  I finally understand the basic problem that I'm name with first Elements 9:

  The software is quite complicated and robust, isn't really all that intuitive (menu bar, etc. is pretty unique) and there is no manual.

  As soon as I bought it, I noticed there is no printed manual, but I wasn't too worried. I thought just register the software and then get all the help I needed. I thought that I could always download a PDF file, like I did with any piece of Behringer harware, that I bought. Nope. could not find a. And when I try to go on all areas of assistance and maybe download a tutorial, I keep coming to pages where I can BUY the training.

  Uh, no.

  Thus, rant on. I don't know there is a place, somewhere in the maze of information available for this product where I can read or download (with photos), detailed instructions regarding the use of the product. This way I don't have to do a search and after (and modest hair pulling) here whenever I have the smallest problem. Heck, now that I understand how to get my mjpegs to work, the first thing I notice is that do not match timeline and stage line. And it's five minutes after trying to start again. And Yes, I am here and looked for and found a thread on this, although she is yet to respond to my question. Maybe if I search a few other threads or categories, I will get it resolve some time today and can proceed to step 2 to get a video set up.

  This should be pretty easy. Click the Canon logo in the upper-left, and then click the support tab, and fill in the appropriate boxes until you get to the downloads available for your particular operating system. Select what you need (1 at a time usually) & download to your computer. Textbooks are usually in PDF format & they should open once downloaded & saved. Maybe it's not true for the actual program software because it is usually upgrades from previous versions, so IF you need the software, you will need to find a way to copy the discs to a USB or anything your Mac can read & install from there.

  One is not so accurate, but I was able to determine where the tab 'options' is despite the false instructions and screen shot... dunno where they got these... but I found it anyway.

  The second link is simply a link that comes from the tiny button (?) at the top right of the interface of WLM2011... almost too small to notice.

  It is a common practice for banks to protect against any use except for display and printing. They do not know the password and it will not tell you.  Don't really know why they do it, but they would probably have a reflex reaction, saying that a credit card statement editing is a bad thing, without really knowing why.

  It's a little complicated to register on this site... I click on a link to a book, then on the page following, I get my email address, then I get an email confirming my registration, by which I can get an e-mail newsletter every day with a new password to download e-books. If the newsletter has already been sent to this day there, I click a 2nd link in this email in order to receive another email with the password... then by clicking a link in the 2nd e-mail, I get to the page where I did enter the password... so I can download e-books... as easy as 1-2-3... 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11...

  For a minute there, I thought that this site was a kind of lure because on the page "to subscribe/instructions", where I get my e-mail, there are 2 jpeg images that resemble password fields and links, but they are not... I'm not sure of what those who are for.
