  Which app lets you view PDF files?

  If you use Adobe Reader, click file > print and launch the print dialog box.

  Click on the Advanced button and make sure the Print to File check box is not checked, and try to print again.

• HP Photosmart Premium c309g-m PDF does not print correctly

  Am under Win XP. have HP Photosmart Premium c309g-m; running the last printer driver; printer connected wirelessly, using Adobe Reader 11.0.0.4.  In other words, I'm under the last printer driver and the latest version of the Adobe Reader software.  Everything prints fine except PDF.  See the PDF file in Adobe Reader, the print preview looks good, but I get blank pages on the printer with most of the settings.

  The pdf document is black and white.  I feel better if I say the HP print driver to print color and say the Adobe Reader print dialog for 'print picture '.  The output is readable, but much too weak.  Same results when you run the same configuration of printing on Windows 7.

  HP produces a printer whose driver is able to print PDF documents properly?  If so, I would consider buying one.

• Interactive PDF does not print what is visible

  So I created an interactive InDesign pdf where the user can switch between different images (buttons) to make their own design. However, when it's time to print, all images, or at least a random set of images is printed.  The visible/hidden state seems to have no effect on what is actually printed.

  If you set a button initially hidden, and you have the option of 'Button is printable' checked under 'Options PDF' button will be initially printable. If you enable or disable in the PDF file it will get back in sync. The solution is to uncheck "Button is printable" buttons which start hidden.

• Acrobat pdf does not print

• Sticky notes PDF

  
  Hi all
  I have a project in which I have to do things more:
  1. open the PDF file in the browser.
  2 write sticky notes on it.
  3. remove sticky notes to the PDF and save it to the database.

  (which means it should be a button on the PDF that will be ave these sticky notes)
  4. next time, when the PDF file is opened, it must be related to these sticky notes in the same place.

  Is it possible to become sticky note feature on the web browser and it is also possible separate PDF sticky notes.

  I have Adobe Acrobat Professional and added sticky notes in PDF format I want to print a paper copy of. I see a menu option drop-down comments and forms for "Document and annotations" and "Document and stamps." None of these options work. Someone knows how to do this? Thank you.

  In Adobe Reader, click file > print.

  Click Advanced.

  Check the print as Image option.

  Now try printing and search of any change.

  I have a few ideas that come to mind, I read the issue you're having with printing of PDF files. They are here!

  1. try to resave the PDF files that do not print and then try printing again.

  2. update of Adobe:

  Select help - search for updates. If a new update is available, it installs automatically.
  Once installed, you can restart a computer.
  Then try to print the PDF file.

  3. run the print and scan the doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for all conflicts that may be causing the problem. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there is a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results.

  4. uninstalling the printer software

  Restart the PC

  Reinstall the printer: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-all-in-One Printer series full feature software and drivers

  That should do the trick! Keep me abreast of the results!

  My office print 8600 ProPlus will not print pdf files sent from an iPad with ePrint.  I just get an error message when I go to the HP Eprint centre.  It prints the address email of the coverage, but nothing else.  The attachment is not sure that I can see.  I tried to send an attachment from my Mac and worked well.

  Thank you for your response and I am sorry for the delay to return to you.  I tried save the Pages document in a Word document and send it to the printer using ePrint but it is even.  That is to say the handout printed but not the attachment.  However, when we removed the accompanying document and sent the attachment in its own it has worked well for we have managed to solve the problem.   Do not click on properties, you should see an Advanced button at the bottom of this screen, click on it.

  Check the print as Image option in this dialog box, and then click OK, to check if that helps.

  If you use another software that Adobe Reader and that you don't see these options, make sure claridy what application used to view the PDF file.
