  Since your post I understand that you get an error that your computer is not authorized for items purchased on your iPhone.  As you tried to allow already and know that your computer is allowed, then it seems that you have the content of another Apple ID on your iPhone.  If you have any other Apple ID then please allow your computer so that it be synchronized.

  Hi my name is Rebecca. Please be patient, this is a long story with a question to which Apple for a month and a half has not been able to solve. The end of February, I went to Sprint to upgrade my iphone 6 to a 6 s. (my 6 had no problem). The backup and restore to the other went off without a hitch. Two weeks having the phone, date and the value automatically switched to a GMT setting which is 4 hours ahead of New York. Assumption is that the phone has been deserted. I got a new phone and everything has been backed up and restored again. Less than two weeks later, the same goes for the 2nd iphone 6 s.  I went to Sprint and got a 3rd iphone 6 s. backup and restored all again. Less than a week later for the 4th time, the new iphone 6 s time and date switched to the time zone GMT 4 hours ahead of New York. At this point, I called Apple Tech support. A very nice tech Jason worked with me for 2 weeks to fix this. He sent Apple a 4th iphone 6s. We did a backup and when the new phone came in did us a restore. A few days later, the same problem. Apple accuses Sprint, Sprint complaint to Apple. At this point, Sprint said that my sim card was corrupted and he sent me a new. On the phone with Jason, we did a reset of the iphone 6s failing manufacturers. Removed the corrupted sim card and put in a new vacuum. Phone restarts and when you get to the Setup screen, it asks "set up as a new user or a user to return. Jason said as a new user.  I clicked on new user. Following her request for an apple ID. Jason said I should put in my existing apple id (although it has been activated on as a new user). At this point the phone wouldn't turn on. On the phone with Sprint. They did not understand as to why the phone would not activate. Jason suggested that I put my original sim card in (which was noted as corrupted), then the active phone. At this stage because I had not done a restore, the only information on my phone now an old backup who had my contacts and some of the notes, images etc. Jason said to do a restore after just 24 hours to be sure of the time and the date stay correct. Not happened. Less than 24 hours, the date and time that is set to automatic changed to the GMT time zone. Jason was out of suggestions. We left him there. I am very angry to pay more than $800 for an iphone that feature very very important does not work. On mine, I restored my phone and thought what I'd do. I then did a backup. I'll stop my icloud. I have reset my builders phone by default and when I went through the whole upward I plugged my phone in itunes and restored my phone from my computer backup. (Icloud is always OFF). Less than 24 hours later at the date and time in GMT area again. Once again, that I have a phone very very expensive with a feature that is vital for me, I can't use. Yes, I could turn the machine off, but I shouldn't do that. So here's my question: Iphone 6, I have not had any problems with my icloud or my sim card or the date and time. 6 s IPhone that I do. I got iphone 4 brand new 6s with the same problem. Is - that my sim card is corrupt and transfer information corrupt, though only it worked fine in my iphone 6? Second question: I don't want to sign up for a new apple id and start from scratch. This will screw up my gmail which is linked to the apple ID. How can I back up my contacts only on my computer and then be able to reset my phone manufacturers by default, then erase all information from my existing apple ID in order to use again, but only restore contacts which is the worst part of transfer phones. Apps and notes, photos and all the rest is not a problem to start from scratch, but contact is almost impossible to have to type each hand one by one. Please someone out there with a solution.   That your mother forgot restriction code, you'll need to erase your iPhone and then configure as new to remove or change the restriction password.

  There is no way around this feature.

  If you have a backup of your iPhone that was made before the Restrictions were turned on, you can then restore from that backup.

  your tone should already by in your ITunes library...  I guess that are customized to you have created... you should be able to synchronize them via iTunes on your new phone.

  You can only access the passwords stored in signons.sqlite if you have the correct signons3.txt file that stores the encryption key to decrypt the names and passwords.
  If copy the two files in the current Firefox profile folder does not work then you will have a file signons3.txt evil.

  I suddenly started having problems to connect in my apps on my right iPhone5S today!  I discovered that I had a few app updates hang out, so when I went to ' sign in to the iTunes Store "he says"your Apple ID or the password is incorrect.".  So, I reset the password (several times because she would repeat again and again the same message) and still cannot connect! More funny thing is, I can connect using the same name of pass/login on my computer (so I am able to write this question).

  I know I'm typing good pass/login (checked CAPS and spaces etc...), I can't seem to let me!

  I am able to connect my iPhone to my computer and put music on my phone... I am connected to iTunes with my computer.

  It could be that these applications have been downloaded using a username different apple or the password.

• Cannot restore the backup of the iPhone

  I just did a DFU restore on my iPhone 5s. I am running Windows 7. I have created a complete PC Backup in iTunes that is listed in the devices list in the preferences.  When I try to restore this backup on the restored phone, that the backup is not available in the drop-down menu of the backups.  Only my iPad is here.  I think that remember me something related to the backup that was created with an older version of iOS.  The phone 9.2, I think it was an upgrade after the DFU.  My iPad has 9.2.1 and I thought they were on the same version.  Anyway, how to restore the backup that is listed in the devices?  I have not either a backup for this phone.  I have to downgrade the phone to the previous version of iOS?  This seems strange to me.  Or maybe that I have to get the phone on instead of 9.2 9.2.1?  Any suggestion would be appreciated.  Thank you.

  As far as I know, iOS 9.2.1 is a beta, so maybe it's the cause.

  BTW, discuss software in beta on a public forum is not a good idea.

  I imported the photos taken with the Photos app on my iPhone 5, with "Remove items after importing" lit. But in pictures the pictures are not good: the photo was cropped in half, if that makes sense, with this half duplicated and that appears twice and a thin line grey narrow between duplicates. And a tiny tiny version of the picture properly, appears at the top of this thin grey line. Thus, for example, that if a photo needs to be "XO", it's rather "XX", with a tiny version of XO appearing at the top of the grey line in the middle of the XX.

  This did not happen for all the photos I just imported, only about half of them; and the system then told me some pictures could not be imported due to an error. I then tried to import the remaining pictures once again, and they are fine.

  The originals have been removed from the iPhone - can I somehow fix those images? Does anyone else have this problem?

  And I guess that's a warning against "remove items after the import. I've never had a problem with this before.

  Are only thumbnails in Explorer corrupted, or the photo also shared in two, if you click on it to enlarge?

  If the enlarged photo is fine, try to recreate thumbnails by rotating the photo back. You can select several photos at once and click on ⌘R, the ⌥⌘R.

  Try to open the photo in edit mode and try to "Return to the original", if it is available.

  You have a recent backup of iTunes to your iPhone? The pictures of the camera should be included in the backup, if you don't use icloud.

  If you can not fix the pictures imported by turning, try to restore your iPhone to the latest backup to restore the camera.

The memory savings start small at first, then it starts to hit hundreds of MB at a time. It sounds crazy, I know, but I went to have less than 200 MB of free space for 3.6 GB. • How to import contacts and calendar to the iphone

  No outlook on the computer to work with the company so no outlook trying to set up email on laptop and import my contacts from my iphone. is this possible?

  I'm not aware in a direct way, but here's what I did for the other way - from Win Mail to the phone.

  • If you do not already have a Gmail account, create one (it's just a temporary tool for this process).
  • Configure the iphone for the gmail account and synchronize it. This should sync your contacts.
  • Since you google.com interface: export your contacts (unfortunately it only supports CSV format).
  • In Thunderbird, import your contacts

  If you need help importing your contacts, I have step by step instructions I can give you.
  Let me know how it goes.
