  Hi Mike,.

  While the implementation of the links, if you choose to open the file in a new window then you will not experience this issue, then you can simply switch to the file view and previous bookmark will remain as it is.

  All they have the PDF file extension? If open with work, simply go a step further.

  • Right click on the saved PDF file.
  • Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  • Click: Choose [default] program.
  • Letter: (Adobe Reader or Foxit. If you use)
  • Check: Always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  • Click OK.

  I set up different RecordSpotlight editor to use a short instance successfully. What I did is to change apps\ [your app name]\config\editors_config\services\dataservice.json with search short configuration file updated, save the file and run apps\ [your app name]\control\set_editros_config.bat to apply the change.

  To check, you can run apps\ [your order of name]\control\export_site.bat app to export the configuration of your site, updated data service configuration should manifest in the XML of the exported site.

  Thank you for your response and I am sorry for the delay to return to you.  I tried save the Pages document in a Word document and send it to the printer using ePrint but it is even.  That is to say the handout printed but not the attachment.  However, when we removed the accompanying document and sent the attachment in its own it has worked well for we have managed to solve the problem.   Uninstall Acrobat Reader DC using tool cleaning Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

  Then install Reader using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and check if it solves your problem.

• How to save a PDF file in order to open them up to the 100% instead of 177% zoom?

  Currently all of the PDF files I record 177% still open. It is not very legible and requires users to zoom in to 100% in order to see the entire document. I would like to save my PDF files so they automatically open to 100% (AKA Fit to Page) whenever a customer opens to them. Is this possible?   If so, do a system restore.
  Choose the date BEFORE this problem happened as your restore point.

  How to do a system restore:
  Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
  To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.
