first of all, your time to Chat-Support are completely unacceptable. Here's my worktimes, so I don't ever have the opportunity to get my problem in place.

Now my problem...

Your payment PayPal is totally buggy. I don't know why, but you can not charge my paypal account after 2 succesfull payments more.

After update my payment PayPal (from dozens of times) your portal is fine for a few seconds, a time the method of payment works again...

I don't know why and if it is PayPal or an Adobe problem. I don't care... For me the simple way is to go through paypal to credit card method.

But you don't give me the option to PayPal, which does not work for you...

So what can I do to pay just for you?

I am open to any suggestions but: easy for me, please! This issue is totally boring for me... just because we are in 2016 and PayPal works with you itself and I just spent in any other method of payment... I can't even believe I have to worry about your forum with my question, just, you have no option for me to contact you directly...

    I can't add methods of payment on my MS account, PayPal and credit card the two refused, or should I say never actually happen. I spoke to my Bank and they have confirmed that MS did no atall attempt to withdraw money, or even communicate with them. I have a feeling that it's because of my card stuck somewhere in the backend of MS because the system failed when I tried to buy a surface by placing a hold on my money and not to confirm the order.

    I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it, its really getting on my nerves how something that is so simple cause so many problems... Tried to explain to people live chat and they honestly all seem clueless. I was even told a paid service to solve (Tech Office or something)... How can I even try with my card being declined.

    You should check this: type of screen to the Start area. On the right side, select settings, and then on the left side, select the region. Select the location tab if it is not set for the Canada it changing in Canada, then select apply, then OK at the bottom.     I discovered what the problem is.  I don't know when this happens or what it is connected to.  As far as I know is if you go in '-> Panel-> clock, language and region change the location ' then change the "location:" in your country.  You should be able to add the payment method.

    Now, it worked for me and I'm guessing that this setting is set by default to the States.  Don't know why it is not requested in the installation where you live, but I guess they have there reasons.
