paths, do not type on!

Hello people!

OK, first of all, I'm the Final Cut editor with good knowledge in vfx, colorist... but I'm not a Motionographer...

What I wonder about is how to draw a Word, but not like the Type on the behavior (letter by letter).

what I want, it's typing on a word folllowing the path of letters... Well, I know any tool paint STROKE, but not what I want, so my question is... is it possible to convert letters (or words, is not serious) in path and then type on the letters and the words that follow this path? I did not understand how... I tried to bring ilustrador paths but did not work. The only way to get what I wanted was the path using the Bezier path tool, letter by letter, it works but it was not perfect, some fonts are very complex to draw a path with the Bezier path tool.  I refined the curves of letters using roundness on the geometry tab... but it's a lot of work!    : blink: I hope that you have an easier way to do it.

THX

That's all.

  • Error 1314. The %appdata%\Autocad\ specified path is not unavailable

Hi name is Kenya Caldwell and I am trying to install a program called Autocad, but whenever I do, I get the message following error 1314. The %appdata%\Autocad specified path is not unavailable.  I received a response from Autocad, but I do not understand, or not if it is correct.  Could someone help me with this problem?  Below is the message of Autocad.

By specifying an installation location using a Windows environment variable

    Question

When you have created a deployment or performing a stand-alone installation, you tried to specify the installation location using an environment variable, such as %ProgramFiles%, but you receive one of the following error messages:

Please provide the path name where the customers go to install AutoCAD 2007 on their local computers.

Error 1314. The path '% PROGRAMFILES%\..' is not available.

    Solution

It is not possible to specify a variable of environment such as installation or the installation of customer location in a stand-alone installation or network deployment. If you install to different locations on different machines, it is strongly recommended that you use the deployment wizard to create several configurations of deployment for each location.

To use a variable of environment as the installation location, you must run the installation of the product from the command line. This can be done by entering the following in the command line Windows or via a batch/script file.

Note: This installation method is not tested or supported by Autodesk.

    Stand-alone installation

    MsiExec.exe /i "\Bin\AcadFEUI\acad.msi ' INSTALLDIR=%PROGRAMFILES%\

Note: Replace the drive letter containing product for disk. Replace the rest of your installation for location. It is strongly recommended to use paths without spaces for this type of installation.

    Kenya Caldwell

    Salute to the Kenya,

Try the steps mentioned by me in my first post and verify if the problem persists.

When I try to open a game (Chess Titans, inkball, etc.), I get the following message: "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Chess\Chess.exe the specified path does not exist.  Check the path and then try again. "Should I do to get my games back so I can play them?  I've tried enabling/disabling of Windows features, but it did nothing.  I also tried to go through the run, but that has not worked.  And, I tried command prompt, but it says that I am not the administrator, who I am.

    Not accessible games

I haven't had any changes consciously, and the games do not work in any user account.  When I've done sfc/scannow (command prompt) he said that I was not the administrator.  I could learn from another source to solve this problem - in the start menu, right click on the command prompt icon, and then click Run as administrator.  Hope everybody help with this problem.  If you do not have command prompt in your Start menu, any type of command prompt in your search box and it should appear.

Anyway, my games work now.  Thank you

  • Windows 7 network drive mapping error: "error code: 0 x 80070035 the network path was not found."

I recently started getting an error when you try to access my network drive. Attempt to fix I have also disconnected the drive and tried to reconnect. I get the error: error code: 0 x 80070035 the network path was not found

I am able to map the drive of all the other machines in the hold of the House (Mac OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista).  However, the Windows 7 machine continues to report the error.

I searched the internet for the microsoft Web site and answers and so far nobody seems to have an answer to the problem (and it seems to be a very common problem in Windows 7, based on the number of reports I've met in my search). I'm able to reach the reader through the IP address, but cannot connect in it (continues to re - ask for credentials and I checked the credentials I use are 100% correct).

The only significant event was the address IP changed on the remote disk. What that tells me, is that windows is not updated the name of the drive to the new IP address and confounds seriously on how to get the player passing the correct credentials.

I removed the protection against viruses (a suggestion said it was the cause), but it has no effect. Check my sharing permissions and so many different places that I could, but nothing has changed and all seems OK.

The problem is in Windows 7, but I don't know where all configurations "tricks" are on the (64 bit) OS - has been used for a 32-bit system. Where can I manually fix the DNS or DHCP parameter for the name of the drive?

    SOLUTION

It's a problem with Windows Explorer in Windows 7 do not resolve the computer name target to its IP address. It is not a problem with the firewall or antivirus.

There is a simple workaround solution.  Use the IP address of the target computer, not the computer name.

    (1) find IP address that the computer target is.  It is desirable to give a private static IP address to the target computer, for example, 192.168.1.10, so it does not change.  Use the local windows help when you sit in front of the target computer to do this, if you don't know how.

    (2) when you are sitting in front of the Windows 7 computer, you want to access the target computer, open Windows Explorer and in the address bar type------followed\\192.168.1.10 static address of the target computer, for example, and press enter

If the target computer uses the name of user and password sharing, after a few seconds, you will be prompted credentials.  Enter the same username and password used to log on the target computer when you're sitting in front of it.

The target computer will be added to the list of computer network Windows 7, appearing as an IP address instead of a computer name.  You can access his actions as if it was listed by name instead of the number.

    That's all.

  • create new folder, but the path does not exist.  That's why I need to create!

I want to take their existing case files, wallpapers and move them into a new catalog LR, jpg_edits.  In the import window, I left click on the parent, my photos and get 'create a new folder '. After which a new folder creation box opens to display the ms mode my file Explorer and the parent.  But he says to Select a folder, so when I try to type the new name, they tell me the path does not exist.  Which may be the reason I'm trying to create the new folder.  Everything seems to be able to do is to slect the existing folders.  Where is the creation of a new part of catalogue record?

If I understand the question, you want to create a new destination folder in an existing parent folder. Fix? Once you click the folder parent in the Destination panel (left side of the screen to import), expect the top of the Destination table. You will find two elements here. The first, in the subfolder, allows you to enter the name of the new subfolder to create but it must ensure that the box is checked. Select the check box and enter the name of the file in the text field. Then, select the option in a single folder drop-down organizing. With these options, you will see a new subfolder in the tree under your (grey) selected parent folder. Even once all this is done on the right side of the screen to import.

  • The shortcut error message: the specified path is not; Maybe reinstall Firefox whenever I want to use.

When I install Firefox, it works very well. Installation does not include a shortcut on my desktop, then when I try to start it again, I go to "all programs." Next, I get the message "the specified path does not exist. I think it has something to do with the confusion between two hard disks. C: drive, a small SSD, contains the operating system and other software. D: drive is my data disc, contains other applications, photos, music, etc. The way referred to in the error message is D:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe.

Firefox does not have the ability to choose a disk for installation. Is it possible that it is automatically installed on the C: drive, the shortcut continues to send on the D: drive?

If you have any ideas or suggestions, I'd like to hear them.

Using your file browser, look for Firefox in c:\Program Files (x 86)
After, look in other files of the program (x 86)

Once you find it, click with the right button on Firefox.exe and create a shortcut.
Move it to your desktop. It work?

    Note: In the creation of shortcuts, you can without spaces. Instead of use;
    c:\Program Files (x 86), you should use; "c:\Program Files (x 86)".

I had a problem like this, and it is thanks to fonts that were corrupted in Snow Leopard 10.6.7. Apple has a fix on its support page.

I can't tell what's exactly wrong, but I can give you some suggestions
I think there could be something wrong with the keyboard.

Either there is a problem with the keyboard <->the motherboard connection or the malfunctioning of the keyboard.
I would recommend checking the laptop in ASP.

As you know the guarantee must cover all the problems of material, so it s worth it to contact the technician of the laptop.

    I have windows 7.

    I m confused now.
After the first start, you must create new account and then you can start Windows 7 preinstalled and use the preinstalled operating system. I can't even imagine that this problem occurs the first commissioning. Recovery images are tested and you can install it 100 times and it should not happen.

Have you done some changes or anything that might be responsible for this?
Can get you into SafeMode (F8), create a new account and try to connect with this new account? The same thing happens again?
