  • Disable install on the new computer

My old laptop has a fried GPU, and is not worth the money to fix it.  I recently got a new laptop and I wanted to put my programs adobe on this, but I can't open my computer to turn them off of my old laptop.  Is there a way I could disable any other way?

This must be done by talking to the Adobe staff. It can be done in a public forum.

  • How can I sync my iPhone and Apple Watch to a new computer without losing any data?

I'm about to fix my laptop and I need to change my iTunes on PC. But I don't want to lose any data on the health of the Apple Watch.

Copy of the data of all iTunes from the laptop to PC will have all my apps and music. But what about the backup? They are encrypted to record data on the health of my Apple Watch.

Can I copy and paste the encrypted data backup iTunes?

    Please I need help.

Move an encrypted backup from one computer to another value may not work, but as long as no device should be restored now you should be able to migrate from the library to the new computer and then take a fresh encrypted backup of each device.

Migrate a library iTunes from one computer to another

These are two approaches that work normally to move an existing library to a new computer.

    Method 1

    1. Save the library with this trick of the user.
    2. Remove the old computer if you no longer wish to access content protected on it.
    3. Restore the backup to your new computer by using the same tool used to back it up.
    4. Keep your current backup in the future.

    Method 2

Connect the two computers on the same network. Share your old computer < user music > folder and copy the folder of library full iTunes in the < user music > on the new folder. Yet once, remove the old computer so is no longer necessary.

These two methods should give the new computer, a clone of the library work which was on the former. What about iTunes is it is still the 'home' for your devices library you should not have problems with iTunes will erase and reload.

I recommend method 1 because it establishes a current backup for your library.

Note If you have iOS devices and that you have not reached your contacts and calendar all in all items, then you need to create a dummy entry in your new profile and iTunes expected to merge existing data from the device.

If your media folder has been separated in the main folder of iTunes, you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a library of portable split.

If you are in the unfortunate position where you're able to access your original library or a backup and then see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device to get tips on how to configure your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

  • Possible to move from XP to new computer without installation CD?

I have an old computer that I got from a friend who no longer want, but today she has exceeded so that there is not much I could do with it. It has Windows XP installed, and I would like to know if I could move XP without CD installation to a new computer, I built recently. I am currently running Linux on my new PC.

you will not be able to because that move the hard drive to a totally different system will engage xp anti hacking device.

you see, during the initial installation of xp, it collects information about all the hardware on this computer and generates a security hash.

Thereafter, whenever the initialization of xp it collects information about the material and compare it to the hardware hash to ensure gaps little or not with the hardware.

So basically, if xp is started on this newer computer, the hardware hash that it has stored on the drive will not match the information he gather on the new computer.

However, if you have the xp installation cd and the product number of matches the OS on the hard drive, then you can do a repair install and create a new hardware hash.

also, remember that the old xp may not work on computer systems more lately, anyway.  Thus, not only is the hardware hash as a factor for xp, but incompatible material can be as well.

as a suggestion, you can put the old computer with your new network.

  • iTunes deletes music synchronized to new computer...

I have to be honest, it is less of an issue and more just me desperately need help.  I tried to sync my iPod (4th generation) to my new laptop with a USB cable, and after that, I had downloaded music has been removed from my iPod.  105 to 72 songs, 6 hours of audio songs to 4.  It was a mixture of songs that I had bought from iTunes and the music that I downloaded on the computer.  I didn't know this would happen, the search of the forums told me it deletes nothing had not provided iTunes, let alone real purchase iTunes songs.  So I tried to go and restore the backup of the iPod, buuut of course he says that there is not enough storage on the iPod to save.  What is the restore point, if it doesn't even go to work, I mean it's not like I'm adding more to what I had originally, right?  Anyway, if you can't tell, I'm a little upset.  I would be grateful if anyone has assistance or advice that could be useful in this situation.  I guess I have two questions:

If I remove, say, all my music or something to open a storage capacity of the iPod and then try to restore the backup, it would be re - download what I had deleted or who would eventually lose as well?

Alternatively, if I get the original computer to run, where I had downloaded music in the first place, I would be able to use a flash drive to transfer the data to the new computer and then transfer to the iPod, all this without loss of data in the process?

I would be grateful the help, thanks.

I don't know how you came to this conclusion. Synchronization in general an Apple device with a new library replaced the content on the device with what is in the library. There is a warning asking you to confirm that you want to erase and sync the device. The deletion of the word should be clear.

I hope you can get the old computer shot long enough to collect the library. Otherwise you may have to run his external hard drive to recover data.

I have already purchased a legal copy of Lightroom and have been using it on the old computer.

I can't identify how reload my copy purchased Lightroom on my new computer.

I have the figure 24 serial number.

I do not use the old computer other than the visualization of old images on it.  I'm happy to 'disable' access on your old computer if I can activate this new computer.

Can you please specify?   Very frustrated.

I am a hobby/family photographer... and would like to come back in Lightroom.

    What version of Lightroom?

You can download the installation program to install Photoshop Lightroom

Install and enter your serial number.

If you use Lightroom 6 on your old computer that you will need to disable it in order to release an activation. Older versions of Lightroom lacked any activation mechanism.

You will not be able to activate the Photoshop CS2 you have on your drive.  Adobe closed the activation servers.

You can, however, download the Photoshop package from the following Adobe page.  Follow the specific instructions provided here and remember that you can not use your original serial number.

  • I have both my recordings enabled for a computer that's dead now, how do I disable activate on my new computer?

I got a MacBook pro for mid-2012 and he had a lot of problems, I always replace the hard drive and it restart from the point has up. A year ago, when I restarted the license of my Adobe programs has not deferred as he usually did. It took me more than two months to reach anyone in the Adobe customer service! It was very long and very frustrating for that I have a simple question. Ultimately, instead of disable my old registration - which I could not and still cannot access disable - they just be reformatted my other for a Mac instead of the PC. Who has worked, I had again the programs. But finally this summer that the machine has stopped working completely and I had to get a new computer. Now both of my recordings appear to be tied up in this old computer, and on the troubleshooting page, it says the only way to deactivate my license are to open my adobe on this computer programs and do it from there. I can't access this computer, use the programs or other, even if I wanted to, because this computer is fried and unusable. How can I turn off now both of my entries so I can use it on my new machine? I am two weeks in this semester and I need these programs to do anything in my classes.

    Hi LuckieTeen,

    Please contact the customer service

  • I have a macbook pro with cs6 installed.  Programs were copied in my new, second computer, a mac mini.  Appears that the program on the mac mini is a trial.  How can I activate the second computer without disabling cs6 on macbook pro?

You are allowed to only install two, so you should just be able to put in your activation number. Usually there is a button saying you bought the program. Just click on it and if you should put in your activation code.

I tried to activate Photoshop CS 8 on my new computer, but I can't activate it online or by phone.  What should I do?

If it's photoshop cs (around 2003) then you will not be able to activate since adobe disabled for photoshop cs/cs2 activation servers.

You can download no activation of photoshop cs2 to replace your photoshop cs.

Use the serial number on the download page of photoshop cs2.
