  Hi, I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s3505f, FJ465AA product number.

  I would like to know if it is possible to change the video card in this computer?  I wanted to install a HDMI graphics card so I would be able to plug my computer directly on my HD TV.  Does anyone know if this is possible in this model of computer?  I looked here and there on the net and just could not find an answer for this model.

  The s3505f has only a power of 160 watts.  I don't know of any video card that will run with a 160 Watt power supply.  Slimlines PCs were not designed to be upgraded.

  The most recent model slimlines have slightly greater power and low-power, low-profile video cards are available.

  Hybrid boot or hibernation modes might be interesting to try.  You should see an improvement. SSD can make a big difference in the performance of the PC.

  Do a google search on the boot to BIOS UEFI Boot verses.

The video is part of the limiting factors that prevent your upgrade to generation processors 3rd with HD4000 video. The video material is in the processor and also on the motherboard and they have to work together.

  You don't have the choice of some top processors, but they are all 2d gen not 3rd gen and will have video HD3000 I can understand why you want to update, but just, it is not going to happen. If you think that you cannot run Windows 10 on this machine is not necessarily the case. Many sites say HD3000 unsupported, but if you look around on google a bit you will find workarounds.

  I'm not 100% positive, but from the looks of the two keyboards, this is neither going to be possible. They seem to be different style keyboards. I have a craving for 14 with a backlight keyboard, and the keyboard is actually the entire top piece. The keys are not separated.
