  You will need to remove the password from the file (using Acrobat, not reader) before you can convert it to Word. To do this, choose file > properties, and then click the Security tab choose no security in the context menu of the security method and enter the password when you are prompted.

  When various restrictions of document are applied to a PDF document, the PDF document will be encrypted/protected.

  Mobile products Acrobat DC (for iOS and Android) have the known limit where the changes cannot be saved in encrypted PDF documents.  As a result, users are not able to make changes (addition of comments/annotations or forms) for encrypted PDF documents.

  As you already know, there is no such limitation in the desktop version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

  I asked this before, but I can't update on it because of a technical problem... told me to zero security and give the password if you are prompted.

  I get a pdf file where I'm not able to change, if the change function is there in the version (9.0 c) and able to modify the normal PDF. The one where I'm not able to modify is protected probably to change. So, how would I be able to make changes to this. I'm not the owner of the file. And the password is not known or lost.   Currently, mobile products Acrobat DC (for iOS and Android) do not support PDFs with DRM (Digital Rights Management) by third parties.

I checked the settings of security over and over again and I don't want users to print the pdf file still prints.   Security password PDF, with the exception of the Open Document, are on the honor system. Non-Adobe applications may or may not honor the settings. Even with Adobe applications, security is easy to remove. Several online services will do this for free. This can be frustrating as a provider of PDF, but occasionally made me happy as a PDF user cause dagnabit if I want to print I'll print!

  I try to combine files 8 created PDF files with I Explore using Acrobat Standard XI, the process is finished but when opening the file, that not all of the 8 individual files were combined only the first two have been combined, process shows the eight being read and combined.

  I can open and view each of the 8 original individual files and read the content without any problems, the biggest of the eight files is 15 559 kb and the smallest is 9 435 Ko

  It should not happen because there is no maximum file size limit when combining PDF files.

  Please let me know if there is some password protected PDF files also?

  Also, I suggest you to choose the "Repair the Installation of Acrobat" option in the Help menu.
