Pavilion Notebook 15 D9X34EA: UPGRADE of RAM

Morning, I'm interested in upgrading the RAM on my 15-D9X34EA. Matches can I install 2 x DDR3 8 GB 1600 MHz RAM modules for a total of 16 GB?  Thanks for the reply

Yes, here is the Manual:

Manual

The manual is setup memory p. 53. It says maximum 8 GB but it is 1 x 8 and we know that it will take 2 x 8 gigs, then Yes, you can have 16 gigs.

2 of them or equivalent:

8 GB (PC3L, 12800, 1600 MHz) 693374-001 note it is 1.35 low voltage DDR3L-1600.

  • HP Pavilion g6 1040-ex: Upgrade of RAM HP Pavilion g6

    Hello

I bought the HP Pavilion g6 1040-ex with product number LP233EA #A2N of Saudi Arabia.

    1. I want to upgrade my RAM. Which can be maximum RAM this laptop can work with?
    2. What are the reference number of this RAM?
    3. In which case reference numbers are not available on the local market, are there alternatives available?

    TIA

    The manual says:

Supports up to 8 GB of memory system

    Memory modules (DDR3 1066 MHz) ● 4 GB PC3 10600 1333 MHz shared 621569-001

You would be able to use any DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM (i.e. portable computer memory). It must be low density and which means 8 black blocks on the side of the chip as a module in the image.

It's a older laptop maybe 4-5 years ago, you know? Also if you really 32-bit Windows 7 above you will not be able to add effective memory. It takes the 64-bit version to run 4 or more gigabytes of RAM. Care say that this model comes with 3 GB of RAM and 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium so do not know what you have now.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab210t: upgrade Ram on HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab210tx

I'm about to buy a laptop HP Pavilion 15-ab210tx, which is a product imported from Thailand. I would like to know how many memory modules that it? and what Ram is this support. There 6500U Intel i7 processor. I would really appreciate if someone bought or precise information on this subject please let me know.

    Thank you!

It has a single module of memory of 8GB. The laptop supports up to 16 GB of memory installed.

If the upgrade memory upgrade with memory compatible modules guarantee as a pair of identical modules. Don't try to add a module that isn't exactly like one already installed. If you do this, prepare for a scenario of mobile non-Boot and disappointment.

  • HP Pavilion Ultrabook 14-b005ea upgraded CPU + ram + hard drive

HP Pavilion Ultrabook 14-b005ea on Windows 8 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my sleekbook processor an i3 to an i5, I also would like to upgrade this laptop computers hdd + ssd cache to an ssd of 256 GB full so that increase the ram of 4 GB to 8 GB. can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

    Here is the Service Manual:

    Manual

    CPU:

    More quick possible:

    Intel Core i5-3317U (1.7 GHz, turbo up to 2.6 GHz 1 600 MHz/3 MB L3 cache, dual core, 17 W)

    You have:

    Intel Core i3-3217U (1.8 GHz, 1 600 MHz / 3 MB L3 cache, dual core, 17 W)

The i3 you have is actually faster for most purposes than the i5, although the i5 has Turbo. I would not bother with this upgrade. It is the most difficult and expensive. The processor seems to be welded on so it would take a whole new motherboard, I'm sorry to say. At least try upgrading memory and SSD before committing to try upgrading the processor.

    Memory and hard drive:

You can install up to 8 GB of RAM and you can install a reader mSATA. However, the memory and the mSATA drive slot are on the back side of motherboard and not easy to do. See Page 59 and transfer to the manual. In general, this model does not have an update very easily. You can replace the hard drive on a regular basis with an SSD without having to remove the motherboard, but it is still much harder than the mobile way. See pages 47-49.

  • HP Pavilion x 360 convertible: upgrading my RAM on the x 360 changeable

Good so I'm not new to work on desktop or laptop. However, this new model of HP Pavilion x 360 changeable has to ask me how do. Looks like I need to remove the keyboard and the plate to which it is attached, to get to one of the inner workings of sort I unscrewed everything and then worked to burst the plastic spikes that I did and then I realized its so easy to remove. It seems that the keyboard is locked in place or glued to the Center I was wondering if one knows something about this or no matter what help they can give me. Thank you

The maintenance manual should be in the "User's Guides" section of product support page, the RAM in the manual guide lists all parts that you have to go out just to get to the memory and that's almost all!

I suggest to read and review all procedures first and if you still want to go ahead and lose your warranty, print the manual or copy it into a phone, tablet or eReader before removing the first live!

  • Pavilion 15 t-bc000: upgrade of RAM HP Pavilion 15 t-bc000

I just got my HP Pavilion 15 t-bc000 in the mail today. I have an old DV6 who died and there extra RAM I put in what I want to put in my new Pavilion. However, I do not know how to do it. My old DV6 has a panel on the bottom that you can unscrew for easy access to the RAM, wireless card and the hard drive. My new 15 t-bc000 does not seem to have such coverage on the bottom. In fact, is not all the coverage on the bottom at all. It seems I have renovated the entire background bordered somehow just to get to the RAM or to remove the battery, if I ever had to do, but I don't know if it's even possible. Can I not put in more RAM on my new computer?

Ah, I see. I looked on the order and found that it uses DDR4 instead of DDR3. I'll call HP technical support and see if it is possible to update the RAM themselves. Thank you!

  • HP Pavilion Notebook dv6985se: CPU UPGRADE

Currently, this laptop has an Intel Core Duo TM2 (T5750 @2. 00 GHz.  System Board: Quanta 30CC 79.2(e).  The chipset is Intel GM965.  It has 4g of memory.   I am lucky to have a new processor Intel Core Duo T7800 2.6 GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache, 800 MHz FSB Socket P tray/OEM Dual Core Mobile Processor.  My question is: this T7800 would be compatible with this motherboard? And it's easy to use replace?   I have surfed the net and can't find a definitive answer on this.  If this isn't the case, could someone tell me what is the reasonable maximum CPU upgrade that would allow this motherboard, keeping in mind from my diet?  Theoretically speaking thus?  I would be grateful for all comments.  Thank you.

You're stuck with this motherboard, or at least another of the same model series. When a laptop is designed, there is a very unique, unique motherboard also designed. Laptop motherboards are not industry standard interchangeable with anything else. If the upgrade to a more modern material means buying a different laptop, slapping not only in a better motherboard, processor, memory, as you can do it with a desktop computer.

I agree with @Paul_Tikkanen that T7800 CPU has a decent chance to work for you.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook: SSD HD upgrade

Also, is anyone experiencing wirless drops with the adapter Intel AC-3165 in 5 GHz?

It's the newest home and nodes only to abandon its connection sporadically.

Yes I agree, but I would not resist it. Although it was SATA II 3 GB/s, you can use a SATA-III disc on it and it will be soon, very soon. In fact, it has no significant difference between a SATA-II and SATA-III bus in service on every day. Nothing you can see. Everyone should install an SSD on his laptop, in my opinion. 95% of laptops for everyday use can greatly benefit from an SSD.
