  If you want a "newLabel" to appear in the contact details of your mouseEvent, but only if details of mouseEvent are lower on the screen (having a higher value) at the height of your textButton.

  If your TextButton object does not touch the top of the stage (y = 0), you'll want to write this instead:

  if (event.localY > textButton.y + textButton.height)
  

  It may be a good idea to write it anyway, just in case you want to change the position of the TextButton.

  In addition, localX and localY properties of your mouseEvent are compared to the event containing sprite.  for example, if you have a canvas Sprite that is a parent of your textButton and is tuned for the mouseEvent.  otherwise, if there is no sprite contains (second phase) for your event, you'll want to use stageX and stageY instead.

  I guess since I can't be sure of your intentions here, but try this instead:

• Create two different user profiles in a laptop to use in office & home environment

  can we create two different user profile / accounts, which can be used only one profile of field office environment & another profile for my internet browsing environment home (which has no restrictions). But my desktop environment uses an ISA Server which limits with many rules.

  What I really want is, I want my two accounts work like two different PCs. mainly programs which I use on the family environment may not run or work or visible on the desktop environment profile...

  Unfortunately put you you join a computer to the domain, that's all the computer not the user account and the domain policies will be applicable to all users.

  Even if a running virtual machine could just do what you want, you would have probably more success with the creation of a separate partition and dual boot of the system. You would then have a home operating system and a separate office o/s. Dual boot can be with the same versions of Windows, they do not have to be different.

• Effective way to create an online help for different users

  I use RH6 (RoboHelp HTML) on Windows XP to create WebHelp. I need to create an online help for 3 different users, for example, student, teacher and principal. Some functions of the software are available based on the permissions assigned to users. So, I developed a main project file ("All.xpj") that contains all the topics. Then I create a new project for each type of user and import only the topics that relate to the user. It is the most effective way? I didn't have to create 3 or 4 conditional parameters... because I would have to re - create the table of contents, the Index, and the Glossary for each project. It is the most effective way to use RH6 for my needs?

  Conditional compilation marking would go like this:
  1 mark the topics specific to the user as a 'Student', 'Teacher' or 'Major', as the case may be.
  2 leave unidentified all subjects that are common to all.
  3. Enter the three configurations different single source (SSL):
  -L' SSL must have the term generation student NOT a teacher AND NOT Principal.
  -L' SSL must have the term generation NOT a student teacher AND NOT Principal.
  -The main SSL should have the term generation NOT student AND NON-teaching.
  All unmarked topics will appear in the output.

• How can I restrict access to programs and use between different users?

  I have various users defined in the system. While I I want all users to be able to access and use Microsoft Word, there are some other proprietary programs that must be available for some users: me and my manager and staff. Of course, the administrator can access and be able to use all the programs defined for Windows.

  It is for one computer only?  Or a wide area?  Using XP Professional?

  For a single machine (XP Pro) you can only use NTFS permissions and share permissions on the folder for the specific program or for the executable file for the specific user or groups of users.  Just right click on the object and select Properties, then click the Security tab.  It is best to apply permissions to groups rather than to individual users, you then control access of the user by their membership to a group, it makes it much easier to manage permissions and avoids headaches down the road.

  You can create new groups of users for your own needs.  For example, suppose you have an accounting software that should only be accessed by Mary and Jim, who are in charge of accounting.  You can create a group called accounting and that Marie and Jim in the Group and only allow the accounting group to have access to accounting software.  If the latter you hire someone else to do the work of accounting you make the new person member of the accounting of the Group and he will have access to the software.  You could do the same with software engineering, you can create a group called engineers with authorization on software engineering and give membership to your engineers.

  You can also do this with data files, lets say you have junior engineers and experienced engineers, they all use the same software, so they all need to be in the Group of engineers.  But engineers are working on secret projects that subordinate engineers should not have access to.  You can simply store the data for secret projects files in a different folder and create a group called Secret and only the mechanics leading members of this group.

  Which is preferable? Creating objects with their corresponding schema/username, or simply use SYS to create all objects? Y at - it an advantage or a disadvantage? Are all best practices regarding that?
  
  For example, I have to create several objects in several different schemas (hr, oe, scott, Bishop). I could either connection in each schema individually and create objects, OR I could just connect as SYS as create them all at once. Is there any problem with the latter approach?

  The rule was stated by Oracle years... do not connect as SYS... ever... except for purposes of maintenance or backup with RMAN.

  Advice is always to create the schema of the application, log in as the owner of the application, and create objects as long as this user. Do not follow this advice, all to often, end us with the created objects where they belong... often clues belonged to SYS.

  When you create a view containing the object of different owners, the other owners have to grant "with grant option" to the owner of the view. Thus, the view owner can grant to other users or patterns...

  Example: The latter is the owner of a table called mine_a User_b is the owner of a table called yours_b

• How do I sync and import/export bookmarks between different users on the same computer and two using the Firefox browser?

  All the help instructions are to import and export bookmarks bookmarks between different brands of browsers.

  Assuming that each of these different users use a different profile of Firefox. You can use the built in Fx4 Sync feature. Click on Setup Sync in the menu selections, create an account and then have each user created their profile to use this new account synchronization. It syncs more bookmarks; things like history, passwords, etc. So if it's only the bookmarks you are concerned with that, use customize only synchronize bookmarks when you set up each user. Good luck and have fun in sync.

• Automation server can't create object

  Under Windows XP Home Edition, access user accounts in Control Panel.  Then I select "change the way users log on and out" and the error message "Automation server can't create object ' results."  How can I fix?

  This response helped me a solution.  I tried and it did not fix the problem, but it changed the error message (a message about a recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and the fast change).  I remembered having seen that elsewhere in this forum, I went and found that.  He spoke a * GINA. DLL and suggested he remove the registry (to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon).  When I did (after properly backing up the registry, of course), voila! My problem has been resolved.  So thank you all!

• User account now points to a different user account files

  Several users have in our household have accounts on a laptop.  One of the accounts mysteriously began to point to a different user account files.  All other user accounts seem to work normally.

  UAC is not running on the machine.  The user account with the problem and that to which it points now have administrator privileges.  Windows Update is active.  The 2 latest updates prior to the issuance have been updated to Windows defender.

  How to restore this user account to the way it was?

  It is possible that the location of each of the user data folder are changed to the other user account.

  First check if the user account folders do not exist in the C:\drive\users and then continue with the steps below.

  You will need to each user account folder redirected to its original location and check if it works.

  1 right click on the folder that you want to restore to its original location, and then click Properties.
  2. click on the location tab, click restore default, and then click OK.

  You will need to do this for each individual user account folder that points to the other user account folders.

  Ok. The key is what you started with. Your device has been associated with a BBID. You created a new BBID and now want to associate the device with the new BBID. To do this, WIPE the device. But there are contingencies.

  First of all, don't forget that it is actually what you want to do. There is a difference between changing the email address associated with a BBID and change the real BBID. You must be sure that your intention is here. If you change the real BBID, you will lose then all contacts in BBM, BBWorld records of purchases and other things. If instead, you change the e-mail assigned to the BBID existing address, none of this will be lost.

  Continue with this section only if your desire is to change the real BBID bound to the device (and thus lose your BBM contacts, BBWorld purchase recorde, etc.).

  Check the device running OS. Reference:

  If you run any OS in the beach of 10.3.2.xxxx, then it is mandatory that you know the credentials for the BBID that is currently associated with the device...   I created 100 different subfolders for 100 different users in a folder with their ID respective user needs access to only subfolders that are named after their ID respective how could I share all 100 files at once, so that the folder is shared only for the particular user who is named after his user ID.

• Permission to create/run the scheduled task

  I'm running Windows 7 Pro RTM and I try to use my normal user account to create and run a new scheduled task, but whenever I try to save the task, I get an error msg saying "Task Scheduler cannot create the task.» Does not know the user account, the password is incorrect or the user account doesn't have permission to create this task".

  I have no problems running tasks under my admin account, but I don't want to use it for everyday purposes. I'm also sure that this error must be because of permissions problems, so can I know what is the privilege that a user must have to create/run one account task?

  Please use the forum for answers,

  If your account is a standard account, you will not have permission to create a task or schedule task.  Your account must be an administrator account to schedule the task for the system or it must be run as an administrator.

  It have additional permissions, you can add standard user profile to allow the profile to create the task.  But this option is not available in all versions of Windows and rather complicated.  You can try to add these groups to your profile using computer management in administrative tools.  User with power and Backup administrator can provide you with the authorization that you need if the groups are available with your version of Windows 7.
