Pavilion dv4 3138tx drivers after reinstalling plain windows 7 Home premium

My Pavilion DV4 3138tx laptop recovery disk was crushed, and HP did not recovery disk when you bought it. I need to download the windows 7 Home premium of the site "mydigitallife.info' to download the legalized 7 reinstallation windows image. After installation, OS works, but a lot of drivers seem doesn't work does not, for example, the ethernet network controller. I tried to download the driver from the official site of HP for the 3138tx model, which is network realtek LAN driver, but after installing, it says "xxx file not found", somehow, it does not work, and HP support told me that they cannot help me, asked me to go to realtek... I looked towards the top of the network controller hardware ID, it's PCI/VEN10EC DEV8168SUBSYS... @$ %& ^ * (& ^, I looked in google, it's the for a 10/100/1000 gigabit LAN network card realtek chip.) Very strange, can anyone help me?

As per the advice of HP, I also tried to reinstall the chipset driver, appearing on the official website of HP for 3138tx drivers model, it did not help either. My laptop was bought in Malaysia with origial windows 7 Home premium edition in English, the product key at the bottom of the machine.

Hello:

The file is too big for me to send an email to you.

I downloaded on my skydrive folder, and you can click on the link below to go to my Skydrive folder.

Download the file of the driver named Win7_Realtek 8168.zip.

Unzip the files in a folder, and then run the AutoInst.exe file.

    Toshiba support

    Contact Toshiba and ask them to send you a set of recovery Vista disc/s.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    Then reinstall Vista with them.

    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    See if you still have a recovery Partition on your hard disk to reinstall vista home Premium.
    Try this and see if it works:
    Toshiba Recovery:
    To access the recovery partition Toshiba, powering the laptop. Press 0 (zero) key and turn on the laptop. Keep holding down the zero key until the TOSHIBA logo, which is where you should start to type the zero key repeatedly. Stop if the device emits a sound signal or when the TOSHIBA logo disappears. The screen should light up * MODE of RECOVERY of HARD drive * for a fraction of a second, and then load the Toshiba Recovery program directly from the hard drive.
    Note that this clears all data and reload all the software factory default. Be sure to back up all your important personal data beforehand!
  • Pavilion m7570n form upgrade XP to Windows 7 Home Premium 64
    After improvement in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 (clean install with all the updates, SP1, etc), I get crashes BSOD when installing / or after installing new software (Norton Antivirus, Works Suite 2006, etc.). In all cases, computer comes back to life after a reboot without problem. Random crashes do not appear to cause data loss and, as I said, the machine retrieves, the software works as before without apparent problem, except for accidents in time. I did extensive tests on the memory, processor, hard drive and cleaning of malware and viruses (own installation should have taken care of the latter.
    I was wondering if the drivers for the hardware (hard disk, DVD players, mouse, KB, video card, etc.) can must be updated to be compatible with Windows 7.
    Any clarification on this matter would be highly appreciated, Derek
    Derek, welcome to the forum.
    A component that most people do not suspect when getting BSOD is the power supply unit (PSU).  It can cause many symptoms attributed to other components.  Here's a guide that will help you solve the problems there.
  • HP dm4-3099se with Windows 7 Home Premium format and would like to re - install Home Premium
    My laptop is HP Pavilion dm4-3099se and it came with Windows 7 Home Premium. The password was lost and I was advised to format the system. The system has been formatted (all disks have been removed except for drive C :) and an OS from Windows 8 pro installed. Shortly after the formatting, found the lost password. If possible, I'd like to go back to the operating system supplied with the system (i.e. window Home Premium) and also get all the drivers provided with the system.
    Please, help me.
    Hello
    There are two options available.
    1. you can order a set of replacement recovery disks using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office).  They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.
    Order HP recovery disks.
    2 another option that you might consider is to create your own Windows 7 installation disc.
    Also, if possible, back up the folder swsetup which lie at the root of the C drive.
    You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a very respected source (Digital River).
    Windows 7 sp1-iso-official-32-bit-and-64-bit
    Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.
    http://www.kodyaz.com/articles/how-to-activate-Windows-7-by-phone.aspx
    Regarding the drivers etc, you must, if you were able to save the swsetup this will contain all the software installers and drivers for your laptop - if you were not able, drivers and software, you may need can be found here.
    Best regards
    Hi MarkS_02127,
    Since you've reinstalled windows, you will need to re - install applications once again, you will be lucky (if you format the drive) data on your computer. You remember that location, it was in my documents? If yes it just open C:\Documents and settings and locate your old username, you will find your old desktop, Favorites and Documents.
