It is not my safety, because obviously, the security of my computer and the computers of the University are different. This problem started all of a sudden. Remember that Windows Installer Cleanup Utility does not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall on.
