  • PDF Maker does not work after loading Office 10

I've read other messages of the forum on this issue and none of the solutions worked.

Office 10 doesn't have a normal.dot file to rename or delete.

I applied the patches to register unsuccessfully

I uninstalled Acrobat 8 and installed Acrobat 9.

I checked the updates of Acrobat 9and loaded those as well.

The Acrobat tab appears in the office applications, but nothing happens when I select Create a PDF file or one of the other selections except preferences in Acrobat.

When I select Preferences it blocks of Word.  Word then restarts itself and said that there is a serious problem with Acrobat AddIn, I need to check updates and I would turn off.  The same goes for Excel as well.

I tried to place C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\PDFMaker\Common\ as a reliable source, but my security settings did not allow.

The add-in is in the Active AddIn section and does not appear in the disabled AddIn section.

I really like this feature.  A resolution would be greatly appreciated.

With OFFICE 2010 and AA8 AA9, you can print to the printer Adobe PDF and nothing more. For compatibility with OFFICE 2010 to PDF Maker, you must use X AA. In addition, if you are on a 64-bit computer, you may need to use the 32-bit version of OFFICE. I don't know if the last X AA is still compatible with the 64-bit version.

    Hello

This looks like the display driver needs to be updated. Please see the Toshiba page for an update:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

Before installing the latest version, you must remove the old one. Then restart the laptop and now to install the most recent version.

Normally if the display driver is installed correctly, you should be able to choose the higher screen resolution.

  • Helps the Japanese EMI/Office 2013

Here in 2013 and after change just bought win7pro to ultimate for $125 thought that the Japanese addit would work, but not pay $25 more to do for Office Pro 2113 and weird in Japanese message forced me to change to 32 bit despite the Lenovo in 64-bit and the 64-bit ultimate and the place of keyboard (allows me to darken the Japanese but only gives me the choice blackened to 'delete' and no way to add) much less apply - have not eaten in a day with this nonsense that passes. XPpro if she had it all what he and I assumed that ms products would improve, but it's torture. What the hell is happening? I'm dead in the water, work on the most important series of books I've ever written, and MUST have my IME to return! Please, Microsoft, don't be so cruel to bilingual - USA can use some of them!

Should I reinstall Office? I am tired after all these zillion day updates. Ill try the technicians of tomorrow, but none of the guys knows a thing about it - you SHOULD put us to experts on Eastern asianlanguage packs activation or make it easy as it used to be.

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-windows_programs/cannot-add-Japanese-IME-in-Windows-7-Enterprise/180ad0b9-d983-4d77-AFFC-12710b6287a3  >

All's well that ends well - so read on if you have problems where it is useful.

You answer to seems weird, but as no one else has, and only me and a technician know what components are, here it is:

I had to not only to redo an other update of microsoft and find Japanese among the OPTION updates to windows, BUT AFTER IT, had to go to the office and pay $25 extra to download a Japanese language pack. Windows and Office are the one I thought, but they were NOT in fact.

Now that the download took almost half an hour, not 10 minutes, he argued and just at the end says it wasn't good, only 32-bit were OK and I chose 64. Why I still do not know. I chose 64 as my new Lenovo is 64 bit and my office has a 64 on the number and should be the same. Really weird, the announcement was made in a box written in Japanese! Luckily I can read. So I re-downloaded the 32 bit. (I guess the 64 is for Japanese os because he is smarter than what we run in English)

Following problem. I tried and tried to get the Japanese module that I had run = installed to become and other language in the settings of the keyboard that is in the regions and languages in the input control panel. I could darken the Japanese yet my only choice was to "Cancel". You geeks can laugh, but I didn't notice that I had to open the Japanese to choose from more options. Once the technician has found that it was easy. (But be careful, as the technicians don't know what are the asain language packs about and it seems that Microsoft a person to send people w specific problems concerning their, u have to be careful they do not turn on your display language (Japanese w it's unfortunate for reasons I do not know explaining).) Just be sure to get the Japanese as an extra keyboard allowed entry and open all lowercase +'s to do.  After that, be sure to do a restart.  I tried first on Word and the bar of the EMI was there but eventually everything that I typed = that's fine! = right on top of my trash can w Win7ult a drinking glass (that means that spit us in it?). See if this happens to you, otherwise restart first then it will be fine and I see a response more rapid switching languages in Outlook and Gmail. So, if someone is suffering, don't worry! Hope MS combined with Lenovo, etc for sale ready to go in bilingual mode PC, so nobody gets hurt (and skinny) lose weight as I have just to get a pc working properly. Now to try to export my xp IME dictionary to add some intelligence to the program. Keep your fingers crossed.

  • Office 2010: PDF Maker component is missing in the Ribbon

    Hello

After the upgrade of MICROSOFT Office 2007 to 2010, I noticed that PDF Maker is missing from the Office Ribbon.

I tried Repairing & reinstall ADOBE Acrobat 9.0 (+ Update 9.3.2) but still the same problem.

    Another try:

Charge installation of Windows XP SP3 + Office 2010 Pro + Acrobat 9.0 + update Acrobat 9.2.0 Acrobat Update 9.3.2

    Same problem

COM Addin is active but PDF Maker component is missing in the Ribbon of Office 2010.

I tried the walkthrough in the 330984 (KB) article, but without success.

... is so Acrobat PDF Maker Addin is compatible with Office 2010 Pro (Word, Excel,...)?

Is there a fix or should I wait for the next update to ADOBE?

  • How can I get rid of the icons in the taskbar I want

Impossible to get rid of the icons in the taskbar of office.  That's what I tried:

    1. saw the video, I don't understand it.

    2. I don't know what, "jump list" is or how to find it.

    3. when I hit the icon I want to remove it from the task bar, I get a list of options / and / information, including, "unpin...» ». but it does not work, the icon remains in the taskbar.

I do not understand the boxes below, I don ' t know what I'm supposed to select, never seen these labels (names?). So I chose randomly.

Type of comment? What does that mean???

I get a message that says that my email is bad, but he's not wrong.  I don't know HOW to find my email and change it.  I entered my email for Live Mail... and I don't know if it is the same as that of the "answers".   How to make a new email for that one message? >?>?>

If "detach you" an icon in the taskbar, the icon will be is no longer attached to the taskbar - but it will always be displayed when running the program (just as running programs have always since Windows 95).

It could be useful that you "detach" and then right click and choose 'close' to stop the program, which will cause the icon disappear until you run the program again.

  • Deactivation of the evaluation version of Microsoft Office 2013

    Hello

    My system:

    64-bit Windows of 8.1 / product name: HP 15 laptop / product number: F9H60UA #ABA

    My Question:

Simply remove the MS Office 2013 in my list of software already installed?  I can't afford to buy it right now and have installed MS Office 2007.

My problem is that when I got open a document I've downloaded, I have the box asking me to buy, or try to enter my code MS 2013.  I don't know if I can change just how my system opens parts attached or not, but if I can just remove this program / I'd rather because it's too much space that I could use for something else.

    Thank you!!

    Cheryl

    Cheryl,

The best course of action would have been uninstall installed HP of the trial "MS Office 2013" program before installing your full copy of MS Office 2007.

At this point, you'll need uninstalling MS Office 2007 and then uninstall MS Office 2013. Restart the computer and reinstall MS Office 2007. This should solve your problem.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Help!

    Hi ad391970,

The reason for updates make changes on the computer would be some conflicting third-party programs or there might be a corruption in the Windows Update components.

I suggest that you try to install updates by disabling the third-party program conflict and check if it works.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Perform the check and the clean boot if you have the problem.

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    User account control permission

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

If the problem is resolved to check what is the cause of the problem, referring to the link given below:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

If the step above does not resolve the issue updates suggest that you try to reset the component of windows update and check if it works.

Check out the link below to find out how to reset the windows component update

How to reset the Windows Update components?

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058

If the step above does not resolve the question suggests that you check in a new user account if you are faced with a similar question. If a face similar to a new user account which means your other user account has been corrupted.

See the link below for screw a corrupt user profile.
