my product key for the KMS host key?
Kind regards
Thomas

I want to use Windows Server 2012 R2 on a virtual machine. When I start the machine virtual first time, Manager of cloud instance that is installed on the operating system intercepts not created by Cloudstack password. When I reset the password, and then he grabs this new password and I can access VM.
That's the problem with compatibility with WIndows Server R2 2012 nursery cloud instance? Because the same version of it works well with WIndows Server 2008 R2 VM.

Product key will not be upgraded server 2012
I am doing an upgrade to Windows Server 2012 Datacenter to Windows Server R2 of 2012 that I downloaded from the MSDN site.
If I boot from the CD and enter my product key, everything works fine and it won't let me install. Unfortunately when I try to do an upgrade to launch setup.exe when it is started in the OS that I want to date it does not work. I always get the following error message:
"We could not verify the product key. Please check your installation media. »
Some of the things I've tried:
(1) tried several MSDN keys. I tried Datacenter, Standard licenses, etc. They work ever, but licenses are valid because they work fine while booting the disk. Tried it about 6 valid licenses altogether.
(2) re-downloaded the disk (same result)
(3) disabled network connectivityWhatever happens I can't license screen line... There is no way to 'jump' and it won't take one of my keys.

Workstation 8 does not recognize Windows Server 2012 as an operating system
I want to create a virtual machine using Server 2012 as the operating system, and 8.0.4 workstation does not recognize. My ultimate goal is to create a virtual SharePoint 2013 machine. Is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.
Do not use 'easy install' then - use rather 'I'll install later' and select 2k8R2 as type of guestOS

Prerequisites for domain controller promotion is not for windows server 2012
For windows server 2012 check of preconditions for the promotion of domain controller has failed. TCP ports required by Active Directory Domain Services are already in use on this computer. You must remove or reconfigure the services that currently use these ports (88, 389, 636, 3268, 3269).

Error installing 32 bit application in Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter edition
Hi all
I have a software that worked very well in a 32-bit of Windows Server 2008, I installed the same software in a 64-bit Windows server 2012 R2.
I get an "error 48 error loading the dll" error when I run.
I tried to register the dll through command regsvr32. I get an error "dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found."
I checked the dependence of the dll with other files you use Depends.exe
I tried to copy the dll in the other place, but none of them worked.
I still get the same error when I run the application.
Please help us with this if you know the solution.
Forgive me if this isn't the correct phase and guide me to the correct page.
Thanks in advance.

I started to return the server ESXI 5.5 when vCenter came back upward, I preceded to start the VM1 and then tried to reinstalled xenDesktop 7.1 once again, but the same thing happens again, but it installs all of the packages, looks like it failed during the initialization of components.
HOW a software which runs in VM1 CAN plant the hypervisor?
shouldn't the only accident VM?
Anyway, how can I config a VM to resemble a normal pc, so doesn't affect only not the hypervisor?
Anyone who installed on ESXI 5.5 xenDesktop please post how you did and what config you use?
I tried gen8 & gen10 VM, same problem.

RDS licensing mode not configured the server 2012
Everyone gets it on a 2012r2 RDS Server.
I installed vWorkspace ' Terminal Server / RD Session Host role ' and turned on the 'Remote Desktop Session Host' feature on the RDS Server and when I connect to the RDS Server, I get a little popup saying right down
Remote Desktop services "remote Desktop licensing mode is not configured" will stop working in 106 days.
Any ideas...
Hi Dan,.
A RDS 2012r2 will require a remote office 2012 with 2012 cals installed remote desktop license server to handle licensing.
You have a remote office 2012 configured license server in your environment or is it 2008? If not, you will need to create one, but it can be used to service existing if you want to consolidate everything on a single server, the RDS 2008 servers.
Without a configured license server, it will return to the period of 120 days, you get as standard with a host of the session.
Thank you

ColorJet 475dw moved not on windows server 2012
During the installation phase, I get a fatal error:
A fatal error occurred prevents use of the product.
Click 'Cancel' to cancel the installation.
No reason. No work around. Reset did not work. Download the basic driver came with the same error.
UPDs are only printer drivers. There is no reason why you could not take the UPD on a print because of a limitation of scanner server. UPDs can coexist with separate scan drivers.
If you have to scan drivers and then find http://support.hp.com pilots and the area of download for this printer and your operating system. Scan drivers are included in the comprehensive software solution. When a comprehensive software solution is not available while the drivers can be downloaded from Microsoft as a Windows Update. Once you have the scan drivers so that you can use 3rd party scanning applications to complete your analysis work.
HP has a comprehensive software solution and a basic scan and print driver solution. Either people should work fine. If they do not then install the components manually pointing the Hardware Wizard to the installation folder during the analysis of your device manager.
HP keeps a log of installation somewhere under C:\users\
\appdata\local\temp. The directory to search by date and look at all the logs starting with HP. Review logs and to observe that the last operation was before the error message popped up. This should help you to isolate what was wrong so you can fix the problem. -
I can start to connect to the virtual machine. However, I can't activate windows. And running: slmgr.vbs-dli gives result saying timeout.

Windows Server 2012 R2 - HF ALL them do not install as "does not apply to this computer.
Hello
A general question about patch installs.
I have several servers which are all Windows 2012 R2. They don't have internet connections, so I have to install the patches manually. I have download the HF from the download page of the ISO (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/913086) every month. I collect them and install in a facility in bulk during a release cycle (once or twice a year). I just realized that no. HF have installed since JUNE 2014. Each HF that appears in the directory WindowsServer2012R2 do not settle with a message "the update is not applicable to your computer. Which is fine if that was true, but... I get this message for each HF ISO since June 2014. NOT a single HF, it's applicable to my computer. Would this be the case? No HF apply to my 2012 since June of 2014 server systems?
This is my system information, and below that is the result of any attempt to install 95 HF
