  I am fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have drop them downs named. Copy you a then keep stick in each area? If so, that's the problem. You must rename each with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think this might solve the problem.

At the end of the day, I would end up with a PDF file with literally hundreds of signatures to enable different ACC everywhere...

  I don't understand what the problem is. In the post of the davidr96549424 on May 8, 2015 07:58 you presented a structure of a correct document. Is the issue of the creation of this structure in a PDF file? For this, you will need an Acrobat, not reader.

  XI in Acrobat, select Tools-> forms-Edit. Click 'No' on the form fields 'detect '. In the tasks Panel that opens, click on "add new field". Select "Digital Signature" and move it to the location in the document where you want to than the appearance of the signature to be. Repeat that for signature fields as you want. Users will sign by clicking on the prepared unsigned signature field which shows the dialog box "sign. Do not forget that as TSN has noted that a digital signature applies to the entire document. The entry in the document where it is is irrelevant. Each next signature covers all previous signatures.

  Your users can also sign a document from anywhere that they want without signature fields already prepared. For this select fill & sign-> work with certificates and the type of signing you want to sign up with. A dialog box that will tell you a rectangle for the appearance of signature rises and after you draw the rectangle of the dialog 'Sign' rises.

  PDF/Acrobat doesn't have a limit on a number of signatures in a PDF document. But! Don't forget that when you open a PDF file with Acrobat/Reader signatures valid all of them and takes time (several seconds - until 10 - for every signature), so if you have several signatures of dozens of their validation open can take a long time.

  I don't know how build you your workflow so that each person signs the same PDF and saves it. Economy runs on the same computer where the PDF is stored. You'll have to decide how to allow different people to have access to the same PDF. They, of course, you may sign this only one-at-a-time PDF.

  We have a dynamic region with several task page fragment flow.  We have created a menu that will open on the workflow task in the dynamic region. Before defining the workflow id in the bean, we execute query on the original Version after setting the bind variable. When we click on the menu is open the flow of relevant tasks in the region and showing the Original data table.

  But when we open the same request again to a different browser session, it shows all the data in the original Version when the user clicks on the relevant menu item...

  I have attached the code used to navigate to the different workflow tasks written in the bean from the back of the home page.

  We have no idea why anyone what happens, if it's a server problem or a code issue. Because unless and until we open the target application in a new browser it works fine.

  We tried and deployed on a remote server as well, but it gives the same question...

  The user, the code you posted has some serious problems. Never, I repeat never store a reference to an application module in a static variable in a bean. That is why you see only data once. After that, the second session reuses the application module from the first to the configuration data, but to display data it uses a module different application.

  The way you try to configuration data is too bad. You must pass the parameters to the workflow and init data in the default action of the workflow instead of doing before installing the new workflow id. A workflow is a unit of work that is kind of a black box. You may not assume that the stuff you do outside of this black box can be seen inside the box. This is only true if the workflow share the same control of data as it's parent (share of data control).

  I created a form (liveCycle 8) with several digital signatures.  When each user signs the form, this section of the form is locked using collections.  The form is workflow by email after each user connects it.  Whenever the user signs and submits the form, the size of the form becomes too great.

  After your request to publish the form, I wanted to remove some elements of society, such as the Logo.  Once I removed the Logo, I found that the biggest problem was a Logo image size which was the large file.  Once I reduced the size of the image, added only 46 KB signatures at each level of signature.

• How to make all the pages of a PDF form of several page to print in older versions of the reader?  Player 11 prints all; 10 player skips the first page

  I'm new to creating forms, please excuse my ignorance. I created a form of the 9 page in InDesign on Mac OS 10.6.8 CS6 and exported as an interactive PDF. With Acrobat 10.1.10 I checked that there are no security - everything is allowed. None of the fields on form is required.  I initially had some fields mandatory but is not necessary to see if my printing problem would go.  I activated the extension which allows versions of reader before 11 to save data in the form. Page 1 has fields drop down list, radio buttons, a "submit" button and text fields.  The rest of the form has boxes option and text fields. Some of the people who have tried my form will say that they can print pages 2 through 9, but not on page 1. One of them is known to use Reader 10. I tried to print my form with Reader 11 on Max OX 10.6.8 and Reader 11 on Windows 8.1 and haven't seen any problems printing. What have I done wrong?  Is there something on the submit button on page 1 that made old versions of the drive do not want to print this page?  There is nothing of propriety or sensitive on the form, so I'll leave it for awhile in Dropbox, where someone is willing to inspect it.  It is to

  I was able to find someone willing to do tests that I can not do without having to install older versions of the player on my computer.  The surprising (to me) the result is that the button submit the cause of the problem.  Simply removing the button submit, Reader 10 is now able to print page 1.  The Send button has been implemented to make a 'mailto'.  I don't know if other destinations also cause the issue of the page not print not with older versions of the reader.

  In order to implement in Acrobat, you can create a button to display the image, other than 'Label only' value its page layout and add JavaScript code next to the action of the mouse upward:

  Prompt the user to select an image

  For PC users, Acrobat Standard is sufficient for this.

  I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I use Acrobat Pro 9.5.5. Now my downloaded pdf forms that can be completed online or after the backup are evidence of a black background and all the data I find is barely visible.  Usually, the background is white and the data are blue. In addition, the fonts are blurry. I tried to repair the installation of Acrobat and it did not help. Any suggestions?

  Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10, so problems are to be expected.

  For best results, you must use Acrobat XI or DC.

  I created a Board contact with Photoshop or Lightroom. I know that the number of images, lines & columns and their spacing.

  How can I create a script which will add checkboxes under each image?

  The pdf file can contain multiple pages and one of the entries that I will go to the script is the number of images, the line x col + spacing desired images.

  The goal is to send it to the customer and ask them to choose their favorite images, save the doc and send it to me.

  I have some experience with Photoshop scripts, and hope that this is not very different.

  As mentioned, the only part you need to script adds the fields. This can be done using the addField of the Document object.

  Yes you can import data to a PDF file from another data file using option "Import data" in Acrobat. AXI supports the .fdf, the .xfdf, the .xfd, .xml and .txt file formats.   OK, Acrobat and the Acrobat SDK kit are not for the server. But Alice has produced s called LiveCycle business that had a Java API. This can help. It's enterprise software and not the same as LiveCycle Designer. There is also the Adobe PDF Library, which is C++.
