Passing pTunes mp3 into ringtones

Well, then I don't have Internet access, or an sd card. I know that 'tear tear. But I don't have a lot of songs on my pTunes ringtones on phones to other people, but came as mp3 on mine. So, how can I transfer my mp3 in to my ringtones pTunes? PUH-leeeeze help!

Good question.  Only way I know involves a SD card or by e-mail...

Hello all, new to the Board of Directors. I have a 8320 (ATT) who will not let me edit the MP3 for ringtones. I understand that Roxio for Blackberry has some disabled features, including the ability to edit. Oh, BTW I use BDM 4.5. What is the workaround? Should I install the full version of Muisc of Roxio Creator? What version did his evidence, 9 or 10?

By reading the articles published on the net I see the Roxio for Blackberry software has problems. Any help for a beginner BB owner would be appreciated. Support BB control these cards?

Thanks for your reply. I could even use a DAW to change a piece, but I still wonder about the Roxio for BB thing. I'm disappointed that I can't change in the media for a quick edit Manager.

    1. how long is the file in seconds. I recommend files 30 seconds or less

    2. What is the bit rate of the file in Kbps? I recomment 128 kbps or less

If you use Astro File Manager, you can navigate to the file.

    Tap it

    Choose the music options

    Set as ringtone

If you don't have Astro then go to Menu > music > locate the song > play it > press Menu (4 boxes) > more > use as a ringtone.

If the option does not appear for the file of the song then is not in a format that can be set as a ringtone.

  • import MP3s into itunes but who wish to change file information when importing

    Hello

Recently, I sold my coffee where I bought a whole bunch of music. All the music was played by a pioneering system that has been updated weekly with new songs. All different musicians or groups. Most of the songs where the most popular at that time, so albums never whole or complete, but mainly of independent numbers. Now, I want to import into Itunes (latest version). Problem is that I find myself with a list of many simple figures of individual bands. I can litterly scroll for 5 minutes before I'm at the bottom. Is there a way by Automator or Applescript to change the file to an mp3 information while I import into Itunes. In this case, I want to make a fixed name musicians and an albumname who goes to all the numbers. I think I can finish with a name and an album in which there are more than 6000 songs.

I hope that I have explained in a way that you understand. I think there must be a solution by automator or applescript, but I can not find or make up. I'm sorry. I hope someone can help.

    cordially Gerwin

Not that you import. There are a lot of scripts on the web site of Dougscripts edition of track information once it is in iTunes, or you can search by using a third party application such as MediaRage to edit outside of iTunes and then import.

  • MP3 for ringtones

I figured out how to get a mp3 player on my card and save it as a ringtone.  He will not play now if.  I think it is because the file is too large.  Does anyone know a good (preferably free) program where I can cut a part of a mp3 file to use as a ringtone?

    Thank you!!

Try MiniTones.  Work on your Centro and any mp3 file on your card.

  • sing music Ptunes as ringtones on Centro

I recently bought a Sprint Centro and had to go to a Sprint Store to pick up a USB sync cable that had not been provided with the phone.  The young woman who took care of me showed me all kinds of tips on how to use the phone.  One of them was using Ptunes music as ringtones. ;  She showed me how do it very quickly and, of course, when I got home, I could not remember how she dide it.  Someone know what I mean, and, if so, can you give me a quick run down?

    Thank you.

I'm a little confused as to what the client representative showed you on Ptunes, that's because Ptunes is the software that allows your Centro to play music and not manage ringtones.

Now since you are looking for a program that can manager ringtones then I suggest this free software called musical ringtones.

  • Cannot drag AAC ringtones to the iPhone 6

So there's iTunes decided to swap my record library iTunes for something that he created, so I lost most of my music (later everything came with the boring exclamation point next to it, feel stupid iTunes cannot locate the files - redirect tried it back but that did not work). SO, since I am free three hours today (little I didn't know it would take approximately eight hours), I went ahead and resynced to create a new library.

Lost most of the music on my iPhone but I can re-import ALL my CDs later, I guess. What I have in my phone REALLY are custom ringtones. I currently have around thirty of them as *.mp3s and am familiar with the creation of versions AAFC using iTunes - BUT now every time I have create AAC version and try to drag a lining to my camera, box appears around the entire device on the left side window, shakes and shimmies for one second and will not let me transfer the ringtone.

The phone held all these rings before this last re-sync, so I know it's possible. Does anyone know why I can't drag these now?

Thanks for any help. Sorry to say, but I hate iTunes...

    Tom

    Hey Mr. Tom Foolery.

Sorry about your headache with the music. I took to the look and think this may help you with AAC files is transformed into ringtones iTunes and your phone can recognize. Let me know if it helps.

  • Palm Centro syncs with pTunes (Sprint)

I searched high and low for some answers, but nothing helped.

So here's my problem that I couldn't find answers to on pockettunes.com. I bought an SD card for MP3 on my phone, and the only way I can get them to the card is using the Office Setup program. When I started pTunes on the phone while it is hooked in the USB cable repeatedly plays him plug / unplug sound randomly.  I have no problem at all using HotSync to back up my address book and images, but will not be synchronized with pTunes. All my settings are correct, as far as I read, and I have all the latest versions of the required software. I tried to use the browser to download a ringtone from the SD card and it indicates the file size is 0 KB and will not play, but it plays well in pTunes. My main concern is with pTunes synchronization. It is not fair not to Fig the device as being connected.

    Any help is appreciated.

Discover the ringtones or MiniTones, two free programs that work the same way.  Available at freewarepalm.com.

It will scan your SD card for the songs, and then let you change a slice directly on your Centro.  You choose the sites start and stop of the "slice".  Once satisfied, click on the 'Add' button, and it will appear in your list of ringtones.

  • Files mp3 audio can be edited with iTunes?

A file mp3 audio can be edited on iTunes?

In a way primitive and accompanied by loss of quality.  Get info on the track, adjust to market and stop times in the options, then convert the mp3 into another mp3.

If you are serious about this, it is best to use an editor without loss.

MP3Trimmer - inexpensive shareware and has a conditions of the fairly liberal tests that can be enough for occasional use.  Has a repair feature that works sometimes, but other times saves a file that, when you try to re - open with Mp3Trimmer it says it needs repair, and so on.

Fission - no trial, which I am aware and probably higher cost.  You can at least check if it opens the file.

AudioSlicer - free.  This opens the mp3s that refused the two above.  He seems no longer to be supported, but works at least as much as OSX 10.8.  I run OSX 10.4.11, so I don't know if it runs on modern systems.  The interface is a bit confusing, but what if all you practice is rubbing a single file, you don't have to learn the details.  See tip to https://discussions.apple.com/message/26388336#26388336

  • MP3 player, freezes my office

When I plug my MP3 into my desktop freezes, he had always worked in the past, but now I have this problem, it is a Philips GoGear, WMP, I am running windows xp, I have updated WMP now what do I do?

What were you doing just before what is happening?

Should the player have its own drivers? If so, uninstall them and then re-boot and the re-install.

What software do you usually use to transfer files - WMP? (When I got a Philips mp3 player we need drivers + special software to transfer).

Have you read the manual or tried the Phillips website for ideas?

When you connect to the desktop computer freezes. Error message?

One thing to try is the following, however: go into Device Manager and remove the USB hubs. Re-booting, XP will be re - discover and install the necessary software. Let him do his thing (s). When everythings installed, connect your GoGear, let XP recognize and install the necessary driver. If XP asks you to install a driver, then you will surely find one on the CD/DVD provided with the unit. However, if its plug-and-play, XP will do its thing.

Re-post if nothing works with the model number and the reference of your GoGear.

    See you soon,.
