  Hereis the manual for Indesign. I don't have addresses for other practical applications but the other day I tried a one Incopy and I just changed Indesign in the address bar to Incopy and it took me straight to him.  Notice the PDF symbol at the top right of the page to download a PDF of it.

  It is not possible within a text field, either. If they have Acrobat, they can use the built-in under Tools - editing content Add Image tool.

  If they drive XI or higher, they can use a button form field you will need to set up for them, but the image must be in PDF format.

  I have the following scenario:

  We want that our sales staff to collect data of our clients through a PDF form.

  We do not like to combine with the PDF we print them or sending them by E-Mail.

  Therefore, there is a solution to fill a second PDF with data from the first.

  1. 1 PDF form with input fields

  2. 1 PDF form must be registered with the entry

  3. 2nd PDF form with a table filled with 1 form data

  4. 2nd PDF form displays the data under the graph with the abilty to edit these data to dynamically change table

  I don't want a hollow guide the whole scenario. I just first of all whether it is even possible to supply a PDF form with data in another form PDF.

  If it is possible please give me advice to know what to look for everything.

  If this isn't the case, I would like to read the recommendations for solutions easy possible to solve this task.

  We do not want to send our staff of sales with PDF solutions to our clients, their collection and their work through a big pile of measures to manage this scenario.

  You must understand that there is a big difference between the JS, you might be familiar with (the one used in web pages) and one used in PDF files.

  Although the basic syntax is the same most of the objects and methods are different, as PDF files are fundamentally different from web pages.

  The form data can be copied by exporting it to a file FDF then import this file into the other PDF (assuming that the field names are the same), or it can be done using a script that uses global variables. The latter is more automatic, but may require adjustment of the parameters of the application or using a function of confidence (IE, a feature that is installed on the local computer instead of just in the file itself).

  The first is easier to implement and use, but requires the intervention of the user.

  I'm looking for a program that can convert an image into pdf file gif file. It is very important to keep the same quality of the output as the original image document.

  I saw Bridge CS5 in action and was very disappointed, because the original gif 2 colors: black and white, took the paper size 60 k byte A4. But the output pdf file became somehow to 700 k size in bytes. When our proffi tried to lower the bar of ppi or quality we direct impact on the quality of the image.

  Long ago, Photoshop has been able to export images in the form of pdf files and a pdf file options was to keep the original image in gif format, and not as jpeg. Because jpeg is a very expensive format for black and white images, and nobody wants to lose the memory in vain, so I don't like to record a 1 MB pdf file size for an image that takes 100 k to the gif format.

  I do not understand that nowdays using Photoshop to save a pdf file is not the option more, isn't it?

  What program would you suggest me to use? I still prefer to use Adobe products, as long as I can, through, I'm starting to be afraid of sharp decline in quality.

• Looking for ideas on creating departmental forms

  I use CF9.  In my company, I think that I could probably find a user with Acrobat and the sequence of things.

  I'm looking for a way to generate forms during the print are identical to the originals.  Sake of argument, imagine these forms to be your taxes - the longest.

  Does anyone have an idea how I could go about creating and printing of these reliable form?  I don't have a few options:

  1 form and data can be separated.

  2. it would be nice to have a Visual rep of the form on the screen with bunk fields (I have small tiny forms with 70 or 80 sections, so a cool image of the form is not completely necessary.  I use a simple html form to capture the data.  I think tho, that if I had the image and the data on the screen then cfPDF capture into a single entity for printing.

  3. during printing, the form must exactly match the original shape.  I have experience with control printers and PCL.  I can do through the browser?

  4. data must be separated at some point so I can stick it in the comic book.  I'm guesing this will be pretty easy.

  I guess I'm looking for a simple way to capture and overlay form fields or control the printer when sending a page from the browser.

  Open any folder on your computer.  Click Tools > Folder Options > File Types

  Find the PDF and click on modify.  Chose the Adobe Reader software.

  Make sure the bottom box is checked. (Always use the selected program to open this type of file)

  Click Ok.   Apply.
