Pavilion p6214y starts... less than one year old

I have a Pavilion p6214y that I bought last November.  I recently bought a Wireless N network card D-Link PCI Express desktop computer and installed.  I managed to do it start and run perfectly, shortly after installation.  Suddenly, the monitor became all white and the computer was completely inadmissible.  I held the power button to turn off so I could reboot.  When I tried to reboot, the fans and lights that all will turn on, but there is nothing on the monitor.  This will be repeated for a few seconds (maybe 20 or more) and then closed for about 5 seconds and repeat.  I cannot even hold down the power button as he tries to restart to turn it off and must resort to unplug for a few seconds that it is inactive.  I checked on the motherboard and other components and see no signs of Burnout.  There was a little dust on the inside, so I carefully cleaned it as best I could.  I'm at a total loss for what is the problem.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • I have a pavilion notebook G6 which is one year old. I opened upwards and nothing. Dead.

    This computer was working fine yesterday.  As far as I know, nothing has changed since I finally turned it off.  I checked the power cord on another similar computer and the power cord works fine.

    Please try some standard things first:

    Try to start the laptop with the battery removed and the adapter.

    Try to start Notepad with just a piece of memory installed and try each slot (remove battery and power adapter before changing the memory). Then try the other piece if you have two pieces.  If you have only one, try the other location.

  • HP15-g088ca: HP 15 laptop computer purchased less than 2 years ago. Broken hinge, display cases of separation. HP, please help.

    My son uses his laptop computer HP15 home to his office, rarely transporting.  He never gave it and a sweet user.

    The left hinge seems to be broken / defective, and separates the window.  For now, we are all leaving the screen open all the time, but it's a little awkward and the problem is certainly on a laptop less than 2 years old.

    Looking at the forum, it looks like a common problem.

    We are fans of HP in general, so I hope that this problem can be solved.

    HP solved the problem free of charge, including shipping in both directions and repair.

    It took ten days in total, and we used the laptop without a problem for about 10 days more.

    It seems that the hinges for laptop and the display case were entirely replaced, and no data has been lost.

    My son is thrilled to have his laptop in return, and to my eyes, HP just went through.

    I wouldn't hesitate to buy another HP product, although I confess in the hope that:

    (1) HP manufacuring no longer uses defective parts

    (2) HP treats everyone with this problem of hinge with the same care

  • Mr.Tra how can I download a version of win7 to operate on hyper-v of less than 10 years?

    I upgraded from win7 to win10.  I have an App and the printer that I use for my business that worked well with 7, but acknowledged not all printers within 10 years.  I'm trying to set up a virtual machine running 7, but I don't have the installation for 7 media.  Is there a way to lower the load has a version of win7 to operate on hyper-v of less than 10 years?

  • 15 - f010dx: Notebook is less than 2 months old and now won't turn on.

    I have a HP Pavilion 15-f010dx it's a little less than 2 months and is rarely used for light work. This morning I went to for use and the computer has been insensitive. I held the power button down and run to make sure that the computer was not "slow" mode. There is no display on the screen, "Wifi (airplane mode)" button was lit in orange colour and the 'Caps Lock' button was blinking. I assumed that the battery needs to death during the night, so I plugged the AC adapter and let it charge for two hours before trying to see if things would turn out. I tried on and I saw the same lights come on in the same way that I used the additional observation that I na could not pay attention the first time hear the computer will start and then stop Turing, this action repeated for quite some time, all while the lights stay on. I removed the battery from the computer and unplug the power cord I pressed the power button and held it for a minute or two, I plugged the cord back and the computer has been insensitive to this action. I have replace the battery and tried to turn it on again and I went through the same thing. The lights for the 'WiFi' would be on, key Caps Lock flashing and I hear the system starts for a few seconds and then off. I'm not sure what could cause this problem and I'd love to help, try to understand this.

    So, as the title says, I have not been able to do an update on my Vaio more than a year.

    All this started when I thought or could have a virus. I have everything backed up quickly & did a clean re-installation of my windows.

    Since re-install I couldn't update. I tried to do the updates manually - some work, but the important ones which do not. I contacted Microsoft Support. They went through my laptop a few times & they can't even solve the problem. However, they told me I have corrupted files in my system that allow me to make updates or reinstall my windows to factory settings (Yes, I thought)

    So my question is... How can I solve this problem? None...

    The new version of AutoComplete takes more time and gives me a longer list that contains more than one address that I do not seek to add more time to find the right.

    Hi, autocompletion changed a lot in TB31. Now, it no longer matches the equal strings, but it looks if the typed string is contained in one of your email addresses. It checks only the full name and email address, but also other areas. Also if you type several words all of the words are controlled separately. Unfortunately there is no way to change this behavior again.

    Tell us if you get to the start at startup screen (Dell, HP, etc. or the Logo of the motherboard), or if the screen is completely blank.

    So totally Virgin, re seat RAM. video card, etc or ask for the help of a computer repair shop.

    Manufacturers recovery disks normally do not have Service Options; they are normally a relocation to the factory only settings option.
