  I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I can update, reset or even back to Windows 7. I called Microsoft technical support who has worked on my computer for 3 weeks without success. I formatted my laptop. and re-installed Windows 7 downloaded again by following the instructions in Microsoft Windows 10 again and... I have the same problem. I had error checks, checks of the drive, registery cleaning... I used all the tools that anyone can thick off. After 6 weeks of troubleshooting and re-installation of Windows 10 and going through the forums, I came to a conclusion and that maybe my drivers for laptop and or operating system are not comptible with Win10. I appreciate all the help from someone who has gone through this annoying experience! to help you. I have some additional questions below that can help me:

  1 is there a user-friendly freeware tool to help me analyze my HP laptop and know if there are errors or problems and

  then prepare it.

  2 - is their a user-friendly freeware tool which can help me to update my system for laptop?

  3 - is their a freeware tool to help me to correct, fix this problem? or maybe HP has this tool?

  4. is there a tool to check if HP laptop compitable with Windows 10. I know what windows 10 checks during the installation.

  Sorry, I did a check and confirmed that there is no HP Win10 driver for your machine.

  There is no way you can "manually update" the drivers yourself to make them work for Win10.

  Some laptops simply don't work well with Win10.  I have a HP DV6, who has tossed to a Win10 Upgrade has failed.  I returned it to Win7 by doing a factory restore using HP recovery media.  It has worked flawlessly since.

  My view on this is: if I have to choose between an older operating system which works very well, with all the material, with a more recent OS where some functions or some hardware failures - I'm going to choose the older operating system every time.

  You can stay with Win10 and wait to see if newer drivers from Windows Update eventually solve the problem, but understand the role of MS is only to provide the most basic functionality. So, the situation is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.

  If you want to return your computer to its original state of work, you should consider using HP recovery media.

• Scanning and repair drive C

  I use a cRIO to read a quadrature encoder, and I need z-Canel (zero channel) data using a NOR-9411 in scan mode.

  Chassis: NEITHER cRIO-9074

  Module C-series: 9411

  Encoder: EIB H25 series (model # XH25D-SS-1440-ABZC-28V/V-SM18)

  Now, I installed it using in scan mode and the properties > Configuration parameters of specialty as follows:

  Lifestyle specialty: Quadrature

  Input filter: disabled

  Time base of speed: 4096us

  Index Mode: Disabled

  This replaces Position0 position 1, Velocity0 and Velocity1 module instead of et0, DI1 channels, etc.  It works well to get a reading of the speed, but not the Z.

  I need to know Z as in the rest of my program calculations depend on.  (For this encoder Z is a digital signal that goes low when the encoder reaches 360 °.  It is also a very fast signal.  7200 RPM, it has a width of approximately 3.3us pulse.

  The mode setting of index is the only way to access the Z channel in Scan Mode.  If selected the position will reset when the z channel is detected and the phase of the two other channels corresponds to your selection.

  It seems that you have the real z signal elsewhere in your code.  You may use the position data to generate the Z channel for this purpose?

  I planned my Windows Defender ACCT to do daily, a full scan, at 05:00.  However, I just got a notice that a comprehensive analysis was made for the last 5 days!  Why is this happening?  Thank you.

  As you plan the scan at 5:00 every day, the system must be switched on at the scheduled time and allow the analysis to be performed. If the system is turned OFF or the system is shut down during the analysis, we encounter this problem. However, there is a setting that can be applied to the analysis starts automatically when the system boots.
   
  To activate this setting, try the following steps.
  1. Click Start, type taskschd.msc and press to enter.
  2. click on continue in the UAC prompt.
  3. in the right pane, click view, and click Show hidden tasks to check it out. (See screenshot below step 7)
  4. in the left pane, click the arrow on the Task Scheduler Library folder and the folder of Microsoft to develop.
  5. click on the folder of Windows Defender.
  6. in the middle pane, right-click on the MP scheduled Scan list and click Properties.
  7. click on the settings tab.
  8. check the 'run task as soon as possible after a regular departure is missed box."
  NOTE: This will allow Windows Defender perform the scheduled scan the next time you have the computer if the scan is not respected because she is not able to run at the scheduled time.

  Thanks for your reply Jim; It was a problem with the Windows 7 64-bit operating system. Some files got corrupted. To solve this problem, I right-click on the drive and under properties, ran a disk check/fix (because it was the main C drive, I had to restart the computer before the run scan/repair).

• iTunes do not import ANYTHING

  In collaboration with iTunes on Mac OS X El Capitan v 10.11.6 12.4.3.1.  This happened to light last night after I downloaded an audio book on my computer.  He came as an MP3 player.  In general, I do drag and drop the file into the part of the music from iTunes, and then convert the file to audio book. Well, nothing happened.  I tried to go through file - add to the library.  And that no longer works.  Checked in virtue of music and audio books.  I tried another book.  Nothing happened.  I went online.  Downloaded the MP3 recommended Scan + repair.  Which adds audio books and received the message: FIXED: file was rebuilt.  Tried to add the new file to iTunes.  No response.

  New online other suggestions.  Open the file in Quicktime format, went to save as .mov file.  Tried to add that.  No response.  Tried iTunes 'open with '.  Does not open.

  I tried opening the file through GarageBand, but it is grayed out.

  I decided to check different things.  It won't add much more: mov, mp4, avi, mp3 or m4r of music files.  I have to quit and reopen itunes.  I tried to save in the office and adding here.  I tried to add directly from my file downloads.

  How can I fix it?  What Miss me?

  Hello everyone, newbie here with a weird problem. Looooong time FF user and could care less about IE or Chrome. I recently did a backup of my Acer Aspire One with Win7 Starter user, as I have before, to an external and everything seemed fine except when I tried to launch FF, I received a message that the shortcut can not locate "firefox.exe", I want to remove the shortcut? WTH? So I try the search of the entire computer for him and of course he went. So I try to reinstall FF with an .exe from a previous installation of upgrade and even though she acted as if it might work, but then I got the message "interrupted installation". Bleerg.

  OK, so I opened IE11 here to download a new copy from scratch. IE seems to find the download page of Mozilla very well, but it displays a blank window. I see some elements of the download page, but not the necessary parts, which are visible on IE on my Toshiba (which I did to see what missed me). I tried the same thing with Chrome, just in case IE has, um, ignorant of Mozilla. No, same issue with her.

  Just before running CCleaner, I did all Windows Updates pending with the exception of one published this week. I always wait a month. I have fixed all issues selected.

  But what I saw was everything about IE11.

  I uninstalled I could FF but I still have the Service of Maintenance of Mozilla installed 29.0.1, if this is of any help to him who can give me help.

  I briefly considered emailing Setup files to myself so I can open gmail via IE11 to see if I could sneak this way FF, but I think that gmail does not .exe attachments.

  I played a game Robocraft called for about 2 years now.no problems all in good shape, but after that I installed on Yosemite El Capitan my Mac (IMac 21, 5 inches, end 2013) all working great installed El Capitan only the lowest setting worked Imovie motion started sluggish. I called 2 months later, I was playing Robocraft that out of nowhere I started having extreme FPS drops to the point where I had to restart my Mac. a week it happened again did the same thing, another week passed and it happened again. A restart did not work, close all the applications did not work, yet the only thing that did was close my mac for 10 minutes.

  Because you have some incompatible third-party software installed.

  kernel_task is responsible for all processes. When it gets crazy like that, it's almost always a mismatch of third-party software.

  Whole lot bad designed software that is supposed to automatically clean up, optimize, protect, Scan, repair or otherwise maintain your Mac are the most common offenders.

• Why iTunes version 12.3.2 not add to the library or read new .mp3 files?

  My iTunes does not open a new .mp3 file. I tried to drag and drop, tried the menu file > add to library..., then select files, tried a click with the right button of the mouse and 'open with... '. ' iTunes, but none worked. Files never start to play on iTunes. They are working on other software (QuickTime, VLC, etc) how to fix this bug? The version of iTunes is the most recent 12.3.2.

  Not all mp3s are encoded with a software which is compatible with iTunes.

• Equium A200-15I - random crash & startup problems

  I recently experienced a few problems that began with intermittent "block white screen" - keyboard not responding, only one capable of re - start by the power button Manual on my laptop. He spent a few times now and not appear related to any program I use (it crashes just awaiting a response to a program). The screen is usually, but not always, the whites when it occurs (it crossed my mind that color [a uninterrupted tone] seems to be regardless of the predominant color on the screen was just before the accident).

  Since then, despite a few days without error, the problems have intensified: today the computer had problems to feed to the top at all. When she did I had the normal thing "could not start properley last time... check/correct errors. He reappeared, and random crashes.

  -Ditto for the RAM (I also checked to see if it was mounted properley)
  -As far as I can tell the fan is working properley and I cleaned up (I thought that accidents can be related to overheating).
  -J' used service of Toshiba Tempro to search for the drivers and updated and there is no update imprtant absent from my machine.

  I think I can anticipate the advice're - format and restore to factory settings', but I have a very good reason for what in fact a very last resort. I'm due to hand in my thesis at the end of the month and there are a lot of programs and customizations, that I can't afford to lose right now. But if necessity...

  Help! It is massively distracting for me right now...!

  p.s. I might add that I am about six weeks out of warranty (the laptop is just over a year - purchased from Curry). I don't know what the policy is to support and repairs out of warranty, but this should not be happening with an old 1 year machine! Cheers :-)

  How did you test the RAM? Use www.memtest.org

  It could be a motherboard or the failure of the VGA card.

• Want to Rove 20-ko14us: extremely slow want Rove 20 - Windows 8 and 10

  I got this computer from a guy who had tried to do a clean install of windows 10. He was stuck in the cycle of install it and he couldn't fix it. He created several additional partitions on the hard disk.

  I was able to complete the installation of windows 10 but not activate it. After an hour on the online chat with Microsoft, I was able to retrieve the product code. I then had to go back to windows 8 and then move to 10.

  Because the system is so slow, who has taken far too many hours but I got the upgrade and activation to work.

  On a good start to 04:30 minutes to get started with the home page and have the activity wheel stop. If I do a restart it takes twice longer.

  I installed all the updates of windows 10 and drivers HP for windows 10. Nothing seems to have helped. I even opened the computer to check the excesses of dust and reinstallation of the memory and HD connections.

  I run several different diagnostic programs and found some problems with the HD. I left the software fix, and then the OS did a scan / repair started upward. I simply fill out a deep analysis of the HD with no problems found.

  I am suspecting something at the hardware level or HD is causing slow operations. It is the first hybred HD that I used and wonder if I change it for one SSD drive that in order to speed up the system.

  Has anyone else had this trouble? If so, what was the cause and fix it?

• Get correct time and Date data in DIAdem data 11 PDM LabView

  I have a handful of files large tdms (9 million data points) collected with LabView that I need to extract elements from and export to a text file, with time string data.

  I use DataFileLoadSelect and the option to register, and then DataBlCopy in bring in a segment of data at a time, but I'm having convert explicitly each time value of a time base of LabView (01/01/1904) to the time base DIAdem (01/01/00), not to mention the offset, before writing the date-time as a text string - it really slows down the process.

  I ' t hit me that DIAdem (11.1) has got to have a way to correctly read the timestamps of LabView, but I'm a newbie to tiara, so any suggestions would be helpful. And no, I don't have LabView LabView installed locally, using a vi is not an option for me.

  Hi Eric,.

  I saw your second post after I have posted my first answer.  Your second post has indicated that the main issue was the value of date/time of departure in tiara.  All versions of DIAdem, waveforms of support (10.0 - 11.1 currently) by default to hide the start time of each waveform absolute in an invisible property.  It is responsible, but you'd never know it by scanning the table of properties in the data portal.  Idea of R & D with this implementation is that most people will want to look at the relative time of the wave, and they were still hiding this "wf_start_time" property so that users would be confused by the inconsistency between what is displayed in graphic form and what they see in the properties of the data portal.  They have certainly achieved their goal, but only for customers, they had in mind.  It only that exacerbates an already frustrating problem for your use case.

  But there is a way to read this date/time property invisible absolute beginning and create a channel of date / time that you need for ASCII-output - I join you two examples below.  If you need to be more focused on the shifting geography, so I recommend the ChnLinScale() function instead of the calculator - channel, it should be even faster.

  • Your graphics drivers may be outdated or corrupted - update / reinstall the drivers
  • Overclocking can make the System unstable - backing on overclocking!
  • The puny or defective supply can affect system performance at the level of the CPU
  • Make sure that your system is current and that the adapter is sufficient for the needs of your system
  • The system / CPY may be overheating.  Make sure the vents are clean; Sitck a cooler under the laptop Notebook
  • The operating system must be reinstalled.  Probably not, unless there are other factors. but possible.  MAKE backups before making any kind of recovery operations
